We have been going to this Asian Palace since 2019 and it was always consistent with the flavor of the dishes, noodles and great shrimp. After going in July 2025 we found that the management had changed and so was the flavor of all the food. We will not be going back. The lady that cooked there was awesome. We even remember the waiter, Martin, who died during covid. We loved that management and people that worked there. So sad as this was our favorite asian place to eat. read more

This is what I call a hole in the wall dive Asian food food buffet. So I give it a four-star because the food was very tasty. The waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful... the food was fresh. They cook small portions, and keep them fresh in the containers on the buffet. This May sound silly, but I deducted one star only because of personal preference. I do not normally like buffets just because I think it's very hard to keep it sanitary enough.. in saying that they are doing as good as they can with what they have and if you sit down to eat a Buffay, you just have to be ready for it because some people that come to eat are just nasty. We haven't ate here in years so we decided to give it a try for lunch today. I'm so glad we did! They have a great sushi bar that's sure to be a treat to all sushi lovers, such as myself! Everything was very fresh and they were constantly bringing out more food. It's also a great variety of food. It should be noted that you seat yourself, and have to go towards the back to pay, so don't expect a check to come. We enjoyed everything and my daughter was especially happy that they had fried chicken (or what she thought was chicken strips). read more

This spot I have been checking out for the past 4 months making sure that I try something different each time. So with that being said let's move forward with this review. First, you have to understand that Madill Oklahoma is off the beating path so like a lot of old towns in Oklahoma this was once a thriving community during the big oil boom. So in its day I bet there were plenty of good food establishments but not so much today. I was lucky enough to find this place like a diamond in the rough. The owner Kim and I got a chance to talk for a few minutes (she caught me taking pictures lol). Anyhow Kim was in the kitchen area right along with the other workers cooking food which is always a good sign because if she has high standards then there is no sneaking anything by her. Once I entered the building it kind of reminded me of an old style Braums that had been remodeled to fit their needs. Moving on, once we got through the door we were treated with a smiling face and walked to our booth and took our drink orders and was quick to get them out to us. For those of you wondering yes they had on mask and were social distancing. Sanitizer was out and thrown away gloves were provided to use while getting things from the buffet. So I noticed at this point it was pretty warm inside the building so I am pretty sure that the kitchen and dining area was on the same HVAC system which I dislike because I am the customer so I would like to be comfortable while eating but on the other side of that coin the employees are working hard in that kitchen to provide me with a meal so if I am going to be uncomfortable then it better be worth it. Next, it definitely was worth it the past 8 times that I have been have been great!! Love the fact that the fried foods they were serving were golden brown and delicious not burnt red and nasty oil tasting. It happens sometimes but nothing makes fried food taste horrible like old oil in the deep fryer. On this particular trip I got lo mein with pork pot stickers and bourbon chicken. It was awesome as usual along with the egg roll I had. I will say that the sweet and sour sauce was a little runny but tasted ok. Now I didn't get desert but there was several things to choose from. They also had a sushi bar and it to was well kept. All in all not a bad visit and I was pleasantly surprised and let Kim know that I was very thankful for the food and that the service was great. This is the best food in town, I seen they were closed for a couple of weeks , I thought they had closed with the economy the way it is, I had to pull in and read the for lease sign but it was just saying they was opening soon, the place used to be a kfc, it's been several different businesses I hope they are there to stay, Thanks for the good eats!!!! read more
