You must need to know people to actually get food in your plate. One of the employees friends came in and they were well taken care of. The people in front of me left with huge portions. But for me, one premium $12 plate included 4 shrimp, and I had to beg to get my side filled with chow mein. I let them keep it. Treat all of your customers the same. A sign on the drive thru tells you to order ahead on the app to save time...but neither the app nor the sign tell you that they won't give you your food thru the drive thru. Once you are blocked in the drive thru, you cannot leave and no exceptions are made to hand you your food out the tiny window. They are adament you must park your car and come wait inside. This Panda is close by the outlet mall on 400! Love the classics like Orange chicken and fried Rice. The store is clean and up to date. It has plenty of seats and an out door sitting area. The staff was friendly and portions were plenty. I walked out full. Im always pretty happy after eating at panda. Its your go to Chinese food restaurant. The manager Nancy is super nice! So this time is the last for awhile. It has really gone downhill. The past few times it has be very dirty inside and it isn't even busy. The tables are dirty, the drink area is dirty and that makes you not want to be there. The staff seems to be every changing and not for the best. With all going on in Dawsonville I can understand it's hard to find people but having people at the register who need to lay their head down and hand you a receipt just doesn't cut it. When I ordered they told me I could not get any drinks because the machine was broken. I order my food and he tells me they don't have enough orange chicken cooked so I have to Park in front of the door to get my food. No one ever came out and the guy who was parked next to me I had the same issue. We both had to go inside and get in line after we had already ordered and paid. I have never had any problems with this location until tonight. My family always orders a Family Pack meal and we get excellent service! Tonight the drive thru was closed so we went inside. One of our entrée was the teriyaki chicken. we got home and realized the teriyaki sauce that goes with the chicken was not there. we called to let them know. The "manager" Nancy was very rude and wanted to blame us because we did not ask for the sauce. we have never had to ask for the sauce prior to tonight but she wanted to continue to blame us and tell us we are assuming things. This is not what a manager should do. A manager is someone representing the store and she definitely isn't someone that should be representing anything.
