My wife asked to sample a small piece of chicken and the server said no , we don't give samples. Service from Doris was horrible at this Panda Express. Shes so rude and sarcastic. I've been coming here a long time almost 11 years. I've never ran into her. Ordered a Cub Panda teriyaki chicken per the picture on their menu. What my son brought home looked nothing like the picture. The menu container showed a 3 compartmental box. What I received had only 2 compartments. One with noodles and the other was supposed to be teriyaki chicken, but did not look like chicken or taste like chicken. I hope my little dog likes it or else it goes to the raccoons. read more

Very disappointed with this location. I took my family for dinner. My son got the beef and broccoli bowl with rice. $10 for the bowl got to the table I look in his bowl bc it was overloaded with broccoli and rice. I dig through it there was maybe 3 small pcs of beef. I take it to the counter there is no manager but the shift leader tells me they only give 5 pcs of meat bc it's a healthy option. I went up there march 12, one lady was making my food I asked for extra orange chicken when I said that. looks like she added a lot more rice than chicken I wouldn't recommend this panda and the lady was very rude she didn't say anything, if upper management sees this yall need new employees cause this is very bad customer service. read more

I visited this site on Monday March 8 and received horrible customer service. Even though it was well before 12 noon they were out of several items with a nearly 10 minute wait. The employees were very rude. I see there are several other bad reviews of this location. I should have read them before I stopped. Also, the employees were wearing masks yet none of the food handlers were wearing gloves. I would think gloves for food handlers would be just as important as masks! read more

Worst SERVICE EVER !!!!! Pullled thru drive thru no cars in line set there for 3 minutes after saying hello I reeves engine she came on took order . I pull up and she begins to be rude telling me to never rev my engine up again because they wear headsets . I told her if they would haven't made me set for a while I wouldn't of . Okay I have been eating at this location since they opened. But this evening I was so grossed out that I left the order line and walked out without my order. One of the cooks let out a full blown sneeze while cooking chicken in the big wok... wiped his nose with hand and continued to cook. I saw the sneeze spray the entire area... not cool at all. I've had pleasant enough experiences here, however today either the Manager did not come in and let the staff run amok or they are all on drugs. They were out of egg rolls. Not happy but not their fault. Ordered an entree that they said would be 7 minutes before it was ready. I like fresh food so that was also ok. What is not ok is that after I waited the 7-9 minutes they failed to put the entree in the container. It's a 15 minute drive so when I got home and realized they had left it off I called to tell them and was actually going to happily drive back to get it because mistakes happened. They hung up on me the first time and the second time they picked up and set the phone on the counter and proceeded to laugh about the call. The District Manager will ABSOLUTELY be getting a call from me Monday. This is the most disrespectful display I've ever seen..... This restaurant is a nice addition to Kaufman to add some variety. Food is pretty good and the employees are very nice. A simple ordering process in which you tell them what you want on your plate and then you pay. read more

Citlally was VERY rude. I made an online order so I would NOT have to wait in line. This is the point in an online order to NOT wait in line, to grab and go. So I go straight to the window to pick up my order, like anybody else would. When I get to the window I am greeted by a very rude employee, Citlally. She proceeded to demand I "next time wait in the line and tell us at the intercom you're picking up an order, so we can have it ready" why would I wait in a long line and tell u I'm picking up an order then proceed to drive right up to the window. Those extra 3 seconds at the intercom gives you time to get it ready? It should already be ready, you just grab it and give it to me. But instead of doing that CITLALLY proceeds to roll her eyes at me, talk over me, and close the window on me multiple times. Food Is good but employees are very very rude and intellectual. This is not the first bad interaction I've had with an employee at this location as well. read more

Went to order through the drive thru at 9:30pm on a Monday but was then told that they're closed, although operating hours state they don't close until 10pm. The drive thru sign was still on as normal. The 2 cars behind me also got turned down and ended up following me to Whataburger. read more

This place barely deserves a star from what happened this evening.Went there because the operating hours say 10:30am-10:00pm.The doors were closed at 9:15pm.Went to try and open it and the young employees were laughing as if it were a joke that it was locked.I even attempted the drive thru.Horrible way to conduct business.This location will not last long if they do not correct the hours and or get employees that are respectful towards paying customers. read more

Went to this Panda Express and the orange chicken is always dry tried it two times and both where very dry. Another thing Is ordered fried rice and 3/4 was there other than that everything else was good. read more

The customer service is decent and the place is always super clean but the food here just isn't good compared to other Pandas. The Chow main is ALWAYS different! It either has to many vegetables in it or the noodles are dry. The Teriyaki Chicken always tastes funny and it makes me not want to eat it.
