She referred me to the restaurants website so I could schedule my order for delivery. I place my order 5 minutes later, and accidentally requested pickup instead of delivery after I had already paid for the order. I try to reverse my mistake, but I immediately get a phone call from the same woman verifying that I meant to choose pickup. When I told her it was a mistake and that I'd re-do the order, she kindly and very generously offered to drop off the order for us at no extra cost. Not only did they go the extra mile, but the pizza tasted fantastic! Will absolutely be purchasing from this restaurant again.

Starting, the (no-greeting) drive-through attendant said, "Let's move up.... (referring to forwarding the car) - I said no problem (as he walked beside me) ... he then added - If we don't, we will get in trouble!! Oh goodness... no one should feel that way! A Simple #1 order that wasn't so simple... In the drive-up window, they confirmed my name, handed me the order, and I asked, "Are there 2 Chick-fil-A sauces & one BBQ in there?" She didn't even look; she said, "Yes!" So I decided to look anyway... Nope, there were the two CFA sauces; so I asked for one BBQ, she (with a smirk) handed me one. Then, I noticed there were only two napkins in the bag (everyone knows you need one or two napkins JUST to deal with opening the condiment containers!), I asked her for some extra napkins.... she handed me TWO... (Only two?) I giggled and asked. "Is there a shortage of napkins?"!! She didn't know what to say! I drove away. There was no way I wanted to have a conversation about napkins! THEN ... For me, no need to sell me on the concept of trying something new. Either it will taste good, or it will not. I found myself in Gainesville. I didn't even know Texas had a Gainesville. I thought that was a Florida thing, but here I am looking around this city (hearing the Bugs Bunny clip where he states he took a wrong turn in Albuquerque). I saw Braum's, and immediately made my lunch plans. The building has a word that interests me - market! I knew it would have hamburgers. I knew it would have ice cream. I didn't know what to expect when they had market on their building. I walk inside to smiling faces and am greeted. I guess me taking so many pictures gave me serious tourist vibes... I see many coolers/refrigerated units inside. I see bagged salad mixes, bread, milk, their name ice creams, deli meat, etc. This is a place you can shop if you enjoy small market setups. Their is an employee dedicated to getting the market shoppers out as quickly as possible. The food...I was surprised at how rich the shake was. I was surprised that the A2 cow meat produce was different tasting...it tasted like real beef. The Braum's sauce was tasty. The seasoning on the fries was tasty. Everything was tasty. I used the shake for the meal, and a chocolate vanilla yogurt twist for dessert. I needed an after dessert snack, so I ordered a 2 scoop, pistachio almond and pecan praline ice cream cone (don't judge me! Fat is what fat does!). It was delicious. Unlimited soda refills that are Coca-Cola products. Braum's get 1 star taken away because they do not have a frequent eater program or an app. Overall, I had an enjoyable experience. They really did earn the fourth star by having black walnut ice cream. That's a seasonal eating, and I was told they keep black walnut around often.

Went through drive through as they said I have to come through the window to get my order. My food was ready at 10:40 and I waited in the drive through for an additional 15-20 minutes in the drive through AFTER my food was ready. Don't offer pickup on the app if it won't be available. So annoying.
