I drove off to work, assuming everything would be as it should reflect on the order. When I arrive to work, I opened the bag. My oatmeal was not in the bag. The cinnamon pull apart bread was not warmed up. The chai tea latte was watered down and not made to Starbucks standard. I never complain or call Customer Service but today I most definitely did. They need to stop pushing the employees to work so fast so they can actually focus on quality service. Because of this experience, I didn't even get an entire breakfast this morning and I have no time to go back right now and get my order made right.

Had to break out the ole umbrella and walk an arduous walk that had me singing "Let It Go" from Frozen as I climbed the stairs up to the front door! After I was finished, I went to the coffee spot. I was recently hospitalized there for 8 days, and had been there a few times for coffee and snacks, etc... It's a great little spot and company! They have a wide variety of seasonal blends and a good variety of syrups (nice selection of sugar free- which I use!). They offer plant based milks as well, and the food choices are very fresh, organic and natural! Ask for Finley!!! She recognized me from my stay, knew me by name, and told me how beautiful I looked! I was pretty sick when I was there before. She really cared and remembered me well. This impressed me! She even remembered what I ordered last! They have a nice rewards program and a great selection!
