Mrs. K. really likes frozen custard and has a hierarchy of favorites. Freddy's is right up there near the top and their consistency is one reason why. This is light, firm and has a great chocolate flavor to it. It sticks to the spoon and doesn't melt quickly. Delicious and it doesn't need mix-ins as a substitute for low quality. I needed an after dessert snack, so I ordered a 2 scoop, pistachio almond and pecan praline ice cream cone (don't judge me! Fat is what fat does!). It was delicious.
