My mom and I ate here on 3-25-26 11:00 am (i failed to add a review)…read more We met a friend who lives in the area. The inside is nice. It's a county style setting/diner type and was very clean. Restroom was clean. We had one of the lunch specials. Meatloaf, cabbage, mash potatoes and I can't remember the other vegetable. It also came with peach cobbler. And 3 teas. Service was great and the food was excellent. I'm pretty picky about meatloaf but it was really good. It did need a little more juice topping. I kinda like my meatloaf a little more moist but that's me. The flavor was really good. Everything was good. The price was great for the amount of food. Mom and I also purchased their homemade fried pies. I bought Apricot and Cherry with crème. We took those home. They were both awesome. We live over an hour away but I would return for lunch or dinner!!

NOPE, don't do it. Service here is the WORST EVER. This restaurant is north of Hwy 82 (Texas) off…read moreof Hwy 377 on the way to Lake Texoma. About 10 miles before you reach Lake Texoma and Megastar Casino. We stopped for breakfast on Saturday morning, September 19, 2026 @ 10am. Took forever to get waited on (about 20 minutes). Then waited for over an hour to receive food, as did 12 other customers in the restaurant that were there before we arrived. An older female employee with short light brown hair (about 60) kept refilling my coffee and apologizing for the slow service (as if this was not typical). I mentioned to her "Yeah, you must have a serious problem with the cooks in the kitchen." She laughed it off. Food finally arrived 1 hour later. Food was decent, nothing spectacular. Had to ask for the check. Went up to pay. The young male (about 16) at the register gave off a vibe that we were inconveniencing him. I asked for a discount since we had to wait so long. He responded with "There is no discount." I asked him to check with the manager. With irritated body language he walked away to ask a manager if we could receive a discount for our long wait time. He came back and said no discount. My husband asked to speak to a manager. A female employee came out to speak with my husband. She told him, RUDLY, there is no discount, there is no manager on duty, and the customers don't mind waiting. She acted as if how dare we ask for a discount for over an hour wait to receive food. He looked her in the face and said "We won't be back EVER, your customer service SUCKS, and we will be writing a YELP review." I find it hard to believe there was no manager on duty and they are running this restaurant like the wild wild west.

The White Rabbit is a little hidden treasure, tucked away in rustic downtown Sherman, TX. It's not…read morethat far from the Oklahoma border, although some might consider it a far-flung exurb of Dallas. I honestly had trouble finding the place and nearly gave up. I'm glad I stuck with it and checked around the corner - that's where I found a super steep staircase leading to a magical coffeeshop space. The second floor has it all: creaky wooden floors, broad sunny windows, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, a counter full of quirky merchandise including stickers, jewelry, bookmarks and more. There's a rack of curated vintage clothes and a bookcase wall. So - the setting is amazing and this would be the perfect place to meet a friend, or settle in for an afternoon and get some work done. The menu is seasonal - I tried a latte and my friend tried an iced matcha - both were delicious! Really glad I took the time to check out this unique spot.

First time here, so I'll definitely update when/if I can return…read more First impression: uber cute decor, I love all the plants, there are books, children's books, and the bathroom is serene. Free water and bottomless coffee refill in the corner. They sell balms, stickers, clothes, and more. Prices are a little steep, especially with a farmers market across the street, but options are always a good thing. I ordered a large latte. The menu states flavors are an extra .50 in the menu book, but I was charged $1. (Just an observation that the prices may not be correct on yeh menu book) They ask for tips, but I wouldn't. They don't clean up, you take your cups and plates to the trash area. We ordered the tacos. It did take 25 minutes to get it and it was not busy. Our coffee was ready pretty quickly. I presume (wild guess) that the food fixer dude is not good with multi tasking, or his desire to serve is lacking. Anyways, the serving size was good! The tacos were warm on top, but the eggs were cold on bottom. Plus they really had no flavor. My latte was warm at best and the coffee was not strong? I would suggest switching brands. The hot cocoa my husband got WAS delicious and stayed hot in the travel cup... so maybe that would help in the latte arena. The coffee server was by far very friendly. Thank you for Truly not being ugly, just an honest review. If I come back will try a coffee and a food item to see if it improved.

Also nice that they carry quality flower. That is all located in the back. The front has offerings of coffee, tea, refreshers, shakes, and smoothies. They've carved out cozy seating nooks, tucked-in corners, and little pockets of personality everywhere you look. Think indie coffeehouse meets game night: puzzles on tables, interactive games within arm's reach, and an atmosphere that basically invites you to stay longer than you planned. I've only sampled the coffee so far, but wow--there's a huge lineup of signature drinks, and the one I picked was prepared to perfection and served with a smile. A fun, creative little gem...a must try!
