Amber, a crew member, noticed the horror in our eyes when we thought we had to order off the kiosk board. She gently guided us to the cashier station for our 2 coffee orders. After a 10 min wait, she checked into our order. Grabbed our coffee, and off we went. This place was packed as the Drive thru, indoor lines were bursting at the seams. This crew was totally focused and doing their best to get food made, orders out, and take care of the customers in line. I skipped coffee at the gas station for McDonald's coffee. I'm glad I did. The service was very slow and the employees unengaged - no friendly smile nor positive interaction. Once it was ready, I immediately noticed the taco shells were barely filled. When I tasted it, the ground beef tasted way overcooked like they had burned it and were scraping the bottom of the pan. I was hungry, so I ate it anyway and left. To their credit, the tables were clean. There were other customers, locals, who seemed content.
