The drink I went in for was not available, but the barista recommended an exceptional substitute. The espresso could be stronger but the flavor of the syrup was great and they offered filtered drinking water. The location is well lit, and is a good place to gather with friends or for an intimate coffee date. There is art showcased on the walls that add to the shop's appeal. They also carried a small amount of merchandise and had board games available to play if you choose to stay and enjoy your coffee. All in all, I would recommend The White Rabbit Coffee House and will be returning.

Free water and bottomless coffee refill in the corner. They sell balms, stickers, clothes, and more. Prices are a little steep, especially with a farmers market across the street, but options are always a good thing. I ordered a large latte. The menu states flavors are an extra .50 in the menu book, but I was charged $1. (Just an observation that the prices may not be correct on yeh menu book) They ask for tips, but I wouldn't. They don't clean up, you take your cups and plates to the trash area. We ordered the tacos. It did take 25 minutes to get it and it was not busy. Our coffee was ready pretty quickly. I presume (wild guess) that the food fixer dude is not good with multi tasking, or his desire to serve is lacking. Anyways, the serving size was good! The tacos were warm on top, but the eggs were cold on bottom. Plus they really had no flavor. My latte was warm at best and the coffee was not strong? I would suggest switching brands. The hot cocoa my husband got WAS delicious and stayed hot in the travel cup... so maybe that would help in the latte arena. The coffee server was by far very friendly. Thank you for Truly not being ugly, just an honest review. If I come back will try a coffee and a food item to see if it improved.

I drove off to work, assuming everything would be as it should reflect on the order. When I arrive to work, I opened the bag. My oatmeal was not in the bag. The cinnamon pull apart bread was not warmed up. The chai tea latte was watered down and not made to Starbucks standard. I never complain or call Customer Service but today I most definitely did. They need to stop pushing the employees to work so fast so they can actually focus on quality service. Because of this experience, I didn't even get an entire breakfast this morning and I have no time to go back right now and get my order made right.

Had to break out the ole umbrella and walk an arduous walk that had me singing "Let It Go" from Frozen as I climbed the stairs up to the front door! After I was finished, I went to the coffee spot. I was recently hospitalized there for 8 days, and had been there a few times for coffee and snacks, etc... It's a great little spot and company! They have a wide variety of seasonal blends and a good variety of syrups (nice selection of sugar free- which I use!). They offer plant based milks as well, and the food choices are very fresh, organic and natural! Ask for Finley!!! She recognized me from my stay, knew me by name, and told me how beautiful I looked! I ordered the eggs benedict and a biscuit on the side because I'm a fan of both. The biscuit was enormous and was served with what seemed like home-made jam. It was good, but on the dry side. There didn't seem to be quite enough staff members on duty. I had to make an effort to get and pay my bill. But all told, a satisfying meal and I'd go back.
