I know mistakes happen, so I called the restaurant to let them know what happened and hopefully get it sorted out. The manager's response honestly shocked me. Instead of trying to help, he asked me if there was "actually something he could help me with," after I explained the situation! Unreal.. It felt like he just wanted me off the phone. When I asked if I could be reimbursed for the missing items and cold food, he didn't offer any solution other than "so is there actually something I can help you with"!! I couldn't believe my ears. Then, when I asked for his name, he hung up on me. When I tried calling back, he refused to take my call. I even tried calling the customer service line, hoping they would rectify the situation ... Unfortunately, I wasn't reimbursed for anything. They said they'd send me a free sandwich card, which apparently takes 4 to 8 weeks to arrive.
