I've never eaten here, my hubby has. Got a gift card at Christmas! Finally have a chance to go. We go inside there's no Hostess, sign in front says "Seat yourself, and a server will find you" . Odd but we were early. We sat ourselves in the section where people were mostly seated. As we sat down there was this voice that was raised and when I looked up it was an older Hispanic man. Saying you have to wait to be seated. I told the guy (waiter) it was an innocent mistake. So sorry, my husband begins to say the same thing and the waiter wouldn't let him speak or listen. We got up went back to the front. My husband goes to the sign up front, turns it around and says this over again. Sorry but this is why we sat ourselves. The hostess sits us in the booth we were ran out of. As we are sitting the waiter didn't realize I heard him. But he tells her he refuses to wait on us. But he said "these effing people." I looked at him your right I don't want you to wait on us. I finally get my husband's attention because he's looking at the menu already. I tell him what's going on and we go to leave. By now I'm in embarrassment and tears because this waiter has everyone looking at us, wouldn't stop scolding us. I asked to speak to the manager to the waiter and instead of getting him he points to him and walks away. My husband goes to him as the hostess is walking away from the manager, and the manager doesn't get up. He sits there and we go to him. Pretty much Laughs at the situation really. Makes the excuse this happens all the time cause kids or people turn the sign. Instead of approaching the situation and handling it. I'm sure he feels we were rude cause of how we approached him. Then we finished eating and the waiter took a long time to bring us our check and to we had to ask another waitress to come take our payment. We had a 25$ gift card and we also gave a 20 because it was like 43 and they gave us back the gift card with 1$ on it. What are we supposed to do with a dollar gift card? Took my friends from out of town here because they wanted to try the place and it was like a club scene. The music was extremely loud. We had to sit ourselves at the bar and for at least 30 minutes we just watched every employee walk by us and ZERO service. We eventually got up and walked out. Other servers blew us off when we inquired about our drinks and said they would let our server know, 10 min later had to go to the bar to get a drink. Came back to my spot and someone had taken my dirty napkins and placed over my food. The upside, the manager took $5 off my bill without me even asking. Who knew the best time to go is Sat night after thanksgiving. I'm over turkey & love my hot wings. And perfectly HOT and spicy. I went elsewhere recently and hot was like mild. Not here though- that hot is still burning my lips. I also got some honey bbq to enjoy for the sweet and savory mix. They were great. Only thing missing was the blue cheese instead of the ranch but I didn't let it stop me! My guy went for the chicken ranch Sammie and it was nice and flavorful after getting the Poboy with fried shrimp expected if boiled shrimp instead. The manager and server were quick to get that sorted. There was also a Long Island Iced tea to be had. One was definitely enough packing just the right amount of punch. My older boys live this place. Today my 13 year asked me to take him so I said why not. It is Sunday night so I was expecting it to be packed but it wasn't. Fountain drinks were really good. My son ordered a Blueberry Mint Lemonade and I think it may be the best Lemonade I've ever drank! They let us sample several sauces with fries and the fries were so good we ordered a side. All the sauces we tried were good so we ordered our wings dry so we could have them all. I'm enjoying the laid back atmosphere. I probably wouldn't come here if I was in a hurry for anything but we're enjoying our laid back dinner after a very long weekend camping. Nice way to end a day. read more

My server Devereous was too busy walking around flirting and going to the back sitting down (I could see him through the glass doors) than checking on my order. I ordered a simple sampler that took over 30 minutes to arrive to my table, and when it did get there my nachos was all chili and maybe a tablespoon of cheese that could barely be seen. I talked to the first manager and he apologized and brought me some extra queso. The second manager who was doing table checks asked me how was I enjoying my meal and I told her the whole experience that I went through which I received a discount on my food. However my server was horrible and after speaking to the managers he refused to come to my table to not even give me an offer to refill my drink for the additional 30 minutes I was there. In the :10 seconds it takes for that foam to disappear you could have simply provided me what I paid for..... a 22oz beer. If you are a fan of cold food, this is your home. We've tried giving this location a fair shake at "getting it right", but unfortunately, without any luck. We have tried at least 5 other times. The latest was yesterday (7/10/22). The place was busy so there should be no reason why food was sitting around long enough to be cold when served. Our chicken: dry and cold....fries (both orders)...cold. Even our cheese queso was dead cold (with a "film" on top) as were the chips, which were also stale. We made our dissatisfaction known to our waiter (a very friendly, Jeff) and he had the fries taken off of the order. Big deal. Needless to say, this was our last attempt at this location. Not too eager to try others as we have, and they all seem to have the same lousy control over the manner in which they serve their food.
