This used to be an awesome jack in the Box with friendly staff. But unfortunately now the staff is rude, and occasionally make fun of the customers in Spanish. Ps if you're going to do this make sure the customers aren't fluent in Spanish lol. The worst thing is the food used to be pretty great for a jack in the box. This has to be one of the worst stores. Wait times are ridiculous and order is often wrong. I waited for 30 min for egg rolls, not to mention the rest of my order. Bacon ultimate cheeseburger, curly fries and 2 tacos. Burger and fries were cold and didn't get my tacos. Asked for soy sauce and taco sauce and got the taco sauce but no soy sauce. Honestly I do not leave reviews ever but this meal was so underwhelming that I had to let other people know. We ordered 2 Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger Combos, when we got our meal it was missing both sauces & the pop was all carbonation which means it's not drinkable. We both agreed that the little mistakes were fine but when we opened our Bacon Cheeseburgers there was no bacon...like seriously paying $35 for TWO bacon cheeseburgers that were soo small & had no bacon... If a customer is paying $35 for two burgers those should of been big enough & made correctly... Overall, the price is RIDICULOUS for the meal you receive. If your order is right its your typical fast food. If its wrong the manager gets very angry at you and argues with you. Cusses you out in Spanish. Everyone else that works there are middle aged non English speaking Hispanics. So they're no help. They have the radio up as high as it can go to give you that Cinco De Mayo feel. And don't forget your receipt cause if its wrong and Juanita accepts that its wrong this time but you don't have your receipt she will make you feel like you are stealing from her establishment. (No. She's not the owner) but they don't care either. Dont eat here. There are much friendlier and more accommodating fast food places in Gainesville. read more

I've never had a bad experience at this location, so I go often! They always have some new weird menu items and it's fun to try them out. I like any spicy stuff on their menu, and Jack in the Box is the only chain where you can get a meal like fish and chips, a mango blast drink, egg rolls, and a funnel cake for dessert. Just the most random menu. It's not a restaurant choice you'll brag about, but it's delicious and fun. read more

I really liked this Jack In The Box restaurant! Because I get out at 3 am from work, their 24 hour operation was very convenient, and I really enjoyed the food. So, why only 1 star? Apparently, they are now closed! I made my customary trip the other night, only to find the lights off. The order signs were removed and when I pulled up to the drive-thru window, all of the equipment was missing! Bummer! Well, I still have Whataburger off of I-35 and 82, but I'll miss the variety this Jack In The Box offered. read more

The drive thru was fairly quick and when I got to the window it was nice to hear the employees laughing inside. My junior jumbo jack with cheese was delicious. So this morning i decided to go through drive-through to grab a quick breakfast. When I pulled up I still needed to look over the menus some, but eventually found what I needed. I waited for someone to say something for 4 minutes before pulling to the window. I waited outside the window for another 5 minutes to see if I could catch someone. As I was waiting I could hear laughing outside the front of the store. With my deadline to work being at 5am, I had to quickly leave. Once I get to the front of the store I see two employees stranding right outside the doorway chatting and laughing with two random individuals. Unphased as I pulled through the drive through, the employees continued to converse. I don't understand if there was an important situation that needed to be discussed, but I would figure that the customer would come first and that they wouldn't be wasting time if there boss was paying them. read more

How did this place get 4 stars? The service was mediocre. The food was ok. But, the drink machine was filthy. Covered in sticky gunk that I can only assume is soda. And the ice dispenser didn't even work. I love the jack in the box where I live. I feel sorry for the people who live here and have this as their option. read more
