Busy, busy day (ECLISPE DAY) These folks were busting their buns trying to help and get food out. Amber, a crew member, noticed the horror in our eyes when we thought we had to order off the kiosk board. She gently guided us to the cashier station for our 2 coffee orders. After a 10 min wait, she checked into our order. Grabbed our coffee, and off we went. This place was packed as the Drive thru, indoor lines were bursting at the seams. This crew was totally focused and doing their best to get food made, orders out, and take care of the customers in line. I skipped coffee at the gas station for McDonald's coffee. I'm glad I did. Tough day on the job, I'm sure, but this crew rocked it!! read more

Worst drive-thru McDs. 2 lines but only one apparently works as I sar in the line for 3mins waiting for a prompt--nothing. I even said "hello", nothing. While the other line continued to help other customers. I thought maybe my line had a broken speaker so I drove around to go to the other line but it had a long line already. I kid you not, I saw my line had a car pull up and got service immediately. Crazy work. lol I took my business else where. read more

A big waste of my time! My mom order breakfast on the app and when we went over there they said they never claimed the order, like what?! They also forgot to put bacon on my breakfast multiple times. Fastest service, very clean, best coffee. The fish filet the most slowest thing on the menu but worth the wait.

The employees were nice and friendly , but my order was wrong. I didn't get the double cheeseburger. I'm so glad I checked before I left the pickup window. They made us wait in the waiting parking place. It took at least a half hour. The food was okay except lukewarm, except the fries were cold. This is NOT a fast food place. read more

Manager Belia was very rude.I had a reward for a 1 dollar 10 pc nuggets.Employee told her about the reward.Instead of her fixing the problem she was arguing with employee while I was at window.She tell him not to argue I don't of customer when she was the one arguing with him.very bad experience. read more

No refills and strick on how long you can stay in the restaurant. This isn't a very friendly McDonald's and besides that I'm like every other McDonald's in the nation you can't get refill on drinks read more

The bathrooms are filthy, they messed up my order both times i was there, and they charge for WATER refills!!!

Wouldn't ask for anything too complicated....seems I'm not the only one that suffers from wrong orders, and bad service. Don't ask for anything special, even if the app allows you the items. I would caution if you use the drive through or curbside, check your order! If it's wrong, get it redone, and if the employee decides to argue with you, then get your refund and take your business elsewhere...where employees actually care about the service they give you. read more

This isn't a good McDonalds. I lived in Del Rio for a year, and every time I eat here, the fries taste like poop. It tastes like the oil never gets changed out and it's a waste of money. We've gone there at least 6 times during different months, hoping management and staff has been changed and that the food is finally better. It never is. The fries are the grossest fries I've ever had. They smell and taste like I'm eating fecal matter. I'm guessing the managers and the workers are lazy and don't actually clean the machines or change the oil like they're supposed to. whatever you do, never ever order a sprite. I'm caffeine sensitive, so I order the sprite each time and each time I have to throw it away. they don't put sugar or mix the drink like they're supposed to. it tastes horrible. My gosh, this location is losing so much money because people like me won't be returning ever again. I eat out quite often but no one in my family ever says to go here. it's that bad. we miss the McDonald's in our state we used to live at. the fries were fresh, the soda actually had sugar in it. I'm surprised the owner of this restaurant doesn't send people to taste the food and spy on them. these people are not doing their jobs at all. Taking my money elsewhere, because I'm tired of spending money and ordering food we have to throw away! The only things that ever taste okay are the burgers. we don't have issues with them, but it's pretty pointless when you can't get fries or sprite because both are foul. yuck. we went tonight before closing, and we had to throw away half the order, and that was after having to wait 30 minutes for the food! they parked us, cleared the line, and forgot about us or gave our order to someone else. we had to go back in line and let them know it's been a half hour. Worst mcdonalds in town! I have tried the other mcdonalds and the food is fresher than this one. Worst food period. Went in this morning when heading out of town. Ordered 3 Bacon, egg, and Cheese biscuits, 2 large cokes, one large coffee. It was then that we were informed that they were all out of Coke products. We ended up with Dr. Peppers. After more that 10 minutes we left with our order, only to discover that there was NO EGGS ON ANY OF THE BISCUITS! Really? When I went back in the manager took another 15 minutes to get us new biscuits. This was deplorable. I can't imagine the Owner would be very happy about this. DON'T FALL FOR THE HYPE!!! The new " breakfast 24/7" is a sham. My son had oral surgery in San Antonio last week. They said for the next few days he should eat only soft food, and pancakes and scrambled eggs were among the suggestions. Next day when he felt like going out we went to this McDonald's at about 1:00 p.m. for a big breakfast. The voice on the speaker cheerfully told me "We don't serve that after 11:00; we only sell our most popular items." I suppose I was supposed to know that, but not being psychic I didn't, nor was I aware what constitutes their "most popular items". All of their ads show the entire menu, including big breakfasts, laid out. Fortunately, Jack in the Box really DOES serve breakfast 24/7, and has for years. Maybe McDonalds will soon come into the 20th century; they've got a long way to go to reach the 21st. read more
