We were waited on really fast. We got our food really fast. The food was good and hot. They held up the Taco Bell standard really well. They only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is, most of the tables were really dirty. They seemed to have plenty of staff but no one had wiped off the tables in a long time. We found a clean table but there weren't many. It was nice that they have TVs that were tuned to a football game. That made my husband really happy. read more

We live in Whitesboro, Texas my wife came thru the drive through and did not get all of our food. Hey it happens, but we live 15 mins away. We can't just come back. I was upset, I called and someone named John answered the phone. I asked to speak to manager, he said it was him. I told him we didn't get our food. He did say I come now it get the item we didn't get. Problem is we just live to far away. But his attitude on the phone was horrible, no apology, nothing. I said no apology or nothing, and his response was, anything I else I can help you with? I said I would like to speak to your manager, his response was anything else I can help you with. I mean come on, he would not give me his last name. I asked if there was a general manager he said yes....Wuan and wouldn't give me much more than that I asked.
