Absolutely terrible experience. Please see pictures. Receipt is correct. Only person in the drive thru...didn't get my order right. Served me half a portion of Bejing Beef. Skip this place. Go local! read more

Panda Express - Receipt is correct. Food received is not. Also, 1/2 serving of protein received. Skip this place. - Chinese Near Me - Del Rio, Texas

I placed a to-go order yesterday for two Bigger Plates. Each Bigger Plate is supposed to include one side and three entrées, but one of my Bigger Plates only had two entrées. I paid for three entrées and only received two. What makes this especially frustrating is that this is not the first time this has happened. I was driving alone, so I wasn't able to check the order before leaving. I only realized an entrée was missing once I got home, making it impossible to have the issue corrected right away. I understand that mistakes happen, but when the same mistake happens more than once, it becomes a quality control issue. Customers shouldn't have to double-check every order to make sure they're getting what they paid for. I hope management addresses this with the team and takes steps to ensure to-go orders are checked carefully before they're handed to customers. read more

The service is horrible and they are slow at cooking the entrees and sides. They are not accommodating at all & they need a two cooks not one. Almost all dishes are empty and there isn't that many people here. read more

Stopped by for lunch while on a roadtrip through the city. It was fine overall. A few dishes were underseasoned, such as the Beef and Broccoli, Lo Mein, and fried rice. The other dishes came out as expected. I recommend the Beijing beef and kung pao chicken if you can handle spice. The workers were nice and served us quickly. The interior and restroom were clean. read more

Customer service is poor Food quality is poor Smells good but after one bit you regret ordering Panda. read more

I get it, it's fast food, drive thru Chinese food, very Americanized Chinese food. In Del Rio, as I heard someone say, it's all they've got. My first time trying Panda Express was my last time. I treated my brother and his wife to a lunch, and ordered the beef broccoli, and black angus pepper beef with chow mein as the side for myself. The entrees weren't the worst, but the chow mein was completely sad. Think your box of spaghetti noodle crumbs, tossed with soy sauce for slight color, and a bit of cabbage and celery for your vegetable content. I was not expecting your big city Chinese restaurant quality food, but this wouldn't make it in a mall food court either. I get it, if you're hungry and not a fast food fan, this is an option. As someone who is very flexible and adventurous with food, everyone was surprised my order went in the trash. read more

Lady taking my order was rude. She would cut me off and speak extremely fast. I asked for white rice and looks like they put fried rice and didn't bother to remove it but instead covered it with the white rice. Rice was undercooked and Dr Pepper was flat. read more

Panda Express - Messy and lazy served order - Chinese Near Me - Del Rio, Texas

I had dinner at Panda Express tonight. It is conveniently located right across Veterans Boulevard from the Del Rio mall. This restaurant is relatively new and so the building was really nice. Panda Express, as a chain, usually has good consistency in their quality, offers a good selection of items entrées, and has reasonable prices. I was not disappointed. I was hungry, so I ordered a plate with two entrées. It was more than I could eat. Of course, I did also order the cream cheese Rangoon which was fresh and delicious. When I arrived there was no one ahead of me and the restaurant was mostly empty, so there was no wait. The person who waited on me was courteous and efficient. For drinks they offer a variety of soft drinks as well as two kinds of ice tea which is fresh brewed. I did not see the restrooms, but the dining room was clean and inviting. I requested a to go box for my leftovers and I was provided a small bowl with a lid which worked perfectly, I enjoyed my meal at Panda Express and believe you will also enjoy going there. read more

This is the worst location under the sun. You could flip a coin to determine if their lobby is open or not. Don't have any expectations when visiting this location. Hardly ever have condiments such as soy sauce or chili sauce. Usually can expect one or two items to be "unavailable". I question if corporate even knows this location exists. Btw, you're welcome for sparing future disappointment by visiting. read more

This is by far the worst Panda Express I have ever been, protein portions are super small even when you order a plate, they never have a full menu and the fried rice seems to be always undercooked. Not to mention that they kept the covid excuse not to open the dining area anymore. Maybe reaching out to corporate will make this an ok place. read more

I've been here three times & they are constantly out of everything. I just tried to go again & they closed an hour and a half early because they only have two menu items. Seriously, call this place before wasting your time driving there because 9/10 times they'll be out of whatever you want. read more

The (fried) rice is still undercooked... each time I have been to this location since my first review. Everything else is great, but rice is a staple of the meal. My enjoyment of the meal is really crushed when half of it is unnecessarily crunchy. read more

Every time I've been to this Panda Express, they don't have food ready. Last time I went, it was a 20 minute wait AFTER going through the drive through, only for me to have to go in, ask about the order, and wait for them realize and give it to me. Crappy service read more

I ordered orange chicken with chow mein. The food tasted over cooked and it wasn't very warm. It tasted like leftovers from yesterday. I got more batter bits than chicken. I won't be eating here again. read more

I'm not sure how other Panda locations work but all other restaurants with online ordering have your order ready at the time stated on your receipt. This location is extremely inefficient as they don't have orders ready on time. This has happened to me 100% of times I have ordered online. Not only that today I arrived to pick up my order and was told I needed to wait an extra 10 additional minutes. I will no longer order from Panda Express. read more

Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Del Rio, Texas

Typical Panda Express food. I'd say they're probably short staffed cause they don't always get stuff out very efficiently. Kind of lazy staff. I would definitely go for lunch instead of at dinner time. But the food is to be expected from Panda Express food. read more

Don't bother asking them to make something they are out of. They refuse to do so. They tell you to pick something else. This is at 11:40 AM! What a joke! read more

Once again Panda express drops the fucking ball if you know damn well and this is something you can find out by checking your sales numbers if you know that the grilled chicken teriyaki is one of your best selling items and you don't keep that in stock more than you do anything else and this is directly aimed at management you are a bunch of fucking retards what's the point of opening a business if all you're going to offer customers is excuse after excuse after pathetic excuse what is the point read more

Ordered my food and had to wait for Orange Chicken... which is fine. Upon getting my receipt I noticed they had got my order wrong. Once it was brought out I checked the order and explained to the girl that there had in fact been a mistake. She didn't seem to get it. So I explained again and she started to argue about what I had ordered. She reluctantly took it back to fix my rice. But once she brought it back I saw her curtsying and bowing while the other workers seemed to cheer and applaud her. It leads me to believe they may have tampered with our food. I just wanted a quick and easy Sunday meal for my family. Total unprofessionalism read more

This location only had about six entrees to select from bc of the Covid 19 health quarantine. I ordered a combo of orange chicken & firecracker chicken and both were quite tasty. The firecracker chicken didn't have much heat, though, but their packets of hot mustard & chili sauce made up for oily. The fried rice was also pretty good. read more

This will be the last time I every waste my money at this place. Food was under cooked, no egg rolls and told there was not a single napkin in whole place. Only 3 entrees available at 11:05 in the morning. read more

Food is ok for fast food, however, you order the chow mein noodles in a bowl with your entree and where are the noodles! Mostly cabbage. How about cabbage with a side of noodles ? Also the kids like the noodles but not the cabbage, why not carry plain noodles ?? Workers are always very courteous and sometimes they take a while. That's really the only complaint. Where are the noodles ? UPDATE : thought I'd give them another try - review goes down to one star - where's the entree? Ordered two bowls with rice - mushroom chicken- 2 pieces of mushroom - one vegetable and 5 pieces of chicken - all the rest is rice - how bout calling it rice with a bit of entree? The other order was the same SMH - waste of money ! read more

Every time I have been there order is either wrong, or not how it should be. For instance this time. My drinks had no ice in them! Secondly the Beijing beef had like no sauce on it and was more like crunchy dried out meat than decent food. I come her for work and don't have a vehicle so my options on food are limited. But this location gives Panda Express a bad name. They're 0 for 3 so far. And this was the third strike. Do not waste your time or money there. read more

The fried rice was bland and tasteless. I asked for beef broccoli and got mostly broccoli . The chicken teriyaki was dry but got sauce on the side. For the same price you can go to China buffet and get all you can eat of many different types of food. Panda Express gives you a bunch of rice which is cheap to fill your plated up. China buffet you can eat all the meat you want and YOU decide how much of cheap carbs you are going to eat. read more

Slower than molasses been waiting for 20 mins in the drive thru. Can't believe they take this long too make fried rice on the go.

My favorite place is going down. Today it was my last time eating here. Service is soooo bad. I had to wait for steak and shrimp for about 8 minutes. They have run out and seemed like nobody knew how to make more. Finally when the food was ready the guy serving drive through, jumped in front of us and started grabbing the dish I was waiting for!!! Unbelievable. Service is going to kill great place read more

Clean place, good service. Generous amounts of food. Typical Panda you would see anywhere else. Parking might be difficult during lunch hours. read more

Worst customer service!! Very disappointed with the fact that the employees have very little knowledge of the product they are selling. The portion control is never consistent and they never have all the food on the line prepared so you constantly have to wait. Then when you actually get your food, half of it is cold bc you had to wait. read more

The customer service was awful, while ordering the cashier said "come on lady your wasting my time." And on top of that she charged me for the bigger plate even though I asked for the regular plate. read more

I had the misfortune of going to Panda Express in Del Rio Texas for lunch today and I emphasize misfortune! There was no food cooked and ready for serving at 12:15 PM today; to me this is unacceptable to call yourselves a restaurant when you serve no food. In addition, your staff is the most uneducated, ill mannered and just totally oblivious for a food establishment. I will tell everyone I know not to visit this location as not only are there food preparation issues the place in and of itself is filthy! Major disappointment. read more

The food is probably the only great thing about this place. The staff is kind of rude and very lazy. I'm a patient person, but every time I get food from here I have to wait so long for them to cook it because they never have food ready. I think 30 minutes for a fast food restaurant is just too long. I thought mobile order and pick up would be faster, but nope. I waited even longer probably. I was standing outside at the mobile order pick up station and nobody was even there to help me. So I rang the bell and was completely ignored. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come and tend to me. I think it's because they're short staffed. But wow. So many cars came in and out of the drive thru while I waited. They also give me very little food. I usually get the bowl and they never fill it up to the top. They mostly give me fried rice or chow mein, too. I get a tiny amount of the actual entree. This location needs a lot of work. I've been to other Pandas in different cities and states and they are far better than this one. I think they need new staff and new management because it's been like this for a year and nothing has changed. Disappointed to say the least. read more

Wow!!! The disappointment! Not too sure if it's only a San Antonio thing but after ordering a bowl I received less than half of the bowl full. Mind you the meal was $6. I called to complain and received a free replacement order HOWEVER, I received the SAME AMOUNT of food in my bowl. In San Antonio, the bowl is filled to the TOP. Crap service. Drive thru takes at least 20 min. read more

I love Panda Express, the food is always fresh and the dining area is clean. Parking is ok. Selection is good with a variety of menu items.

Just had such horrible customer service at Panda Express. First, I'm told Rangoons would take an extra five minutes so I cancel that order and drive up. Once at the window, I'm told to park because my spring rolls were going to take 5 minutes. ‍. After 10 minutes of waiting outside I walked in and asked for my order without the spring rolls because I'd waited long enough. All I got from 4 people was blank stares and when I asked for my order again, one of them finally decided to put it in a bag and hand it to me. Not a single apology or pleasantry. Made me wonder if there was even a supervisor present. Horrible, just horrible read more
