The location is easy to get to. The dining room was open and clean. The cashier was really friendly and answered all questions we had about the menu. The food was fresh but it was quite expensive. 16 bone in wings was 31 bucks. They were tasty. But I wouldn't say worth that price. read more

Yawl at this location need to get it together. This location gets a 1 star this has nothing to do with the company. I have been frequenting bb.q since I came across them in Carrollton. Then later the Richardson location. Then the Greenville location. So when I moved to Garland I was so happy to see the Mesquite location opening, but I should have known better. Everything they try to bring to that area is usually not up to par to the other locations. I have ordered food here several times and every last time there has been an issue. This location is bringing the franchise down. So tonight my issue was a pickup order. Got there picked up the food at around 9:45 pm. The store is supposed to close at 10:00. After I walk out the girl follows locking up the store as if it is closed. Like huh, who does that? I know it's almost 10 but it ain't 10 but ok I guess that's how we do these days. Then I get home and open my deokbokki (something I have ordered at the other locations many times) and it had some strange shredded yellow cheese that wasn't melted and tasted very cheap and waxy. Like ain't nobody got money to keep letting yawl play with us and our food. Last time it was an issue with the cheesling fries, using some soggy crinkle cut fries when I recall having them several other times with shoestring cut fries. This alters the flavor a lot. Oh and at the time I wrote this review I was very upset and hadn't tried my cheesling boneless wings yet. I had the fries they tasted like Cane's fries and they were fresh made to order as well as a honey garlic eight piece I spent about 23 bucks which was a little bit pricey, but it was absolutely worth it and I think I got a little bit more than eight piece chicken it was super good and juicy 100% white meat. bbq chicken has only been open for 2 days so the place was pretty empty. Ordered the Galbi 6 piece whole chicken for $16 and it's enough to feed 3 people, which is pretty good for specialty food. We also ordered the cheesling fries. They were surprisingly addictive. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed the vibe of the K-pop videos on the TV screens. Would have given 5 stars if the location was grouped with Fengcha and kickin crab. Too bad all of the Asian restaurants aren't grouped together to create a better hang out experience. The moment we parked they started picking up their chairs and closing the dining. This is the laziest location i've been to, I don't see them running for much longer. Online and on the door clearly states they close at 10:30 and when I walked in they said they were already closed keep in mind I walked in at 9:35.
