We stood at the counter for at least 7 minutes trying to order. The lady asked me over 4 times which combo I wanted and kept asking what size drinks me and my boyfriend asked for. Went in around 2 o'clock on a Thursday, only one customer in the restaurant, ordered the roast beef smoked cheesy combo, and my wife had a salad. When they brought the salad to the table, it had two containers of the ranch dressing and only each was about half full, so my wife asked for more and we were told there would be an extra charge for that, come on at least fill the container up for the original order. The worst Schlotzsky's i've ever been too. I asked for jalapeño bread on the original and add turkey. Ordered an additional sandwich on jalapeño bread also. Both sandwiches were on sourdough and they did not add turkey. I even asked before i left if they were for sure on the right bread as two days before that i went through driveway and got wrong bread twice! Our last time going to Schlotzsky's. We have given them 3 chances to make a good pizza. They have yet to make it right. It's the same girl that works there and has a terrible attitude. Their pizza is terrible. I ordered a veggie supreme. It had too much cheese, a few tomatoes and a couple of thin slices of onion. that was it. I sent it back and she tried to tell me it was a veggie supreme I demanded a new pizza. I got the new pizza and it still wasn't a supreme. A few more tomatoes. Nothing you would expect on a veggie supreme. Few onions, a small amount of black olives, not even spread around the entire pizza. No mushrooms, bell pepper. I even asked for extra vegetables. Nope. My husband got a meat supreme with veggies and extra pepperoni. Hardly no meat, no vegetables, no extra pepperoni. It was mostly cheese. I can't prove it but I think they use fake cheese. This is a very nice, new location, and it's really easy to access from the highway. I had never tried Schlotzsky's before, but it was good! I had a small original sandwich and it was great, I can't believe how big the small was and I don't even understand why there are two larger sizes, but OK. I really love the drive-through, too. I'm not a huge fan of how expensive the menu is. It's definitely nicer than fast food and the food is much better quality so it's worth the price, but it's as expensive as going to a sit down service restaurant. They had it out in no time and it was hot and delicious along with the chips and drink. I am unable to digest wheat, so I value the Gluten-Free option Schlotzsky's reliably offers at all their locations.
