Other than the extended wait everything else was pretty standard. I ordered the chow mein with shrimp and super greens. The super green are suppose to be a mix of cabbage, broccoli and kale. I only had two small pieces of broccoli and no kale to my disappointment. They were heavy on the cabbage, the dish had a lot of big and hard cabbage pieces. Made the mistake of eating here on July 31, 2018 for Dinner! Wife ordered Veggie Chow Mein with Black Pepper Chicken and Mushroom with Chicken. I ordered Veggie Chow Mein and wanted a Pork Dish that they had advertised, but told they didn't have. So got the Teriyaki Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken. Wife went looking for Soy Sauce, which wasn't around. She goes back to the cashier, and asks for some. Cashier tells her that we don't have any! Want 'Chinese' place doesn't have Soy Sauce! We go to sit down and eat, and the food wasn't that good! We ate what we could, and threw the rest away! We go home, and in the middle of the night, we both started to feel sick! We both had to use the toilet several times before our stomachs started to feel somewhat good again! Came for lunch on a Saturday, wasn't busy and walked up and ordered right away. Got rice rice with honey sesame chicken and the beef with broccoli. First let's say that the fried rice was not too dry, you can taste the carrots and peas, wasn't bland. The honey chicken though was very sweet and didn't taste the sesame, they brought it back to the menu from a couple years ago so they probably did some changes but I wouldn't get it again. For the price, I actually don't think this is a bad fast-food Chinese lunch. I had the orange chicken bowl over noodles. The chicken was cooked properly, of a good cut, had tasty sauce and just the right amount of batter/crisp. The noodles had cabbage, celery, etc., in it, so that was a big plus. The only drawback was they were changing out the soda machine so I had to wait in the drive-thru for longer than was necessary to get my drink. I've always lived coming to this restaurant. And this was the first time!e that I've ever come to this particular location. I counted about 7 employees working behind the counter and this includes a couple who were cooking the food. At around 3:15pm there were probably about 15 guests eating inside the restaurant. There was no line when I ordered and I was helped quickly. I already knew what I wanted, which was the same thing that I have always ordered for the past 5 years. Beef and broccoli as the 2 entries, along with noodles. The portion was generous, however, the beef seemed to be below average. This review is not only for this branch of the business but also for YELP24/GRUBHUB. I placed an order for delivery last Monday at 5:51pm. I was given an eta for delivery of 6:51. I'm less than 2 miles away from this location. at 6:51, noone showed up. I went online to "chat" with a rep. I spoke with a woman who told me that a driver hadn't even been assigned. I waited... and waited.. the food showed up 2 hours after I'd ordered it. I'd ordered a number of appetizers (fried ones) they were cold and gross by the time they arrived. I had been in touch with customer service and they'd offered me a 10% coupon on another order. I emailed them back and told them that was unacceptable. I finally got a reply back today. They stated Food prep and delivery time and basically everything wasn't their problem and took 10$ off the bill. If and when I ever get that $ back I may update this review. When I asked them to deliver the correct order, they said I would have to contact ubereat again and pay for the delivery--ridiculous! Why should I have to pay for another delivery because they messed up the order? Worst experience with with particular panda express drive thru. I ordered the 2 entree plate with 1 side after a 15 minute wait just to place the order. After I placed my order, there was more waiting, then more waiting and more waiting. Finally after I got to the second window to pay and get my food, the woman said 'it's a 5 minute wait for the chicken would you like to pay or cancel the order?' The amount of food they put on your order is getting lesser and lesser, I always order the same food and i know the difference from then. This location seems better-run and cleaner than when I last visited it some time ago (quite a while in fact). Not very authentic but better than many neighborhood Chinese take-out places, sorry to say. I like to think of it as a down-scale P.F. Chang's. I found the hot Szechuan chicken a bit too much for my stomach, but the new honey chicken was tasty. I also like their kung-pao chicken and Beijing beef. My main criticism of the place is that it is excessively loud; this is mostly stemming from the staff yelling, yodeling and otherwise bellowing for some reason unknown to me. Maybe it's to keep up their spirits. Add the clattering of pots, pans and woks and you have an earful. I went during a busy time so maybe it's more peaceful during off periods. read more

I'm surprised at the negative reviews, because I love this particular Panda Express location. The employees are very friendly, polite and professional. I can tell that management has trained them well. Every single time I have ordered at the drive through window, the employees were very nice and pleasant with smiles and positive attitudes. The food is terrific, and the best thing is that you know the food has wholesome ingredients because you can see them cooking it. Very different from mom and pop Chinese restaurants where you wonder what they're putting into their food and don't even want to think about it. For under $10, you get a huge meal that is real food, instead of some greasy fast food burger. I think that this type of standardized, franchised Chinese food is absolute genius. Now this place claims they have authentic Chinese food. Well none of the dishes looked authentic to me. I sat down and tried the two beef dishes. These things were super sweet. The Kobari beef wasn't too bad, it was better than the Beijing beef. The egg roll was bland, and the soup was decent. I now know why I've avoided this place my whole life. This is my favorite Chinese fast food chain. The basic meal there is a two entree plate with a side item. It's cheap, it's fast, and it tastes good. This location is good, but a bit less than what I expect of Panda Express. You start out by choosing either rice, noodles, or stir fried vegetables. I usually get the vegetables. There are two reasons for this, first I'm trying to cut back on carbs, and second the entrees tend to be just meat with no vegetables. So this rounds out my meal. Some items are premium, meaning they cost $1 more to be added to your plate. I usually buy the normal stuff. I like the teriyaki chicken. For this item they have grilled chicken they slice then pour a sweet teriyaki sauce over it. But watch them, I've had them forget to put the sauce on. This location seems ever forgetful about details like this. I then add a second item, usually something that has been breaded and deep fried. I also almost always get a third item for free. This is accomplished by taking a quick survey from your last receipt. To be honest, many times I have walked in, found a leftover receipt, then used the internet on my phone to get the free item. I find at the register they tend to not ask me if I want some sauces and tend to not give me a fortune cookie, but these things are included in the price - you just have to ask. The food tends to be tasty, if mediocre. The service here is usually bad. The place is clean enough. They usually have two or three items that are out on the serving line. I go back often. In particular, I like to go here to eat if I am not feeling well. I do enjoy it. read more

I am also surprised by the bad reviews here. My family had a wonderful experience at this Panda Express and the service was very good. My family had never been to a Panda Express before, and expected a poor experience based on the reviews here. Yet, we were pleasantly surprised. We told the fellow behind the counter it was our first visit and he was patient and explained the menu options to us. He also graciously offered samples for us to taste, which sealed the deal for me, since it assuaged any fears of foul tasting food. All the samples were wonderful, so I ended up with a plateful of food for a great price. My whole family was stuffed. In the time I was there earlier: they had a customer who was flat out rude because they didn't have the entree she came there for, a group of rowdy teenage boys and on me who was still sedated from surgery. I noticed that no matter how difficult we were the staff members always had a smile on their face and were VERY compensating for our time. It was my fault I was over charged because I did not know what I was saying earlier. I got the names mixed up for what I ordered because I was so out of it. They still gave me what I originally wanted along with what I ordered by mistake. On top of that they gave me a free beverage with my meal because I had to wait for it. I've never been inside but drive-thru service has always been quick and efficient. The orange chicken is the best Chinese food I've ever eaten, yeah, I said it. I bought their store brand orange chicken sauce, and it just wasn't the same. You gotta go to the restaurant if you want the real orange chicken experience. While this is one of the more calorie laden dishes on the menu, there are ways to eat here without completely eating a week's worth of calories. The mixed veggies side instead of chow mein or fried rice, and one of the entrees with the Smart Wok symbol are still pretty dang good. And the prices can't be beat, either. read more

Pretty much the only reason I go here is when I'm craving their orange chicken. Usually I just get the orange chicken with fried rice as the side. I've also tried their cream cheese rangoons (those are pretty meh). Up until recently, I would've given this place 3 stars. It's fast food for sure, but decently tasty when you're craving it. However, last time I went there, the fried rice was terrible. I'm not sure what happened. It was sort of soggy (?) and tasted weird. I know "weird" is not the best adjective but seriously...it tasted strange and I don't know how else to describe it. I got my food to go, and I ended up just having to throw away the rice. I never throw away food like that because I hate being wasteful. I tried to eat the rice, but it was just awful.
