Me and my boyfriend ordered food to go, the customer service was all right. The weight took longer than expected. Once we got in our car to eat my boyfriend's food came out perfect mine did not. I asked for extra bacon didn't get it. I asked for blueberries on top of my strawberry banana pancakes didn't get none of that. Very disappointed with this location. My family and I had been affected by the Texas storm. We had not been able to leave our house for 5 days and we came to this location to get our first hot meal since the snow storm started and we got turned away for not having a mask on. I understand their rules, but given our circumstance, and the fact that there were only TWO occupied tables in the whole restaurant- my kids were denied a hot dinner. Definitely not our best IHOP experience today. no smiles at all from the staff, kinda felt like we were inconveniencing them whenever we asked for something. My tea was really awful - too strong or something. I returned it and got a tea out of my car. The food took too long and when it was brought out my blueberry pancakes looked nothing like the menu picture. They were not the big, fluffy pancakes covered with blueberries..... they were small flat hard pancakes with a drop of blueberries on top. When I cut into the pancakes they crunched!! Really? Yes - that's just not the way pancakes are supposed to be!! And at the end of the meal the check came with the tea still on it. She did remove it after I asked. Will we go back? I wish I could come up with even one positive attribute but except for the food being okay, I can't. The service was incredibly slow even though we were one of maybe three or four occupied tables in the entire restaurant. There was food stuck on the table, the booth, and the floor. They forgot things on our order but by the time we finally got our food we didn't care because we were so hungry. Literally we waited over 45 minutes for a sandwich and some pancakes. The absolute worst! I ordered the biscuit and gravy combo with three eggs-to go. When I got the order home and sat down to enjoy my meal, I noticed it was missing the extra egg AND the sausage, but they were good enough to charge me for them. I called to speak to the shift manager and she explained that if I drove back to town she could remove the extra charges or finish filling my order. I explained that it would cost $10 to drive back and forth to correct their error. She said next time in they would "comp" a portion of my meal. I explained that I would never be back and at this point she decided the best course of action was to hang up on me. A "manager" hung up on a customer! Disgraceful!
