Came here to eat dinner on our way home the AC is out it was so hot we couldn't even eat in the dinning room had to eat in our car. Looked like the drive thru was top priority. Saw an order sit ready in the window 10 minutes before someone finally took it to the table. When a refund was requested all we got was a blank stare. Being busy when shorthanded is understandable. Making excuses instead of saying sorry not so much. Try a different DQ unless you have plenty of time to wait. read more

After driving hours through Oklahoma, I stopped in for what I thought would be a quick lunch. I ordered the Dude combo since it's been a while since I've had one. The Dude is a chicken fried steak patty sandwich and is nothing difficult to whip up. My order however, took 22 minutes to complete. On a positive note the sandwich and fries were nice and hot. This looks like a relatively new location, was clean and the staff were courteous, just an average spot. read more

Even with a line to the road, the service was quick and professional. The food was pretty lackluster though. Undersized patty on a oversized bun with just a few veggies. Really bad customer service. Overcharged on ticket. When I brought it attention of cashier he did not understand even after I pointed it out on the menu. Finally had to ask for manager. In the meantime food was waiting in the window. It took manager a few minutes to come. Instead of immediately taking care of the overcharge he proceeded to teach the employee. I was getting very upset. I told them the food was getting cold. Finally someone from back came out with food but still no refund. The manager did not like our complaints so handed us all our money back and told us to leave. We did and will definitely not go back. I am 70+ years and have never been treated in such a manner. read more

Underserved on the blizzards! Lets be honest we all like to get our fat kid on everyonce and a while, mine is a blizzard. This is the third time that they have underserved me on my fat kid treat! I'm use to seeing blizzards with a little over the rim of the cup, NOT 1-2inchs below the rim. Or maybe you like all the candys on the top and ice cream on the bottom. If you do not mind being underserved and ripped off than this place is great for you. The staff is also less than friendly. read more
