Thursday late lunch...Waited 20 minutes before our server even acknowledged our presence. (They were not busy at all) And then she just said: "what do you want to drink?". The food took a while and arrived to the table only lukewarm. Wasn't expecting five star food or service here based on previous visits over the years but sheesh they completely missed the mark! read more

The Mesquite location is horrible! I had to wait to be seated for 10 minutes and the place was not packed, hostess was too busy talking to another coworker. The food was not really good. I noticed that they were playing mostly Hispanic music over the PA system and not playing a mixed variety like they normally do. It felt like they were catering to Hispanics more than any other race. A lot of young people work here and the customer service sucks! I think I'll start going to visit another BWW in a much better location and give this one up. read more

Today my family and I were trying to enjoy some delicious wings and this happened, how is this posible The manager just told my son, "You'll get your money back," and of course my son told him no, he asked for his order again, and he didn't give him fries and it took 30 minutes to make the order. hectorromero020540@gmail.com read more

I've never eaten here, my hubby has. Got a gift card at Christmas! Finally have a chance to go. We go inside there's no Hostess, sign in front says "Seat yourself, and a server will find you" . Odd but we were early. We sat ourselves in the section where people were mostly seated. As we sat down there was this voice that was raised and when I looked up it was an older Hispanic man. Saying you have to wait to be seated. I told the guy (waiter) it was an innocent mistake. So sorry, my husband begins to say the same thing and the waiter wouldn't let him speak or listen. We got up went back to the front. My husband goes to the sign up front, turns it around and says this over again. Sorry but this is why we sat ourselves. The hostess sits us in the booth we were ran out of. As we are sitting the waiter didn't realize I heard him. But he tells her he refuses to wait on us. But he said "these effing people." I looked at him your right I don't want you to wait on us. I finally get my husband's attention because he's looking at the menu already. I tell him what's going on and we go to leave. By now I'm in embarrassment and tears because this waiter has everyone looking at us, wouldn't stop scolding us. I asked to speak to the manager to the waiter and instead of getting him he points to him and walks away. My husband goes to him as the hostess is walking away from the manager, and the manager doesn't get up. He sits there and we go to him. Pretty much Laughs at the situation really. Makes the excuse this happens all the time cause kids or people turn the sign. Instead of approaching the situation and handling it. I'm sure he feels we were rude cause of how we approached him. But it's like no one cared that this situation was happening. I threw the gift card on the table and walked out in shame of an innocent mistake, that turned so ugly. How about get a sign not on a pole. My husband walked outside with the gift card. The way this was handled says everything about the management all the way to the top. Because this waiter over reacted. Nothing will ever make me change my mind about any location. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would . Walked in for my lunch break . Sat there for a good 10 mins while there is 3 severs cleaning off 1 booth . And the manager was also standing with them so 4 people in total . I worked in hospitality for years and managed many places so I'm understanding when it comes to waiting if it's too busy or understaffed . . But this was just lack of care . It wasn't even busy. read more

1-Star Review Took my mom out for a lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings, and now she has a sour taste from the whole experience--literally and figuratively. The bone-in wings were so dry they might as well have been jerky, and the boneless were overcooked to the point there was no chicken left inside the breading. We sent the food back, hoping for a fix, but the second batch was even worse than the first. Fries were chalky and barely edible. While the service was fine, the food was just awful. This place really missed the mark, and I won't be coming back. read more

Doesn't get your order correct. Then Blames the kitchen takes no responsibility and then tries to charge it for it. When you bring it to their attention they're like oh I'm sorry but why are you blaming me. I'm being everything but nice to you. read more

They told us to sit anywhere and when we did they told us to move which was fine we did that. The ambiance there was really weird from the start. Then they took our drink and food order and I only wanted honey mustard but they brought me ranch which is again fine but the ranch was spilling on my food and I don't like ranch but I just took it off. Then we finished eating and the waiter took a long time to bring us our check and to we had to ask another waitress to come take our payment. We had a 25$ gift card and we also gave a 20 because it was like 43 and they gave us back the gift card with 1$ on it. What are we supposed to do with a dollar gift card? Never coming to this location again. read more

I love buffalo wild wings but this place is the worst when it comes to serving guests. We got sat down on a table and left us there for 15 mins without anyone coming to get any of our order. We gave them a little more time to acknowledge us no one did, so we left. Very disappointed was really looking forward to getting some wings from here. Won't be coming back to this location. It's specious but the staff lacks service. read more

Dante was amazing to me and my family. He was very observant of what drinks were not filled and needed to be refilled. He had a very good energy towards attending to me and my family. The dinner was amazing thanks to Dante! read more

When we arrived, they were three people ahead of us in the dining room was wide open. It took them 15 minutes to see Gus. Terrible, terrible, terrible! Waited an hour and a half for Togo order. Got home to rotten vegetables stale chewy fry's that seemed like they sat for hours, some of fry's were rock hard. Kids wouldn't eat it although I knew they were starving and I was a little scared to even eat the chicken. One of the sauces looked to be separated and just jiggled when I touched it. Overall FAIL. I do like the Buffalo Wild Wings in McKinney, but a little scared to try the mesquite one ever again. read more

Y'all muthafuckers suck, to say the least. Me and my kids waited for over 15 minutes upon arriving for someone to even acknowledge us. Then the waiters kept passing us up. When I asked who our server was, everyone of them passed the buck to the next one. We watched as every tables received service. Then as we were leaving they had the nerve to say thank you for coming. This location is the worst!!! read more

A friend said they'd improved, so we thought we'd try them again (it's been years and years). Mini corn dogs were good. Hatch chili queso was good. Wings were smothered in sauce. An extra $3.79 for carrots and celery??? Are you kidding me?? The buffalo chicken wrap was a joke. The "chicken" was mostly breading. There was a ton of shredded cheese. Won't be going back. read more

If you value your time don't bother going here. 9/10 there isn't a hostess in the front. So you have to ask someone to get seated. Eventually (after 20 mins or more) someone comes to your table and takes your drink order. 20 more minds for your food. It's not fair for people who are looking for a decent dinner with their loved ones and they can't because of incompetent staffing. This place needs better leadership and staff who actually value their job read more

Came for a late night dinner & beer, HORRIBLE SERVICE.. i understand we all tend to wind down towards the end of the night but this was pretty bad had to ask for a new waitress... Took my friends from out of town here because they wanted to try the place and it was like a club scene. The music was extremely loud. We had to sit ourselves at the bar and for at least 30 minutes we just watched every employee walk by us and ZERO service. We eventually got up and walked out. My family and friends and everyone person I can tell will all know to NEVER go to the place. read more

Togo they say it will be a 20 min wait the employee at the counter walks away and hides in the bathroom probably on her phone when she finally came out my order was already brought up front by another employee and it was getting cold when I finally got my order it was feathers still on the chicken and the manager destiny said they are sent like that so it's okay to serve them like that! WHAT?! She even said out of her own mouth they don't clean the chicken that's disgusting! She didn't care at all I worked at pluckers that chicken comes in a big box with blood more stuff and said they don't clean the chicken wtf! I will never eat here again if it's okay to eat chicken with feathers still on it why aren't the stores selling it like that? Why aren't other restaurants selling it like that?! Be careful if you eat here I'm definitely going to corporate over this! read more

Mesquite, TX location should be shut down. Horrible service & horrible food. Bathrooms were disgusting.

Horrible all the way around. Our appetizers came out with the rest of our cold food. Server never brought out any napkins or our drinks. Other servers blew us off when we inquired about our drinks and said they would let our server know, 10 min later had to go to the bar to get a drink. They weren't even busy it was 5 in the asternoon. Wife complained to the manager, and he said he would take the drinks and cold wings off our bill but only removed the drinks and gave us a 12 dollar customer did not like discount. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Hooters around the corner that's what we did. read more

Ok first off the server is slow and can't hear cause I clearly asked for bone in wings. It took over 20 min to get a drink in the place they also charged me 57.00 bucks which is no problem but my fries were cold , my fried pickles were stuck together so you know how that tasted then I had to ask for a fork and napkins from the waiter this was just an awful experience being that we drove five hours from home to come to the area and the food and the service wasn't even worth the star I gave them this place needs a complete overhaul read more

I wish there was a minus 5 stars. Let's just say employees yelling "F$&@ you" to customers because they wanted to complain about an empty restaurant having a 45 minute wait for a 2 top table, and the managers effectively refusing to speak with anyone is NOT the way to do business. Never another dime of mine will be spent there read more

It's 5:45 on a Saturday and I am immediately told by the hostess that there are only two servers and there would be a 15-20 min wait. I am not exaggerating when I say that I saw at least 15 employees including what looked like a manager. Am I to believe that there are really only two servers available or that a manager is to good to be a server until hopefully more servers arrive? I'd really like to know what all the other employees that were standing around were doing. Not much of a team effort at this location. read more

Possibly the worst BWW I have ever been to. Go in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and get horrible service. Took the bartender at least 5 minutes to even recognize I was there. When my food came out, the wings barely had the sauce I requested so I had to ask for more. Was picking at my food and had to use the restroom. Came back to my spot and someone had taken my dirty napkins and placed over my food. The upside, the manager took $5 off my bill without me even asking. Oh, the restrooms hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. Pretty gross. I won't be returning. read more

Who knew the best time to go is Sat night after thanksgiving. I'm over turkey & love my hot wings. And perfectly HOT and spicy. I went elsewhere recently and hot was like mild. Not here though- that hot is still burning my lips. I also got some honey bbq to enjoy for the sweet and savory mix. They were great. Only thing missing was the blue cheese instead of the ranch but I didn't let it stop me! My guy went for the chicken ranch Sammie and it was nice and flavorful after getting the Poboy with fried shrimp expected if boiled shrimp instead. The manager and server were quick to get that sorted. There was also a Long Island Iced tea to be had. One was definitely enough packing just the right amount of punch. A nice way to end a busy week kicking back watching some sports and eatin wangs. read more

Waited forever for cold food. Drink's not refilled. Not even busy. Humm. We know why.

My older boys live this place. Today my 13 year asked me to take him so I said why not. It is Sunday night so I was expecting it to be packed but it wasn't. Fountain drinks were really good. My son ordered a Blueberry Mint Lemonade and I think it may be the best Lemonade I've ever drank! They let us sample several sauces with fries and the fries were so good we ordered a side. All the sauces we tried were good so we ordered our wings dry so we could have them all. I'm enjoying the laid back atmosphere. I probably wouldn't come here if I was in a hurry for anything but we're enjoying our laid back dinner after a very long weekend camping. Nice way to end a day. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Super yummy Blueberry Mint Lemonade - American Near Me - Mesquite, Texas

I had an absolutely horrible experience. My server Devereous was too busy walking around flirting and going to the back sitting down (I could see him through the glass doors) than checking on my order. I ordered a simple sampler that took over 30 minutes to arrive to my table, and when it did get there my nachos was all chili and maybe a tablespoon of cheese that could barely be seen. I talked to the first manager and he apologized and brought me some extra queso. The second manager who was doing table checks asked me how was I enjoying my meal and I told her the whole experience that I went through which I received a discount on my food. However my server was horrible and after speaking to the managers he refused to come to my table to not even give me an offer to refill my drink for the additional 30 minutes I was there. I hope this is not a representation of all the servers at this location but I do not plan to be back. read more

When you pour a beer that has the most quantity at the top can you get the idea of not creating a 4" head on it ?! In the :10 seconds it takes for that foam to disappear you could have simply provided me what I paid for..... a 22oz beer. I've literally asked a BWW trainer about this in a SC BWW and he told me the bartender doesn't have time to "top it off." Ok, let's see...... severely overpriced menu especially mediocre wings, poor sports knowledge at 90% of the 100's of BWW I've been to and now I'm paying for 22ozs but getting 18. Ordered philly steak, I was asked if I wanted chips, fries or wedges... I picked chips, come to find out there is an extra $1 on bill. It's not the $1 it's the lack of communication This entire establishment is on a huge slide DOWN This is rip-off/criminal exchange. Glad I got rid of my stock before the buyout. read more

I'm usually never one to complain but damn , i was highly disappointed by the service here! Especially because my pregnant self wanted BDubs so bad! As we walked in no one was even at the front desk so we waited about 10 almost 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to ask us if we've been helped, we saw workers passing by and not a single one of them even glanced over to see if people were waiting in the waiting area, bit annoying. We sat down , ordered, waiting for our food for maybe over 30 mins , and when we got our food it was cold, not even close to being warm. Wings were so dry . Their was only one waitress and i felt so bad for her This review isn't towards her specifically because she did an excellent job servicing us by making sure we had everything we needed! Just really disappointed there wasn't better welcoming service & disappointed in the food service. read more
