Absolutely disappointed in the way the Mystery Frog Charm drop happened this morning at this location. My sister and I ordered 5 drinks ahead of our arrival and my sister went to the window to pick them up. She waited quite a while, but sadly, we're used to that here. What really upset us and the four kiddos in the car is that she was told they were out of frogs, then watched the guy at the window hand some to a coworker that had just arrived for her shift. It was a pick and choose and if you weren't cool by his standards, then you didn't get one. Went to Dutch Bros and the drive thru line was really long. No one was pre-taking drink orders. Parked instead to go to the walk up window with no one in line here. The staff waited until THE ENTIRE drive through was empty before making my order. Waited well over 25 minutes. There was no one at the walk up window so that wasn't the problem. As a barista at another company, I do love me some Dutch Bros. Sherman location's products are very good. The reason for the 3 star is that the baristas midday have an attitude. I understand the pressure of fast service being a barista, however, the customer service there is just not stellar and uncomfortable at that time of day (10am). They aren't necessarily saying anything rude, but they are verbally short with customers, never make eye/contact and give off a vibe of being better than the customer. Not cool and not on brand. Hoping a manager sees this so I can be back and have a pleasant and normal experience. I also always leave a cash tip every single time regardless of how well I'm received at window. Hope they appreciate it even though I feel like they don't deserve it based upon my experience at during those times. read more

Totally recommend this place! Employees are sweet as pie and the drinks are amazing! I recommend their cold brew and golden Eagle chai! Also give their poppy seed muffin a shot. Extremely professional and curious staff, Dutch brothers offers special coffee treats that you don't want to miss out on. Drive through takes some time but it's well worth the wait. The Golden Eagle is amazingly smooth and delicious both cold and hot. The Caramel mocha macchiato is also delicious and perfectly flavored with no additives (I had mine with Coconut milk). DO NOT TRUST DUTCH BROS WITH YOUR CARD INFO!! Especially if you are using the app!!! It is practically impossible to get a hold of customer service. I was over charged and they said they couldn't refund me in store or do anything to prove that I didn't get the order I was charged for. In over a week all I've gotten in response is a form to fill out. I'm going to have to dispute the charges to get a refund. They will not be getting anymore of my business. read more

NOPE. I've been to Dutch Bros in several states, and all over the DFW area - and this is the worst one I've encountered. The all-female teenage crew was snarky and mouthy and made the drink wrong. Ethan at the drive thru window had the worst attitude I have ever seen out of a place IN MY LIFE. He rolled his eyes at me and called me a bitch IN FRONT OF MY CHILD. He asked for my payment method, i told him that another worker had just walked off to the back with my debit card (in which she did that without explaining to me why), and he asked what was her name. I said, i have no idea what her name was. Ethan rolled his eyes at me. The other worker then came back with my card, ethan swiped it and then shoved the card back at me. Then proceeded to call me a "dumb bitch". I was so angry, I drove off without the drink. this has got to be the worst dutch bros i have ever been to. the coffee was fine but obviously had been sitting for a while because they were chit chatting with there friend the whole almost hour we waited. they were friendly but had no sign of urgency or respect for the ridiculous line all behind us. the lady taking the orders stayed at her friends car for at least 20 minutes just talking and then that same car sat at the window after she got her drinks just talking with the girls like there wasn't a ton of people waiting behind her. i love dutch bros and have always had great service, but i will never come back to this one. read more

always a super long line and has taken 30- 45 minutes to even order the 2 times i've been. The workers show no sign of urgency and we were waiting this morning for AN HOUR to order and get our drinks. We were told "there was a shift change" so that's what was taking so long. Maybe don't clock workers out until the next shift shows up??? I am normally very understanding but the workers and the systems set up here are ridiculously terrible. The shift lead could not care any less about everyone waiting an hour for sub-par coffee. An extra star for the few workers who were nice but overall not worth an hour wait. read more

I hate to give this review. However I have waited to write this and after 10 visits I can no longer hold back. I'm an original Dutch Bros drinker, as in I'm from Oregon. Let me tell you, the founders would be ashamed of this place. It's embarrassing. They move at the speed of a SNAIL. I take that back that's insulting to snails, they are faster. I'm used to the chipper, quick, happy, jump out the window (literally) to take your order crews. This place? Ha, you could wait in line for 15 mins before you SEE a person. Once they take your order, and be prepared to repeat a simple order 2-3xs before they get it, you will wait another 20 mins at least before you make it to the window to get the coffee. Bring the coffees out that are ready? Oh heck no, no one at this place would give any extra effort to do that! It's truly a shame they are ruining the Dutch name. Which I know was an origin concern and why the company didn't just branch out right away. I was so excited to finally have one close to me and now I'm embarrassed I bragged about them so much. read more
