Not like it used to be. No english! We are no longer in America. Everything is extra & getting too expensive! Used to go just for the tea but now it's watered down. read more

I ordered delivery for a bowl with rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, corn and mild salsa. I got a chicken bowl with rice, beans, chicken, sour cream and cheese. Whoever made this is just being lazy. Going somewhere else from now on. On top of that chipotle responded to reach out to them directly to fix the issue and the only way to contact them on their site is through a AI chat bot that closed the conversation after I told it what happened. Perfect example of a business that is wayyyy too large to care about its customers. You are just a number or them. Nothing else. read more

If I could give this a lower rating, I would. We walked in with my family (5 of us), and IMMEDIATELY noticed that ALL the tables, seats, and floors were covered with food & trash. There were about 5 workers that I could see, but just by looking at the mess in the dining room, we refused to eat and quickly left. Stayed for 2 mins. AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. read more

Taste is there, but $15-18 and 1/2 the carne Adams is Grisly ( Gristle)?!?! Told the manager it's unacceptable, not sure anyone really seems to care. At least the chicken isn't mostly gristle or fat read more

Great experience, great portions, great food, the management there is much better than the one in Cumming Georgia. if you are reading this review, take it as a sign to avoid the cumming George chipotle location at all costs! Restored my faith in chipotle! read more

Great portions and super friendly staff. Clean restaurant and good environment. My favorite location

Horrible service!!!! As well as attitude from employees. The store was trashed and it wasn't rush hour!!! Then on top of that i was charged for double when i did not ask for it !!! read more

Our second time to this location. Service was acceptable but the food was bland. We both got bowls. Made by two different employees with two different serving sizes. Chipotle is not our favorite place to eat. We came because I was given a $25 gift card. We got 2 bowls, chips, salsa and 2 drinks and I still had to pays $16 more. Maybe you should take a clue from Moe's and offer chips and salsas gratis. I was also disappointed there was not a nachos option available. Will not be back unless I get another gift card and I don't have to waste much money. read more

Food was shockingly bland. Down to the chips being unsalted. No lime flavor to the rice. And of course they had no dressing available to enhance the flavors. Our favorite topping is the fajitas and they had none. None on the main or mobile order line. None prepped and stored under the counter and three people in the kitchen chatting and laughing with no fajitas being prepped on the grill. Don't get me started on the guac. I should have brought my own from home The only reason this review got two instead of one stars was because they didn't skimp on the portion which is something I guess. read more

Every time I come here the rice isn't cooked all the way. I get a bowl to go, I come all the way home and take my first bite of hard rice. I've given this location so many chances and they keep disappointing me. I'm staying away from Chipotle from now on, $12 isn't worth hard rice. read more

I don't know what was with your workers up front tonight, but they need to get it together, or get a job that doesn't push them to the point of feeling the obligation to act disrespectful and annoyed. I used to work for fast food, I get late night customers are annoying, but at some point you have to account for the fact that you willingly getvto choose your hours and choose to be at the job- and if you can't handle it, find a new one. But I came in 10:15, after a long day of work, and the girl I was met with was genuinely so rude. She gave me barely any rice, chicken, cheese, or queso (which is an upcharge), but when I asked for lettuce, she gave me too much and it ruined the flavor of the entire burrito. I know people gripe about small portions to be petty, but the portions I recieved were honestly attrocious. In all honestly I counted out the pieces of chicken I recieved in my burrito. 4 pieces. The portioning wasn't even close to the same as the last time I went. I was entirely scammed out of my money and honestly I considered going back and asking for a refund but I didn't want to have to deal with her attitude again. I wanted to really enjoy this place, but this visit left a bad taste in my mouth. For everyone considering this place- it's good, but just dont go in after 5 pm. I would just go to Moes. They get rude and inconsiderate at this location at night. Highly dissapointed and infuriated. read more

No stars if I could. This is the 3rd time I've visited this location and it's been a poor experience every time. You would expect when you enter a restaurant 3 hours before closing they would have food prepared to serve to me and 6 other ppl in line but instead it was, "no we don't have that." Quite amazing that the staff doesn't have food prepared for the evening, every time I've gone. Not to mention that the place was dirty and not kept. Until they change, I won't be back. The 1.7 stars is too high. Enjoy the pic of my sad bowl that I was charged $12 for. read more

No doubt the worst Chipotle I've been to, and I frequent quite a few. Food is not fresh, they often have not prepared and made available food items, as well as drinks, do not maintain clean tables, and staff is indifferent. read more

Love chipotle. The kids meals are actually good for a lunch portion. Only thing id say is the service could be better. It's obvious they're not happy to see a customer there lol but food is great! read more

This was a decent experience. The food wasn't a problem, it was delicious actually, and the service was on the spot. My problem was the sanitation. The bathrooms were pretty disgusting to be in, and the place itself was kind of messy, and the garbage was overflowing. Just clear the trash and clean the lobby (especially the restroom) and you've got a 4-5 star Chipotle. Until then, I'd rather eat somewhere else. read more

I live right by this location and every single time I go the workers are so rude and barely put anything in your bowl. I went today and asked for half chicken & half steak and I'm not kidding she put 4 pieces of steak on my bowl. They're always out of the vinaigrette or get annoyed when I ask for it. read more

Love chipotle but almost everyone is like this one in Dawsonville. Messy behind counter, out of certain things, portions are ok, and service is just ok! Come on chipotle you can do better it's a great location and nice place if right management was in place. read more

Stop serving customers stale chips!! Everything else was ok. Service was timely. Nothing more to say.

Was just here this evening. The food was fresh and the order started off pleasant. Each time I go, there are always new employees. Training is definitely an issue. In two days time, the price of the order doubled. No matter which location you visit, the prices are never the same. Check your receipts, the manager ALWAYS wants to argue and then walks to the back talking under her breath! Say what you need to say! Totally unprofessional! We definitely won't be back and no one ever calls you back from Corporate. I don't need or want free food, just train your employees! You've raised prices and the consistency is no longer there. read more

I stopped by Sunday afternoon to P/U a burrito bowl. I noticed to restaurant was very messy - no cutlery for patrons, tables dirty and no adult leader in sight. 6 hours after eating, I was hit with the worst case of food poisoning. I will NEVER eat at any Chipotle again.. Chipotle was in the news years ago about causing food poisoning due to cross contamination. Do your gut a favor and stay away from this resturant .. read more

Ordered 2 burritos and 2 orders of chips with queso and salsa. Kids bring it home and no chips. How hard is it to put 6 items in a bag? $35 for 2burritos, salsa, and a cup of queso. read more

Always good fast and clean, not every chipotle is the same and sometimes they're busy but I go here often

THIS CHIPOTLE SUCKS!!! They have gotten my order wrong 6 times in a row, and when they don't get it wrong, their portion sizes are extremely small. Literally their only job is scooping stuff into a bowl, but these people can't even do that. They need to start hiring people who know how to read. read more

Some skinny dude in his 20's made these beauties. The guy who made my wife and I's food slung salsa everywhere and didn't even bother to try and make them edible without making a mess. Do customers piss off employees by waking in? This place sucks beyond all recognition and I do not recommend ever going to this place. Now after reading reviews from 2 years ago, it doesn't seem like this place cares about feedback at all. Good luck. Moe's Southwest Grill is way better than this BS. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Tacos? Tortilla bowl? Unwrapped burrito? Your guess is as good as mine. This Chipotle sucks - Fast Food Near Me - Dawsonville, Georgia

I love chipotle but this restaurant is just not it. Went here after shopping at the outlets and thought it would be a regular experience with chipotle, but instead the whole environment is bad. Overflowing trash can, dirty tables, and bland chicken. Out of all of the chipotle's I have been to, this is one of the worst. I do not recommend going here. read more

I really enjoy the food because every time I go here it is good like as you expect. But 90% of the time they either mess up an order or forget to put in an order. The floors are slippery most of the time, and the outside is trashed a lot. I enjoy the food, but it needs better service and ambiance. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chicken Bowl - Fast Food Near Me - Dawsonville, Georgia

Where to start? One of the nastiest places I've been in lately. Trash overflowing, not one clean table, drink station was dirty and the floor looked like it had not been swept since yesterday. The food line was filthy and the kid behind the counter was shoving all the overflow food on the counter back into the containers where orders were being made from. Should have walked out but we were hungry! Got two steak bowls. The steak was nothing but gristle and fat. A large portion of it was inedible. Beware! read more
