I drove off to work, assuming everything would be as it should reflect on the order. When I arrive to work, I opened the bag. My oatmeal was not in the bag. The cinnamon pull apart bread was not warmed up. The chai tea latte was watered down and not made to Starbucks standard. I never complain or call Customer Service but today I most definitely did. They need to stop pushing the employees to work so fast so they can actually focus on quality service. Because of this experience, I didn't even get an entire breakfast this morning and I have no time to go back right now and get my order made right.

What really upset us and the four kiddos in the car is that she was told they were out of frogs, then watched the guy at the window hand some to a coworker that had just arrived for her shift. It was a pick and choose and if you weren't cool by his standards, then you didn't get one. Not the first time something like this has happened with a drop and it probably won't be the last.
