The service was a little slow but honestly they were very busy. I love the old pictures on the walls and it just reminds me of a tourist stop. This restaurant has IMPECCABLE service. I called to place an order for delivery, the woman who…read morepicked up explained they have third party delivery services separate from the restaurant. She referred me to the restaurants website so I could schedule my order for delivery. I place my order 5 minutes later, and accidentally requested pickup instead of delivery after I had already paid for the order. I try to reverse my mistake, but I immediately get a phone call from the same woman verifying that I meant to choose pickup. When I told her it was a mistake and that I'd re-do the order, she kindly and very generously offered to drop off the order for us at no extra cost. Not only did they go the extra mile, but the pizza tasted fantastic! Will absolutely be purchasing from this restaurant again.

They had an array of options but I went with the brisket pizza since it wasn't a regular thing. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I'm so mad I forgot to get more before leaving the casino to take home. The pizza itself was just standard casino fare -- not great, but not terrible either. I also tried the house salad, which was yellowed, wilted, and looked like it may have been frozen at some point. On the plus side, the tables were fairly clean and the area was maintained decently. Overall, it works if you're hungry and nearby, but nothing stood out.

Extremely rude staff that completely ignores you and rolls their eyes and makes faces when you come in to try and let them know you're there to pick up a order today for example I ordered ahead in the app so my husband could pick it up after it got off work and grab it on his way home it was supposed to be ready at 5:38 and he arrived at 5:40 to pick it up and he just now got it at 6:20 and when they finally acknowledged his existence and quit ignoring him they told him " oh ya we gave your pizza to someone else and now we are remaking it" so two minutes after it was ready our pizza was given away? Whatever fine could've told us that big whoop I understand y'all's lives are miserable because you're working at a fast food restaurant but that's also your own choice there's so much better jobs out there especially in Gainesville. It's not the public's fault for whatever you're going through or if you're just a straight up nasty person. DO BETTER AND QUIT TREATING PEOPLE LIKE CRAP!!! I do not recommend this place unless you like being treated like shit. Avoid it like the plague.
