Wife order through Little Caesars just 2 Pizzas and a two liter, when the "delivery driver" the dasher that little Caesar's had pick up the food didn't have the two liter, called Little Caesars and said that it was the dasher fault. Which is probably only half there fault since I been inside this place before and them soon of the laziest ever. Wouldn't give us a refund and said to either contact the dasher or pick it up ours self. Ps it's date night in pjs so no don't want to go pick it up, and the dasher isn't on the "job" anymore so already know they wouldn't be any help read more

There were 4 employees "working". 1 guy was actually boxing up pizza while the other 3 were on the other side of the store just talking. It was about a minute after I walked in, along with another gentleman, before the one working employee said "someone will be with you". After standing there for 7-8 minutes we decided to leave but had not even been acknowledged by the other 3 employees. I'll try Little Caesars 1-2 times a year but this location has never improved. read more

Wow!!! Avoid them! Poisoned and less ingredients than should be. The staff literally spit in my food (a remake) before baking! I was polite until they had to remake a second time and then they went silent. read more

The pizza was raw in the middle. Completely not edible. Terrible customer service and incompetent phone service trying to report a problem with our order and the phone loops and they ask you to call back to get a manager. Then no one every answers. Awful! After 44 minutes on the phone I showed up and then had to wait another 10 min for them to remake a pizza and no apologies at all. After waiting on the phone for the actual manager, the customer service person acted like she couldn't hear me and said I would have to call back or she could transfer me to the store. No!!!!!!! Fantastic! I would give it more stars if I could. We love little Caesar's and have been to many across the US, but this one had the best pizza I've had in years. The crust was so delicious, the pizza incredibly well made, the perfect amount of each ingredient. And the customer service was stellar! read more

After reading the other reviews I'm glad I didn't look around too much in this Little Caesars! The employees were very nice and made our pizza in around 8 minutes while we waited. It was a little janky since there were just some open brown cardboard boxes of Red Pepper and Parmesan Cheese packets by the register people were digging through. We just got a thick crust cheese pizza, and it was A-OK. The crust is interesting, but the sauce and cheese don't have much flavor. I would definitely come back if I wanted to grab a pepperoni pizza since they're supposedly always ready to pick up and cost like $5. read more

We've been waiting for 30 minutes and still haven't gotten our pizzas. Not coming here anytime soon.

Daniel went above and beyond to make the best of a very busy situation. There were a few big orders coming in and a 30 pizza order just came in, he explained what was going on and did his best to get everyone out in a timely manner. it is obvious he takes pride in his job. it is so great to see employees who care about their jobs. read more

Never got to eat. The person who runs the cash register left and I could not order anything. No manager on site and the cooks were standing around waiting for someone to come take orders. Will try again another time. read more

I've had two bad experiences with the store. I will not have another. Let me start off by saying I love Little Caesars, and when done right the pizza is good, especially for the price. I don't know if this is an ownership problem with this particular store, but the first experience I went in and purchased five pizzas for my brothers kids to have a little pizza party, and when I got home two of the pizzas were literally so old and burnt they were inedible. I decided to give them another chance today, and I went in at 11 o'clock,( mind you they open at 10), and tried to order the four dollar lunch special which is a personal pan pizza and a drink. When I walked in there was a lady sitting down in the chairs where you wait for your pizza to be done, and she literally heaved a deep sigh, got up and drug her way to the counter, so I take it that she worked there, before she could "help" me a kid came from the back glaring at me like I was bothering him for being there, and did not ask me if he could help me but rather, "what did I need?" I asked him for the lunch special, and I swear to God he actually rolled his eyes at me! He punched it in and said,"that will be five bucks." I opened my wallet and all I had was two $100 bills so I go to hand him a hundred dollar bill and he proceeds to tell me that they don't have change for that because they just opened. At this point I'm annoyed and so I said back to him, "You just opened an hour ago, you guys can't go to the bank and get change?" He just looks at me. So I gifted him with an eye roll back, stuff my hundred back in my wallet and walked out the door. I will not be back. I don't know if this is a franchise and there's an owner in the situation, but if there is and they read this, or the manager reads this review and cares about their job, here's what I have to say - you guys need to seriously work on your customer service, your employees attitudes, and generally quit thinking that you're the only pizza place in town...because newsflash, you're not. read more

Absolutely horrible...... Store was filthy ......employees don't wash hands....one pizza was burnt ..another was old....manager was rude...I would rather eat cheese and crackers, than to ever go back .... read more
