Hooooo Hummmm.. - This is for Chic-Fil-A #04028 - Gainsville - I always say, "Everyone is always so nice at Chick-fil-A!" Well, today I was proved wrong! Starting, the (no-greeting) drive-through attendant said, "Let's move up.... (referring to forwarding the car) - I said no problem (as he walked beside me) ... he then added - If we don't, we will get in trouble!! Oh goodness... no one should feel that way! A Simple #1 order that wasn't so simple... In the drive-up window, they confirmed my name, handed me the order, and I asked, "Are there 2 Chick-fil-A sauces & one BBQ in there?" She didn't even look; she said, "Yes!" So I decided to look anyway... Nope, there were the two CFA sauces; so I asked for one BBQ, she (with a smirk) handed me one. Then, I noticed there were only two napkins in the bag (everyone knows you need one or two napkins JUST to deal with opening the condiment containers!), I asked her for some extra napkins.... she handed me TWO... (Only two?) I giggled and asked. "Is there a shortage of napkins?"!! She didn't know what to say! I drove away. There was no way I wanted to have a conversation about napkins! THEN ... I opened my bag... I wanted (& ordered) extra pickles... didn't get them! There were only a few waffle fries, as one large one was blocking the container (which had never happened before), and they were VERY greasy (time to change My drink... well, it was supposed to be a CB Lemonade, but they gave me a CB Sprite instead. I don't drink sodas! First, it's a terrible location to maneuver in/out of, and it's the LEAST friendly location I have EVER experienced! Take care of your employees, and they will take care of your customers... and the gratitude will flow in a circle. read more

#54/2022 So I got stuck up in the Gainesville Texas area decided to park at the QuikTrip Had one meal there but decided for something different a little bit of a walk for me with my circulation but I made the journey over to Chick-fil-A. The reviews were fairly positive for the most part showing that it's definitely one of the better ones. I walked in and looked around and noticed that they had a very nice dining room very large there was a playroom for the kiddos and I was greeted as I walked in pleasantly by Cadence. I stepped to the side let somebody else order in front of me cuz I said I needed a little time to decide what I want. I went with a chicken sandwich meal original not spicy minus the pickles got the honey mustard sauce to put on it I didn't really want any waffle fries today so for a buck 46 more I went with the mac and cheese. I also found out you can do nuggets separately if you don't want a 12 or 8 piece I tried to grill now gets with the tree for $55 a piece for a buck 65 not bad and a Coke Zero. I sat down after I got my drink they bring the food out to your table and the food came and I opened up the bag with the chicken that was nice and hot very good little crisp on it. The nuggets are kind of cool it's like they take a chicken breast and just rip them apart in the Nugget size grilled I think next time I come back though I might get a grilled chicken sandwich cuz they were really tasty. The reason I'm holding back five stars though and four stars on this first visit is the macaroni and cheese was starting to get a little old I think. it was good, but there was like hardened cheese thrown on top that you have to kind of mash together and it was just sort of well okay. Coke Zero taste good All in all it was nice experience it was worth the walk and I probably would do it again if I got stuck here for a day. Although I have to say the dining experience definitely stood out among a few other Chick-fil-A's I've been to but I really haven't reviewed. Okay, this location took it one step further than others I've been to. And I really didn't think there was a way for that to happen since CFA is already top notch! They gave us sanitizer wipes with our drive thru order! I know they have these inside, but we've never gotten them in our drive thru order before. So kind of them! The servers were friendly, accurate and speedy, as always. Our chicken sandwich tasted hot and fresh, fries did too. Full tummies and absolutely no complaints! Great job! read more

Chick fil a is great especially this location off I-35 north exit. The establishment is always clean and the customer service is top notch. However I do have a small complaint I paid $1.30 extra for Mac and cheese and it was hot and to top that off my container was partially filled. It's frustrating to pay $12 for a meal and feel like you didn't get value or taste right. I've been here before and never had problems. It's a first. Hopefully in the future things will be better! read more

So far so good! I've been to this Chick-Fil-A a few times now, and I can't believe it was just recently opened. The workers are obviously still learning how to run everything, but service is STILL fast and smooth and courteous. The building is very nice and open inside with a big dining area, the parking lot is spacious and easy to get to from either highway 82 or interstate 35. The drive thru is seamless with the workers taking orders in person, it's so much easier than a speaker system. Overall, I'm so happy to have this in Gainesville and even happier that it's being done right. read more

This is a great place to stop by on your way to your destination, either to work, to home, or continuing your road trip to another state. They do get busy but they always take the time to make sure the food is fresh and tasty. We keep an eye out for Chick Fil A's when we travel because we know they are a good choice. Went to this business for a regular CFA sandwich during breakfast hours. Was informed they will not make a regular sandwich during breakfast hours. This is the first Chik Fil A restaurant that has failed to cook a regular sandwich for me. This is apparently a new restaurant as there may have been only 4-5 customers in the dining room and maybe 2 cars at the take out window. Luckily there was a Whataburger next door that had no problem making me a fresh burger for my meal. Restaurant was clean but the counter girl could use a refresher in customer service. read more

They had all the food ready since we called ahead but went above and beyond by writing encouraging and sweet things on all the girls bags! Came here for a late lunch/early dinner today. The place is clean, employees are friendly and food is great (as usual). As we were eating, there was a young man sweeping up. Love, love, love this place! However, we showed up today for national cow day, wearing stuff that had Hereford cattle on it because we are in the beef cattle business and raise Herefords. Showed what we were wearing to the cashier and she gave us the look that our cow stuff did not count towards free food.. Because, I guess we didn't have on Holstein cow stuff, no free stuff for us! Holsteins are their logo and are great great cattle for dairy products, but in reality they contribute very little to the meat supply..Beef cattle do that.. Granted the poor chickens get it in the neck at this place too, and like them we did not have any luck with our agriculture products today. read more
