P F Chang has always been one of my favorite chain restaurant places to dine. Over the past few years, I have not really eaten there that often & now I am hopeful to be able to dine there more frequently. The food still tastes fresh. I absolutely enjoy every dish I had on this visit, as well as, the super creative cocktail I ordered. I had received a promotional coupon in my email, which I used for this visit. And being able to have a budget friendly dinner that was also delicious was truly icing on the cake for me. Our server, Nate[Nathaniel] was courteous, friendly, extremely competent & made wonderful menu suggestions. I ordered the Hot & Sour Soup as my appetizer. P F Chang's Hot & Sour soup is my favorite of all the soups I have tried & believe me I have tried ALOT of Hot & Sour Soup. I had the Crispy Honey Shrimp with white rice as my Entree. It was absolutely delightful. The portion size was such that I had ample leftovers post dinner. This dish was still very tasty on reheating. For my cocktail, I had the Buddha Mai Tai. The ambiance stood out right away. the style of the interior is sleek and inviting, with comfortable seating that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your meal. The staff was attentive and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I tried their 3-course meal deal and thought it was an excellent value. It's reasonably priced and definitely something that will keep me coming back. Amazing!!! We went to PF Chang on Valentine's Day. This was not our first visit but the decor and ambiance is always on point. I ordered the Mongolian trio (chicken, beef and shrimp) which is new to the menu and was a hit. I hope they don't take that off the menu. Came here today for a quick lunch. You can't go wrong sitting at the bar as your drinks never wait to be refilled and always attentive service. I ordered off their lunch special menu. I had asked for those little fried crunchy noodles that you dip into duck sauce or hot mustard. Out came the crispy noodles with a temperature hot sort of duck sauce and the spicy mustard. I ordered the pork egg roll and orange chicken with lo mein noodles. That pork roll was so nice and steaming hot and the accompanying sauce some sort of wasabi infused duck sauce? It was vavoom zesty spicy open your sinuses AMAZING. Soon my entree arrived a huge dish of orange chicken and lots of lo mein noodles. Just wished the sauce on the noodles wasn't so sweet. It's been a few years since we have been to this location and they have definitely improved since last time! Our server Erin was great. Friendly, on top of things yet didn't hover. Great attitude, which is so appreciated in servers these days. Food was delicious! We started with the flaming wontons and they were sooooooo good. Not very spicy, so don't shy away....and I can't do spicy much so they really aren't spicy, lol. We also had the crispy green beans. They were very yummy if a tad salty. Just be aware if you try to avoid too much salt. Lastly we tried the dynamite shrimp, which were good. These did have a little kick but not too much. For entree we had Mongolian beef, chicken fried rice and Changs spicy chicken. The spicy chicken was spicy, ha! But flavorful and the spice didn't overpower the flavor. Chicken fried rice was delicious, but the main event that was amazing was the Mongolian Beef. Beef used was solid, the sauce was delicious and the green onions add just the right accoutrements! No dessert bc we were so full from all the food already! Also, the Asian pear mojito is good! A little sweet but I enjoyed it as a treat. Our party consisted of myself, my spouse and our two children--a total of four diners. To put it plainly, the service fell far below acceptable standards. The restaurant was not busy, yet our table experienced prolonged periods without attention. Drinks were not refreshed, and the waitstaff did not appear to understand or follow basic service expectations. I want to note that I spent years working in food service in my 20s in Chicago--primarily front-of-house as a host and server at a range of establishments, including neighborhood gems, fine-dining private clubs, and Harry Caray's. I understand fully how demanding restaurant work can be; however, it is not difficult to treat guests with the same hospitality and respect one would extend to guests in their own home. The level of service we received did not reflect that standard. Far more concerning, however, is that all four members of our party became ill with symptoms consistent with food poisoning within hours of our meal. Because every person who dined with us was affected, this strongly indicates a serious lapse in food handling or safety practices that requires your immediate review. We have no plans to return based on this experience, but we believe it is important that management is aware so corrective actions can be taken promptly. We will also be notifying the Virginia Department of Health's Environmental Health Division due to the potential food-borne illness affecting multiple patrons. We trust that PF Chang's will take this matter seriously and conduct a full review of food preparation procedures, staff training, and overall operations at your Stony Point location. read more

I used to love this place, not sure what happened. Definitely won't be going back... Let's start with the good: our server was great and the shrimp dumplings were good. My husband enjoyed the chocolate peanut butter cake for dessert. That was about it. For the bad: I had the crispy honey shrimp with brown rice which was very bland, no seasoning was found in sight. Since we're repeat customers, we know that the food portions and quality will normally be very good. However, this particular night we had difficulty with our server who was nice but not experienced. Our food came out slower than anticipated and a couple of our dishes were not as described (more highly seasoned than requested) even though we had asked questions at the time of ordering, and received assurances that were that were not followed thru on. Management had to get involved. There were 6 senior adults in our group, and we are all well versed in eating at fine dining restaurants. I have had a bad experience at a PF Changs in another city, it was my birthday and I had a birthday dinner with friends and family and when they brought my food, it was so salty. I had everyone taste it and agreed it was really bad. They ended up bringing me another plate. This was years a go but I have had a bad feeling about PG Changs since then. So when my co workers and I decided to go to this one for lunch, I was a bit nervous but it was good, our experience was good. We called 2 hrs before to reserve a table and we were seated right away and our server started right away with drinks and appetizers. We were able to scan a QR to look at the menu. Our server was patient, kind and answered all our questions. We got our foods on time. All of us thought our foods came out good and the lunch prices are reasonable. I got the Chang's spicy chicken which by the way is not spicy at all, more sweet than spicy. I liked it. I had lunch at P F Chang's today It used to be a favorite of mine but no longer. I had the beef with broccoli bowl. The brown end on the too-large-to-cut with a fork piece was not from the sauce. The broccoli and beef pieces ranged from tiny to huge . The egg roll came after the entree. No water was offered or presented. The service was pleasant but slow. I asked for a to-go box. The service was top-notch throughout the night. They really made date night feel special. everything came out right on time yet it felt like there was no rush. The sushi was the star of the meal! There are TVs for sporting events but they're not the focal point. The waitress was attentive and all the staff members are wearing masks. The dynamite shrimp is pretty good. My wife and I and another couple make an annual visit to PF Chang, usually in the Durham NC area. However, this year, we were in Richmond Va. This restaurant is located in a mall so there is plenty of parking and places to walk if you had to wait. We made a reservation and were seated on time. Our waiter was pretty good overall, but he had some troubles getting our bills split accurately... like the right entree to the right couple. But it was all good. We had some fried green beans and some lettuce wraps with Korean flank steak. Both were really good. My wife got the sweet and sour chicken and it was flavored really well. I had Changs spicy chicken. The other couple had mongolian beef and Pepper steak. Everything was good! They did have a specialty drink called Rising Dragon that two of us had and they really liked it... but it was $13 each so we just had the one each. Very good meal! read more

Let's start by saying the ambiance was amazing . The vibes in this place was definitely on point from the music (which I really loved) to the atmosphere. It really was a mood lol . The host was extremely nice and gave me and bf a nice huge booth due to us telling her we was coming to try almost the whole menu lol ! I want to apologize for my first review giving this restaurant only three stars. My husband and I are new in town and were not aware of the Richmond Virginia meals tax in addition to the six percent tax. The food here is wonderful. My husband and I tried the lunch special. We both had Teriyaki chicken with veggie fried rice. I had a salad my honey had egg rolls. For twelve ninety five, you get an entree, rice or lo mein and ab appetizer. Soft drinks have free refills. We enjoyed our meals we had enough to take home. The service was impeccable like most folks we have met here the wait staff is warm, friendly and polite. I'm here in Richmond on a business trip, and I was THRILLED to see Uber Eats would be able to deliver food to my hotel from this PF Chang's location - I hadn't had a good chicken fried rice + mongolian beef + crispy honey shrimp + chocolate cake since I moved away from San Diego (which had a great PF Chang's I regularly visited), and I was immensely happy to be able to splurge after 8 long years. It was worth the wait - I still love PF Chang's and dear GOD this location did my large take out order right. Nothing makes me angrier than when you order take out and you end up with a portion that is half of what you would have gotten in the restaurant - that was absolutely NOT the case here, quantity was not lacking and I had more than enough food for each entree. In addition, attention to detail means a lot to me, and I have to say that I have never been MORE satisfied by a restaurant's ability to package up hot food that the chef should know will not be eaten until it gets delivered. Their containers properly separated the carbs so that I didn't get rice that's been partially doused in garlic sauce, and also properly vented the crispy shrimp so it didn't get delivered soggy. Temperature at delivery was still nice and warm. And even the 6 layer chocolate cake came with the cranberry sauce/strawberries/blueberries on the side in mini containers. Special props are in order for the gentleman I spoke to on the phone after I placed the order, who accommodated my request to add chili paste and soy sauce to the order. Got a full bag of utensils, napkins, fortune cookies, and chili paste/soy sauce packets. This package was clearly put together with care, and it meant a lot - the food was stellar. The only respectful suggestion I would have for the restaurant (which I am not going to dock any stars for) is the lo mein noodles I substituted for white rice with one of the entrees - these ended up just being fried noodles, no scallions, carrots, or flavor. I paid about $5 extra for these - so would suggest either add some veggies, or maybe knock down the price a bit. Great job PF Chang's! read more

This time I tried one of their seasonal specials, short rib fried rice. I really enjoyed the spicy Mayo and kimchi, they both brought a lot of depth to the fried rice. When my family is in town, they love to meet at PF Chang's due to its location and handicap accessibility. Our service was wonderful but the food has definitely changed along with the menu. Their classic menu items (lettuce wraps, Mongolian beef) were fantastic but our table tried some of the new items (Mongolian potstickers & the Tonkatsu Ramen) and were unsatisfied. The Mongolian potstickers felt overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. The ramen had a bunch of uncooked tomatoes and the edamame had a freezer burn taste to it. I have been going to this PF Chang's at least once a year since they opened. Atmosphere. The atmosphere there is good. A great place to take a significant other for a night out. On a busy night you might feel it's too many tables in the place. But the service is good. Sit outside if you can. Food I have tasted 90% of the menu and only one dish stands out to me, the Kung Pao shrimp. For an appetizer, the Dynamite shrimp is good. Everything else is bland. I like seasoned or spicy food so take that for what it's worth. I wouldn't waste my money on dessert. Nothing special and only a few options. But the chocolate cake is enough for 3 people. Conclusion The only reason I go once a year is because my daughter likes this place so we usually go on her birthday each year. If it wasn't for that It wouldn't be a place I would go to. read more

Been to Chang's more times than I can count but this is the first time I actually really enjoyed their food. I ordered the chicken lettuce wrap which was amazing as always however I felt like there was more of the little chestnut pieces in it than actual meat. For my entre I orders the Singapore street noodles which also came highly recommended by the waitress. The street noodles was 10/10 for sure. It was so good and flavorful. I could have done without the strong lime though, I felt like that was kind of throwing me off. I ordered that with a Moscow mule and it was okay then I ordered a beer as well because the mule was so stacked with ice.
