I've been coming to this location for about 5 months now, once a week. I had never really eaten at Panda Express before. I'm exceptionally pleased from start to finish when I enter here. They greet me properly and serve me quickly. I hate going to a restaurant, fast food or otherwise, and they don't say hello and treat me like I'm the man who broke up their parents marriage. Monday 2/13/23 5pm I decided on noodles and orange chicken. Honestly not a fan of either. I think it varies on how sweet orange chicken is based on where you get it. I don't like it really sweet so I asked if it was really sweet. The girl behind the counter told me it was more tangy. Well, while it was tangy, it was also very sweet. Didn't eat but a couple pieces. The noodles seemed xtra dry. Thankfully I ordered a kids meal because I wasn't sure how it taste & because I wasn't that hungry. So no big loss. Fairly reliable fast American Chinese food. The service is fast and the store is bright and signed well. The menu is easy to read above the food counter so it's very straightforward to order. All the food is premade so at times some menu items may not be super fresh. You basically order from a buffet of already prepared foods. There's been times when I dine in I do notice a few uncleared tables. I usually take out so I can't vouch that it's always the case. The tables are spaced nicely so you won't feel crowded. There's a patio outside in the parking lot but I wouldn't like sitting there if it's busy since you might be smelling car fumes from traffic. read more

Panda Express is a great option for takeout Chinese food. I got the fried rice to go and got it quickly. The rice was hot and good to eat.

I usually enjoy this location. The time before last I ordered orange chicken (not spicy) and my entire was spicy, so spicy my lips burned. I took it back and it was replaced with more of the same. I gave up. Ordered today for the first time since to give it another chance. My bowl of regular orange chicken still had several spicy pieces mixed in. At least it wasn't the entire order this time...twice. I know the regular and spicy orange chicken are similar but I really wish I could get what I ordered. I'm done with this store! read more

Greatful for the manger . So I came here and decided that I wanted to order a family meal for my two kids and husband the lady who took my order barely understood English and made us pull to the front of the line just so she could finish our order the total was like $58 then she tells me after handing me my drinks that she wants me to pull forward so I asked her if she could give me one of the crab Rangoon's or some thing for my kids to eat since this is clearly going to be a while. I was so upset because she told me no then she said if you pull forward I'll bring her some food out which she didn't . This location is good if you are picking up in store or going through the drive thru. If you're thinking of using one of the food delivery services - Grubhub, DoorDash, etc - don't bother. Both times we have ordered through GrubHub at this location, we have had to call the restaurant just to get them to MAKE our order. The first tine, when it finally got to us, the food was lukewarm at best. Tonight, I ordered food around 8:15. Shortly after 9 (when Grubhub estimated it wouid be ready), the driver texted me saying that he was there to pick up my order, but it hadn't been started yet and the staff didn't seem to care. After calling the restaurant (no answer) and then starting a chat with Grubhub to get my order refunded, it magically changed to "on the way." Ummmm no. Just don't. They are a disgrace to the panda on their logo. This place is an absolute disaster mess. A cacophony of discord awaits you at the crackling, barely functional loudspeakers posted midway in the drive through line. We were told to speak up and then stop yelling on our first visit. Fun first impression. Not so much... We went inside only to find an equally craptakular shift manager who blankly stared at us and pondered the question of the century... what ever would we like her to do about the problem, before turning to another person complaining... Service was so bad that day, we gave up on getting our food and went to the lackluster, but still manageable Chipotle across the street. We chalked it up to a new business foible and vowed not to come back, but then against good judgement... we found ourselves craving greasy, fast, pseudo Chinese food and decided to give it one more chance... What a mistake. First of all it was empty. Crowds came by the hundreds when thus place first opened. Now, the place had become so desolate a tumbleweed could have rolled through the dining room. Like one of those abandoned theme parks one might peep on a blog about strange travel places... OK maybe not quite that bad, but a definitely noticeable drop in patronage. We were the only ones there on a weekday at dinner rush time, drive through and inside. Little did we realize it was less our luck and more for good reason. Standards here are nonexistent. After all, who doesn't love the idea of fresh veggie and the promise of healthy eats. No one actually took my order, but they took my husband's while he was next to me. I was standing there waiting and the same lady the took his order, wiped a counter and acted as if I was not even there. I started giving my order to the lady at the check-out since the other lady moved at a fast pace away from us before I could give to her and the check-out lady summoned her back so I had to repeat it twice. Fun times. As far as the food, abysmal in every way. Shanghai beef looked like black tough little charcoal briskets stewed in motor oil.. Bleh. That is a favorite of mine, but seeing it like that I bypassed it for the fresher appearing mushroom chicken.. it was just ok. What was not ok was the giant disgusting piece of bone and gristle the same size as the chicken in the bowl. Hard enough to break a tooth, which luckily I did not. Frankly the idea of breaking a tooth at Panda Express is just not sexy. No thanks. I can look past a lot, but gristle (see picture) in a boneless dish that was a second choice on a day when the place is empty and has like 22 people working (and smoking in the parking lot) is just straight up unacceptable. Other food blunders and crimes against delicate palettes, included, bone dry old chow mein and half cooked and burned spring rolls in the same batch.. Why panda express why.... Whether you fix these quandaries or not you've lost me. Cause I can't even. Along with #health and #yolo. However, maybe if you fire all your inept managers and just hire people who know nothing about food, but at least care, even a little, you can somehow stop the mass exodus of your other patrons because your staff can't. even. I wish I could give you zero stars. My husband and I went to this panda last night and he got food poisoning. He's been throwing up and having bad diarrhea all night. And he's still going through today as well. The last 3 times we've went it's either we haven't gotten a full order, or I end up sick, and now he ends up sick. 3 tries is what I normally give a place because sometimes stuff happens. Turned off the change machine and I watch them literally rip off people by giving them dollars but not their exact change since the automatic machine was turned off, played stupid when they were called out on the fact by the certain customers I however did not feel the need to argue over $.50 and would have gladly rounded up the total if they had asked me to but I would just like this to be on record that they know what they're doing in case someone else has the same experience with not getting exact change back...very low class read more

I kind of had a hard time ordering because I have never been here before but the lady working on the mic was very helpful. I just wish I would of gotten my entree and side separate instead of all together in a bowl. For $6.75 I got the amount of food I would of expected- not much. I was sooo hungry so I was excited but ended up being pretty let down. The beef and broccoli was good for a fast food place but as a side I had rice and it was soooo dry. I was so upset to see that they had not put any soy sauce or anything in the bag. It was so dry that I couldn't help but go to the Kroger across the street and get soy sauce my self. Ok, lets take a moment to be honest with ourselves. Its FAST FOOD chinese food. Its not going to be held to the same standard as the normal sit down places. So, I think its awesome for what it is. Its quick, its tasty, it is a bit more expensive than I am used to for drive thru, but I think its worth it. I am in love with the Beijing Beef! Down side, is I wish they stayed open until at least midnight. They also shut down and dont make food up until the close. So if you come close to closing, they will only offer you what is left to eat. No MTO everything is made and kept warm, like a buffet style inside. New quick service Chinese food with a wide variety of choices and a drive-thru window. I've been to this location three times and it was pretty busy each time. The food is tasty and fresh. I appreciate that the calories are clearly noted by each item on the menu. The orange chicken is really good, as is the Shanghai Angus steak. Both the egg and spring rolls taste funny to me - I don't recommend them. Service is average. I've never had any issues, but I've not been impressed either. Stopped here on the way home to grab some rice because I was being lazy. Anywho, I cannot recall the last time I have eaten panda-it never was my spot and I didn't get the hype about it. I think its one of those places that needs to stay inside malls or near college campuses because it makes me think of "on a budget, need party funds more than groceries" (we have all been there lol) The place was clean and it was very empty. They have a drive thru which is nice I suppose?! The staff was friendly during my visit. I wanted some white rice and fried rice -but I noticed that there was beef in the fried rice -arghhhhh-they were not being diligent with cleanliness and making sure products dont get mixed. I requested fresh rice because I dont eat beef or pork. I had to wait 10 min for fresh rice. The worker had already packaged my white rice in a bowl and had it sitting on the counter staying warm-and some manager walks over and just grabs the bowl (she saw it had white rice and fried rice written on it) and she proceeds to just put fried rice in the bowl (ie from the beef mixed batch) . I immediately stopped her and she didn't believe me at first until i actually showed her the beef pieces -don't question me lol read more

We come here for the convenience, the price, and the drive thru. With a toddler, sometimes it is just easier to not have to get out of the car. The food is as good as you can expect from Chinese fast food place. We usually get 2 plates for about $15 and we usually have enough for a bit of leftovers for the next day. read more
