I am NEVER coming here again. I had a very special dress on hold with my name and phone number attached. It was for a really special concert in December. I tried FOUR TIMES to buy it, and the seller wouldn't respond so it stayed on hold. I just came to buy it, and they took everything they had held for people out of the back. And sold my dress. I should've been called and notified to come pick it up. I am devastated. I will NEVER EVER return to this place. The manager was completely unempathetic and arrogant when I tried to as why my dress what sold after I was assured it would be there, and now all of a sudden theres a '24 hour hold policy' which is NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD. I've been to 410 Coffee several times now, and I have to say, their coffee never disappoints! On my most recent visit, I tried the gingerbread half-sweet, one of their holiday flavors, and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of spice and sweetness. I also have to give a shoutout to my weekend server, Lauren. She's such a pleasure--adorable, a little shy, but always attentive and friendly. It's clear she cares about providing great service, and it really adds to the cozy, welcoming atmosphere of the shop. If you're in town, 410 Coffee Shop is definitely a must-visit. read more

410-You guys are crushing the shopping/coffee game! Denison is my hometown but I now live over 9 hours away in TN and make a special stop each time I'm in town. Every time I visit there are new & unique goodies to shop for. This space is a dream. I love the entire vibe of the store from the moment you see the beautiful sign on the sidewalk to the time you walk up to order your coffee. The staff is always so personable and helpful! They have a bunch of small business booths set up throughout the store yet somehow everything works together so well that it doesn't feel overly cluttered and overwhelming! I've gone to this place for a while now and it's my favorite coffee spot in Denison! The inside is gorgeous, the many market booths are so fun to browse, and I always end up finding a cool new piece for my wardrobe. The coffee is top-notch and the tea is unique and high-quality as well. I love coming to 410 to study and talk to friends. It has a great atmosphere that draws people in and I often see people I know just hanging out. They have also recently added a bakery section that is superb as well. read more

My favorite drink is the London Fog. I've had the great tasting waffles and the blueberry scone. The new sandwich I had for lunch today was delicious, the Monte Cruncho! The environment is very inviting and relaxing. I enjoy shopping at all the cool vendor booths while I'm there. I love the location bc it's close to my job and to home. read more

A great place to stop for coffee or brunch in downtown Denison. In addition to having good coffee, they also offer a boutique experience. There is plenty of comfortable seating and even an area to relax and play video games. We keep coming back. I recommend 10/10 to anyone who wants an experience with their cup of coffee. read more

WOWOWOW! How is this high of quality coffee in small town Texas?! I've lived in Dallas and haven't had coffee this good. The sandwiches are delicious and filling. The sweets are perfect.
