I'm a loyal Starbucks customer and visit almost every day, but I had one of the worst customer service experiences today at this location.I went through the drive-thru and tried to get the barista's attention to let her know I wanted to use my points before she charged my card. Last time, I didn't speak up quickly enough and wasn't able to redeem my points--so this time, I was being proactive. Instead of acknowledging me or checking what I needed, she snapped, told me to "hold on," and then loudly told the customer on the headset, "Sorry, someone was yelling at me." I was shocked and embarrassed. I wasn't yelling--I simply called her name to get her attention because she had my card in hand and I didn't want to miss my reward. Another employee stepped in, but they didn't offer any apology or reassurance. I even explained that I wasn't trying to be rude, just trying to make sure I got my rewards. Still, no acknowledgment. The first employee continued to talk about me as she took another order--saying things like, "I told them twice," as if I wasn't right there. The entire interaction was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. I left feeling disrespected and honestly upset that a regular customer could be treated this way for simply trying to redeem rewards they earned. I expect more from Starbucks--especially from a store I visit so often. read more

Starbucks manager I go here 2 to three times a week. Your whole staff is always so friendly went through this morning and your girl working the counter in the drive-through was the rudest girl I've ever met at a Starbucks. I can't believe how rude she is. Please get her off the window get her mopping floors and cleaning toiketd get her doing some of them besides interacting with people she has zero people skills to be honest with you. She was just totally Rude and I kinda wanna say a cuss word but I'm not going to one star for Starbucks today, sorry for the rest of your team only takes one team member to mess it all up. read more

I asked for a drink carrier and a girl worker told me that it was not standard to put drinks in the carrier before giving it to the customer so she gave me my 3 drinks first...i think it would've been easier for the girl worker to just put the drinks in the carrier then hand it to me but. whatever. very rude. don't work there if you don't want to work there! starbucks you need to properly train and properly hire! read more

The best service I had ever had from a restaurant my grandmother was sick at tmc and she was so patient with us deciding on to get her an explained everything on the menu that she might like and how the consistency was since she was on a strict diet the drinks were delicious and my grandmothers drink was a perfect consistency after that she stopped us and gave us cake-pops on her my grandmother was very happy with this and that drink and cake pop really helped her get her calories etc. I cried leaving the parking lot because I've never felt so cared for and wholesome. When I moved home from college, I remember writing a letter to Starbucks corporate, asking for a location at this intersection. Thirteen years later, I guess they took my idea to heart. This is an absolute perfect spot for Starbucks. It's an easy on-off for drivers traveling south on Hwy 75, convenient for guests at the Hilton Garden Inn just to the west and Texoma Medical Center across the highway. The interior is gorgeous & incredibly spacious, lending plenty of seating to quaint meetings and reading nooks. The opening day employees were excited and ready to brew whatever your heart desires. AND the best part? LOTS of parking and a clean drive-thru... unlike the Sherman location. Lots of beautiful merch, too! read more

This Starbucks just needs to shut down if they can not be open like a normal store! What a great Starbucks!! The workers in the drive through are always SO friendly and helpful, and when I go inside to pick up my mobile order, they ensure that my drink was made correctly. One time, I accidentally ordered a hot caramel macchiato instead of an iced one, so they made me a new one that was iced. So nice and highly recommend! read more

I always receive such great service at this location! I've been coming here since they opened and have never once had a bad experience. This location has become my favorite Starbucks when I travel to Texas, which I do twice a week. Staff is friendly and so far the drinks I order are right. I like Starbucks for coffee drinks however, their food is less than desirable as it is all microwave ready. Bland would be an overly kind word for the taste. read more

I usually have a great experience, today no fruit and cheese protein boxes , I got a chicken wrap protein box instead, 2 venti teas egg bites venti brewer coffee with cream banana bread , the egg bites , bread , teas good , coffee luke warm at best , it was awful come on its coffee your Starbucks it should be hot , the chicken wrap box was old , wrap mushy brown apples what ever the dip was starting to separate ,disappointed , I could overlook the protein box but the cold coffee ??? read more

This location made me 'fall in love' with iced cappuccino with cold foam. Nice atmosphere, presentation of food items and coffee products for sale. The real difference is morning manager Shari. Her warm smile and greeting along with her quiet but successful management of the staff during the morning rush is missed when she is not there. read more

This is my Friday-go to place, which has turned into coffee anytime treat. I love the Sherman location on Highway 75 and 82; they are pretty speedy for how busy they are. I was super excited when the Denison store opened: closer to home and less busy. I am sad to say the service is not nearly as good as the other location. I get new store jitters, but I have had several issues with untrained employees that rain on my experience. When I see someone from the other location, I breathe a sigh of relief. After all why work at a Starbucks if you don't know the secret menu or at the very least - why are you at the register? I know it's just coffee, but this is my only little splurge and I want it to measure up. read more

The drive-thru attendant was extremely rude. I ordered 2 drinks: White chocolate mocha and a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino. You may way to specify that you want coffee in your drink if you're going through the drive-thru. When I got my drinks there was no coffee in the Frappuccino at all. It was literally just creamer. There wasn't a coffee sleeve on the hot drink either. Since I went through the drive-thru there was no way for them to correct my drinks. Waste of $10 and my time. read more
