My husband went to this location yesterday at around 8pm. He stated it was packed, which would maybe suggest the food would be hot/fresh. I got the plate combo with orange chicken and broccoli beef and the orange chicken was completely inedible. Visually it wasn't appealing but I decided to bite into it anyway. My family and I stop in on this past Sunday evening. Needless to say, the food was substandard. It was luke warm at best. We love Panda, but this location is never up to par. We had two previous bad experiences here and I said I wouldn't go back, but thought I would give them another chance. Long story short we all three ended up with Food Poisoning. The only thing that we all had eaten was the fried rice. They need to make sure they are replacing their food more often and keeping it hot. I haven't been that sick in a long time. BEWARE!!! My grandson order the Teriyaki Chicken, as the server was cutting it up, she spilled the container and picked the food that had been dropped. She looked to see if we noticed. It appeared that she was going to serve the food to him that had spilt. But once she noticed we were looking, she put that container to the side and started over with another fresh container and another piece of chicken. But as I sat down at 8:33 to dine in an employee locked the front door well before the posted 9 pm closing time. That was followed by 3 staff members gathering in the back corner to eat. A few others were operating the drive through. Just before I left a couple parked at 8:47 and strolled to the locked front door. You'll spend 20-30 minutes in the drive thru line before you can even get to the menu to order....the drive thru lane has no exit so you are just trapped waiting your turn. We have three or four Panda Express restaurants in our area and I've eaten in all of them. They used to provide high quality, affordable food quickly. As a company policy they seem to keep barely enough staff to keep the doors open. As a result many of their featured items are usually unavailable and in preparation. The service staff needs to be on roller skates so they can move faster. They seem to have reduced the amount of beef in their broccoli and beef. I ordered it and got only broccoli and no beef. My wife ordered Pepper Chicken and got mostly onion with almost no chicken. Their prices have increased and the serving sizes have decreased. Customers are paying close to $7.00 for a fairly large serving of rice with very little else. The taste is still good, but everything else is pretty bad. Not recommended! read more

It shows in the employees, from serving cold food, to having food served right after handling cash to forgetting they were to bring out a side once it was prepared.
