I never thought I'd find myself leaving a 5-star review for a Panda Express...but here we are. I felt like I owed to leave a review since the girls working there were so nice. There were 2 girls that helped me and my boyfriend last time we were here and they offered if we wanted to try samples of anything (is that a new thing? I don't remember Panda doing this before). Anyways, my boyfriend and I sampled several things and they were so nice about it. We also had to wait for part of our order and they offered us water cups to get something to drink while we waited. It's the little things! I also notice that the food here is always fresh and it's a super clean location. I live a few blocks away from here and the parking lot is a little tight and busy but it's really not a big deal. read more

I saw this location just before getting on the freeway and decided to have dinner. The staff greeted me right away as I entered the shop. Samples are offered if you're not sure what you'd like to order. I got the Shanghai angus steak for an additional $1.50. I liked that there were mushrooms and some green beans as well. I won't have those cravings all that much since there's so much to choose from in the area. I live close by and can walk here. My experience here was easy. I didn't have to wait, and made my way down the line quickly. I was sitting and eating my dinner within minutes. I usually stick to the same items, because I know they'll be consistent. I love the chow mien at Panda. Then I get the 2 sides, which usually includes the egg plant and orange chicken. Both are super tasty. The parking lot here is a mess. I decided to try the online ordering system and it was the single lowest amount of chicken I have ever gotten in my three years of eating twice a week at panda express. Advertised serving for chicken teriyaki is 6.6oz. Lowest I got at any panda express ever was 5.2oz. I got 4.4oz when I ordered online. Very disappointed to know that if I am not there while my order is being prepared, they will give me less food. Last week they gave me 7oz when I was there in person. Even the rice is 8.1oz advertised and I have always gotten over 9oz. Online order I got 8oz. Which is not a huge deal but goes to show they will do the minimum they can if you order online or over the phone. Always go in and watch them make your order. read more

It's a regular Panda Express. But as a person who likes Chinese Food - that isn't the best place to buy it. First of all its expensive - U're paying at least 8-10$ and receiving those tiny containers with a lil bit of what U wanted (when in most of the not famous Chinese food places they barely could close those containers and U pay just like 5-8$). Plus the veggies - veggies there cooked not that good and nice, they don't look very bright and fresh, or even well-cooked. Why does no one talk about how shady Panda Express is? They ask customers to round up for charity but PE itself does not donate to charity out of pocket. They do not match any of the money they take from you to give to charity in their name and they purposely do not carry much if any change in their tills. You're basically paying for them to use a tax write off with your money. Is it any surprise that a company that made their own custom takeout plates so that the entree portion was smaller than normal? A few weeks ago I walked into this location to order some food that was readily available but was told by the staff that I had to order online or through the app even though I was standing in front of the food I wished to order. I left with no food. 2 weeks later I was walking past the this same location and what do you know they were now letting people in to actually order food at the counter. I went in and ordered. Left. Ate. Food was terrible. Moral of the story never spend your hard earned money at a restaurant that has less than excellent customer service and even less than mediocre food. We, the consumer have the power through our dollars when they make us uncomfortable while we are spending our own money don't spend your money, I promise that will make these businesses very uncomfortable.
