AMBIANCE: 4 STARS The restaurant was clean and the decor simple, but fun and cute. FOOD: 3 STARS The fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. They were served hot and that was great. The chicken was where it fell apart for me. The lemon pepper was blah. I didn't even taste lemon pepper seasoning. The worst batch I have ever had at any wing stop restaurant. The jamaican jerk wings were decent. I did appreciate the island flavor, but nothing exciting. Overall it was an ok experience. I probably wouldn't visit this location again. I expect more from wing stop when it comes to chicken. I wasn't happy with the food, but the customer service was exceptional. I do wish they would have put some napkins or silverware in my bag. I need napkins to wipe my hands after eating.

This restaurant has IMPECCABLE service. I called to place an order for delivery, the woman who…read morepicked up explained they have third party delivery services separate from the restaurant. She referred me to the restaurants website so I could schedule my order for delivery. I place my order 5 minutes later, and accidentally requested pickup instead of delivery after I had already paid for the order. I try to reverse my mistake, but I immediately get a phone call from the same woman verifying that I meant to choose pickup. When I told her it was a mistake and that I'd re-do the order, she kindly and very generously offered to drop off the order for us at no extra cost. Not only did they go the extra mile, but the pizza tasted fantastic! Will absolutely be purchasing from this restaurant again.

It's a special for $7.00 and is unquestionably unique and different. Tequila and coconut cream definitely makes it work. The taste is odd, but in a good way. Ambiance: 4.5 STARS It's a a fun vibe and energy feel. I like the cozy country atmosphere and concept. The decor is cool and shows off Toby Keith's love for music. It's comfortable and clean plus the large booths are nice. Service: 4 STARS My waitress was friendly, helpful and pleasant. She was attentive and polite. Food: 3.75 STARS I tried multiple items and here is the breakdown The cheesesteak is good and well seasoned. The meat is tender and it's loaded with onions and green peppers. When you add the A1 steak sauce it's a tasty bite. The bun could be a bit better though. The Mac & Cheese is a NO. It's like elementary school cafeteria food. Looks cheesy and good, but the flavor is not there. The shrimp cargo appetizer is sautéed in garlic butter, smothered in Havarti cheese, with cajun flavors. It's not bad, but it's decent. The shrimp are a good size. However, it's not for me it's missing something. Baked Potato is huge and filled with butter! The ribs are tender and taste better than they look. The BBQ sauce is nice I enjoyed the flavor. Overall it was a funky good time and experience. I left happy, full and satisfied!
