In the meantime my child took one of the cups and ran to the soda fountain to get coke. I understand this behavior isn't acceptable so I had a conversation with my child, then I returned to pay. I noticed that cashier looked uneasy and was having a chat with her coworker/ manager while pointing at us. I asked if the drink was included in the payment which she responded with there's no way for her to add it to my payment and proceeded with completing the payment. I offered to pay cash for the drink, but it wasn't accepted. Rather the cashier chose to give me attitude and make my child feel bad about getting a drink. I was craving Chinese food (Shrimp Fried Rice) so I opted to go to Panda instead of my usual Ming's on 1st street. They do not have the norm in Chinese dishes, mostly a select menu. In order to get shrimp i had to upgrade to the extra 1.25 for walnut shrimp. I ordered half/half for rice n noodles. The rice tastes like frozen or instant bland n smokey rice. The noodles a little better. My second side is orange chicken. Not bad. Overall, i will stick to Mings for fried rice. read more

Well, since Chan's no longer can get it together, I have been looking for a Chinese restaurant to replace them. I have never gone to Panda Express and wanted to try them, so why not. I went thru their drive thru today. The girl that took my order was very pleasant, so I had high hopes. Since I wanted to try a variety of their dishes, I opted for their large meal. It comes with a side ( I got white rice) and 3 entrees. I got their steak dish ( which they charge you extra, since it's steak) the black pepper chicken and another chicken dish (sorry I forgot the name) and an order of ragoons Well, the portions are small. However the meat in the dishes was tender and quite tasty. The rice was dry and had seen better days. All in all, I spent a little over fourteen bucks with a drink for the meal. Way too expensive for the small portions you get. Will I be back? I might just to try their chicken teriyaki but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there. read more

They give you an equal portion of meat and rice. It almost felt like there was more meat than rice lol. Ask to try the meats before selecting. If you end up with something you don't like it's almost your fault lol. I like the angus steak, orange chicken, and teriyaki. The staff here are absolutely some of nicest folks I've dealt. I'm sure the food is what you expect from Panda Express. But all my exchanges with this store have been threw a 3rd party app delivery service. In which 80% of restaurants I'll pick up from treat us like the scourge of the earth. Not this staff, no matter how busy they are there's always a big welcome, hello, how are you? The food is always ready. packed neat and nice. And on the rare occasion they're a little behind they're always apologetic, which is absolutely the exact opposite of every other restaurant I deliver for. I do delivery as a side hustle but my main means of money is in the service industry. I've managed big chain steak houses and waited tables at Dallas' finest of fine dining. This panda is not as clean as the others I've been to, and the location on the GPS is wrong. It is actually located behind WinCo grocery store. The address on Yelp leads you to a Wendy's lol. The food was decent, looked like it had been sitting in the hot case for a while but I didn't expect five star service, just wanted a quick orange chicken and chow mein. The orange chicken was really good!!! The chow mein was so-so. The staff was very nice and attentive... Just looked like they could use a few more employees at 5pm on a weekday. Very clean environment and friendly service. However the food quality was not up to par. They need to put quality before food cost. I sampled Sweetfire and it was old and crunchy. The server asked what I thought so I told her in a nice way. I then sampled the Orange Chicken and it seemed a little fresher but not much. This is at 11:55 a peak lunch period. I told her it was similarly a bit too crunchy, like it had been out too long. I asked her to give me whichever was fresher so she gave me the Orange. Anyways, I broke my plastic fork on it when I was eating. I was going to include a pic but thought that was a little over the top. Better the fork then a tooth. I think if a customer says it's not right, maybe they should offer to make fresh??? So, it's a good idea to have a sample even if you know what you want like I did. read more

If I can rate this place 0 stars I would. This is the 3rd time I have visited this specific Panda and in a short breakdown, here it is: 1st - charge incorrect, waited 15 minutes for manager correct. Got my $5 back and 15 minutes later and drive home, food was cold. Employees need to slow down and make sure food is correct and price is correct. 2nd - Waited 20 minutes outside in the parking lot waiting for my food to come. If I haven't paid already I would have just left. 3rd - My wife took the coupon code from the receipt (poor experience and feedback) and manager told my wife she can only get the 4th entree free? Are you serious?? On the receipt it shows buy one entree get one free. This place is a SCAM and under very poor management. There is not another Panda in the area and now experiencing such ridiculous service, I will not visit this location. I would expect this from McDonalds or Wendy's but not Wendy's. read more
