On Friday, May 9, 2025, I placed an order totaling over $25 for a larger plate from Panda Express in Enterprise, Alabama (Boll Weevil Circle location). However, when the order was delivered, the orange chicken was missing, and I only received the two sides of fried rice. Additionally, the vegetables I ordered were not included. I called the store and spoke with a young woman on the line staff who offered store credit or suggested that I come to the store. This was not a reasonable option, as I was unwell and unable to drive that evening. I asked her to have the manager contact me the following day, but as of today, I still have not received any follow-up. This experience reflects very poor customer service. Unfortunately, due to the lack of accountability and resolution, I will no longer be ordering from this location. So then I asked my daughter if she was going to get orange chicken, and she said yes,so she got in line, and Bri decided to ignore her and clean off the bowls. she made direct eye contact with my daughter, but she ignored her and started an online order. ( there was very little selection), but they continued to fill orders thru the drive-thru and online instead of their only customer who came into the store.So we left! If I could give this Panda location zero stars I would. This is by far the WORST Panda Express I have ever been to. They are ALWAYS I mean ALWAYS out of everything. It's 6pm aka PRIME dinner time and they're out of their most popular entree options. I order and they tell me "they don't have it".. Panda Express is one of my favorite "fast food" spots because of their steamed veggies and teriyaki chicken, in my mind it's better than fried foods when I'm on the go. Today I searched for Chinese and it popped up, a little over a mile from where I work! I'm stoked that I have this option when I'm in the area. Yaiy! Ill soon become a regular here and with that, today is yet a good day! -P.S - the service was great, I went inside so I could check out the food before choosing and luckily I did because the chicken that was out was the end of the teriyaki, just a few chunks left. Drove straight up to the drive through microphone around 5:30 pm..still waited in my car for 25 minutes despite only 2 cars being in front of me when I arrived. This is not the first time I have ordered online for pick up and even after 20 min of getting the message it's ready it was not ready. It seems like every time I come they are out of food or it takes forever to get your food even when u get the message your food is ready. Pretty annoying to be on a time line and to pre order to only have to wait 15 min to get your orders. I watch as the manager shrug her shoulders like she didn't care while she sat in the corner on her phone. When the employee asked her about my complaint she stated not my problem. I went to the drive through to order the family meal and the person that was getting ready to take my order suggested that I use the online app because it would be cheaper. At first I couldn't get through so I went in and spoke to the gal and she said I should try to go directly to the website. She totally helped me and was very helpful until i was able to complete my order. She went out of her way for me and I totally appreciated that. My food was delicious. Just to make sure there's no misunderstanding, I've never left any kind of comment about a business (good or bad) on Yelp. But this REALLY qualifies as an event deserving of this kind of attention. At around 7:00 pm tonight, I went for the first time to Panda Express (I just retired in Jan. and we moved here from Prattville. I was hungry. I reached the window where you are able to see the food that is served. I was at the end of the line, and as I moved closer to the front, where the cash register is, I figured someone will eventually take care of me. But as I was moving closer to the end, I wasn't being taken care of, in fact people behind me were being waited on before me. Well, maybe they don't know I haven't been taken care of. Now, I'm in the front. Nothing in front of me except the cash register, which is now useless since I haven't ordered anything. Didn't want to sound rude or demanding, so I said to the staff, assuming someone would pop up and take care of me, "I haven't been taken care of yet." I was invisible to this staff. No one even looked at me. I thought they maybe didn't hear me. So I said it again, but louder. Nothing. I wasn't there. I want to make this very clear. I wasn't being demanding. I said nothing at all until I was at the end and had no food to show for it, nor did I have an order taken. The man behind me, who had already ordered and was waiting for his food, was shocked at the abject denial of my existence. I had a coupon we received in the mail. I gave it to him and left. Columbia University has a wonderful piece of scientific technology. It is called the telescoping electron microscope. With it we can see structures and organisms that were previously held as hypothetical units. For example, the gene was regarded as a hypothetical unit of heredity. But with this microscope, we can now see the structures called genes. If you took that telescoping electron microscope, you wouldn't be able to see the amount of interest any employee at Panda Express had about serving me tonight. I ended up going to Arby's. I will never, ever return to this restaurant ever again. Never. I don't know how these employees function in the technical areas of their job. The reason is easy. I don't know how to do their job. But I don know one thing. I know how I was treated. And by any objective standard, no service at all by way of complete denial of someone's existence is the worst service. It's 520 pm now and figure it's prime time and should have food ready out for the busy time. Management needs to get involved and make the food and make sure there is food out and easy to go. We came on a Sunday before and at 11 when they were opening and we had to wait another 30 min for the food because the staff wasn't there yet and started cooking anything. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I arrived at the Panda Express drive-thru at 719 PM. I waited for quite sometime before finally making it to the speaker to order. Upon arriving at the speaker, I was informed that several items on their menu were not available and that I would have to wait. I decided not to wait and chose things that we're supposedly available. However, regardless of my choice, I continued to wait. As previously stated, I arrived in the drive-thru line at 719 PM. I did not receive my food until 759 PM. Waiting in a drive-thru line for 40 minutes is entirely unacceptable. Although the drive-thru wait was not the only failure of the Enterprise Panda Express this visit. When an employee at the window finally greeted me after some time, she became fixated on the dog sitting in my passenger seat. The employee then decided to call the other employees in the restaurant to the window to look at the dog. Instead of remedying the inconvenience or working to decrease the wait time of the costumers behind me, the employees made faces and sounds at my dog. Finally, after getting to my house from a trip that should have taken a total of 15 minutes, I sat down to enjoy my food. To my surprise, my order was wrong. Enterprise Panda Express, you failed in every aspect of that experience. I will not be going to that Panda Express or another Panda Express at any other location again. In my opinion, the supervisor on shift that night should be fired immediately for lack of any leadership skills whatsoever. There was no attempt to make the situation better, no apology, or even a mention of the situation. The employees acted as if nothing was wrong. The manager that placed that individual in a supervising position should also be fired for lack of common sense and managing ability. I am not looking for any support from the Panda Express Corporation. They have failed to apply and enforce any standards for this establishment. Customers have expressed many similar concerns in the past, and Panda Express has stated that they would address the issue. Their attempt to "address the issue" is deplorable. read more

I was so excited when a Panda Express finally opened in Enterprise! I always get the Orange Chicken with either brown or fried rice. My fiance likes the Chicken Teriyaki with mixed veggies. We always order via the drive-thru. Our first few visits both our meals where perfect but eventually his teriyaki didn't have the sauce on the chicken but was poured in an extra little container & added to our bag. Then the last 2 visits there was no sauce at all. Not even on the side. I have also noticed that I'm getting a smaller orange chicken portion with my meal. Hopefully these are just isolated incidents & are not going to grow into a trend. The haha 'large' honey walnut shrimp was overpriced at 13.97 for what most would consider a medium size. The orange chicken was burnt brown and chewy, the noodles were dry and undercooked, the rice dry, the mixed veges were cold and yes, dry. The best part??? Overall I've always enjoyed Panda Express, but if I could give this particular location negative stars I would do so in a heartbeat!!! The food was always good and the service was fair. When I first got to Enterprise the local Panda Express had not yet opened, but I was happy when it did! Before yesterday I'd eaten at the Boll Weevil location exactly two times. They were newly opened then and I guess they still cared. I went there yesterday and was so disgusted I could hardly contain my annoyance. For starters, there was only one person working the front line. Not unusual, I suppose, but the young lady behind the counter was letting the two customers in front of me sample each of the entrees (which took forever) and nobody showed up to assist her right away. As I waited, I noticed there was no fried rice left in the bowl. Also not unusual, and it was eventually filled up. After I stood there, waiting, for at least five minutes, another worker came and asked what I'd like. I ordered my usual: the two entree plate--half orange chicken and half teriyaki chicken--with a half friend rice, half steamed vegetable side. I was told that there was no teriyaki sauce; would I still want the chicken? I said no, and that I would just take a double order of orange chicken. When the rice was brought out, my plate was fixed, and as I moved towards the register the employee asked if I wanted anything else. "Yes, I'd like two egg rolls," I replied. "Oh, sorry, we're out," the employee said. "What about spring rolls?" "We don't have any of those, either." She went on to explain to me that the truck wasn't due to come in until the next day, and that it might be late, and they were out of quite a few things: condiments (except for soy sauce), fortune cookies, chinese spareribs, egg rolls, spring rolls, and the teriyaki sauce for the chicken. And that was just the stuff she listed. I grumbled, quite loudly, that if I'd known they wouldn't have had half the stuff I wanted, I would have gone somewhere else. I also asked why they couldn't at least put a sign on the door stating they were out of whatever, so that folks won't have to go inside, wait five or ten minutes in line, order food, and then as they get to the END of the serving line find out something they wanted wasn't there. The employee just gave me a blank look and said she would give me a twenty percent discount for the "inconvenience." Not worth it, IMO. My orange chicken tasted different. Every other time I've eaten Panda Express's orange chicken at this or any location, it wasn't spicy. Yesterday it was so hot, even for me, that I was uncomfortable while eating it. The inconsistency is almost as annoying as the poor service! I don't know what it is about Enterprise, but almost every restaurant in the area (and don't get me started on the customer service IN GENERAL around here) is sub-par for some reason or another. Maybe it's the small town "they don't know any better" mentality; maybe many folks here were born and raised in the are and honestly don't have anything else to compare with the horrible customer service around here. But Enterprise is a "military" town with a LOT of transplants, those of us who come here from all over the country (if not the world), and many of us are used to better service, food, and standards than what seems to be the "usual" for Enterprise and the surrounding areas (yes, Dothan, I'm looking at you). Panda Express has been open for a little over a month and it is just as busy as it was on opening night. We tried the Teriyaki Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, and Mushroom Chicken. All of them were very good and I would order any of them again. The service was so-so. It was so busy at 6:30pm that all of the servers were becoming overwhelmed and started getting confused. My favorite part is their Tea Bar. I had the Sparkling Ginger Lemonade that was AMAZING! I could drink this all the time. Next time I'm going to give the Thai Tea a try. OMG 60 minutes to screw up an order not once, not twice, but three times. I feel like there was a gross error in judgement when as a team you decided to start your evening clean up and close out procedures when you had not just me but another customer awaiting their orders. I feel all the effort of your staff should have been focused on getting those orders out before starting close. Also trying to hand me a drink that has milk in it and has been sitting out for 35 minutes doesn't seem like the best idea. I live about an hour from Enterprise but was there running errands. I decided I would wait until Panda Express opened at 10:30am and take it home for dinner that night. I love Pandas so I waited about 30 minutes. When they opened the doors at 10:35 I was excited but then they had no food ready. The guy cooking seemed bothered that I had ordered and told the sweet gal that took my order it was "gonna be a while".
