My family and I stop in on this past Sunday evening. Needless to say, the food was substandard. It was luke warm at best. We love Panda, but this location is never up to par. The only thing that we all had eaten was the fried rice. They need to make sure they are replacing their food more often and keeping it hot. I haven't been that sick in a long time. BEWARE!!! My grandson order the Teriyaki Chicken, as the server was cutting it up, she spilled the container and picked the food that had been dropped. She looked to see if we noticed. It appeared that she was going to serve the food to him that had spilt. We have three or four Panda Express restaurants in our area and I've eaten in all of them. They used to provide high quality, affordable food quickly. As a company policy they seem to keep barely enough staff to keep the doors open. As a result many of their featured items are usually unavailable and in preparation. The service staff needs to be on roller skates so they can move faster. They seem to have reduced the amount of beef in their broccoli and beef. I ordered it and got only broccoli and no beef. My wife ordered Pepper Chicken and got mostly onion with almost no chicken. Their prices have increased and the serving sizes have decreased. Customers are paying close to $7.00 for a fairly large serving of rice with very little else. The taste is still good, but everything else is pretty bad. Not recommended! read more
