Wings however, sounded like a good choice... so this is where we went. It was a busy night for a Tuesday night, we thought, but I guess Del Rio doesn't exactly have a lot to offer, and it was 79 cent wing night, so I guess they had reason to go. We were seated at a tall table, not exactly our favorite kind of table, but as it was busy and there were others waiting for tables we accepted it. We ordered up some wings and fries, just to keep it simple. The fries were decent, and did hold up, though they were slightly over-seasoned. The wings were quite good though. We ordered the regular hot flavor and also some sweet thai chili wings. Both were tasty, and the wings themselves were meaty and of a good size. We also found that mixing the two sauces was a good flavor as well. We weren't able to finish all of the wings we ordered, but that was alright because we ate them for lunch the next day.

We were skeptical about eating here after seeing bad reviews but our son recommended it. We…read moreabsolutely love smoked wings and these were amazing! They looked burned so I was worried they would be dry but they were moist and so flavorful! Would order them again and again! We were able to ask for the staff to put on the game we wanted to see and they were very accommodating! Everyone was nice and friendly! The food was great! We had absolutely no complaints whatsoever and recommend eating here!

I would give Wingstop a 4/5. About two weeks ago I went to Wingstop and got some wings and fries…read more The food came out pretty fast and everything was hot. The wings had a lot of flavor and the fries were good too.And of course the star of the show the ranch was incredible. The workers were nice and I didnt have any problems with my order. I had a great experience and I would definitely go back again. I think consumer choice is important because people can choose Wingstop if they want different wing flavors and sides. Wings & Rings is their competition because they also sell wings and similar food. The different deals and combos give customers incentives to eat there. Wingstop also has a profit motive because they sell food and drinks to make money. I think Wingstop needs to change their boneless wing batter, I think sometimes the batter doesn't cook properly which is why I ordered bone in wings. Also the fact that they are a chain restaurant is better because that allows them to lower prices and incentives more customers to buy.

The young man who took my order and attended me at the window did very well, as expected. Since I don't like their instant, flavorless mashed potatoes I requested the potato logs which are delicious and one can tell a real potato was involved. There was no problem making that switch. I got the two piece chicken dinner box which also comes with one of their wonderful biscuits. This is one of the few places where I actually enjoy the biscuits. As usual I ordered an iced tea for the drink, and it is fresh brewed. Of course, they also offer all the soda pop options. As I write this, August 18, 2017, the dining room is closed as it is being remodeled, so only the drive-through is open. At 6 o'clock in the evening there is a nice shady spot you can park and eat towards the back. I wouldn't want to come here every day, but it was nice for a change. I look forward to seeing how the new remodel turns out. They have some heavy duty competition with Chick-fil-A in town!

The Golden Dragon is definitely my favorite out of all the Asian cuisine in Del Rio. If only it had a better atmosphere... it's literally in a shack. Perhaps that could be part of the charm? If there was a Panda Express in Del Rio, I'd still prefer the Golden Dragon. P.S. The website linked at the top is WRONG! "Golden Dragon Tucson" really? This is Del Rio. They don't have a website.

The chicken was excellent, moist, and packed with flavor. My husband is usually quite picky, so it says a lot that he loved the mashed potatoes and gravy. The mac and cheese was also delicious; I would even say it is better than KFC. I was not a fan of the chicken sandwiches, though, because the bread felt a bit on the heavy side. Overall, it was a great meal!

The manager, I'm assuming was so rude it I needed to call corporate to get my refund they couldn't do it in store. It seems to be a trend here in Del Rio, Outsiders are not welcome and don't get treated good.
