The steak was cooked just right, the potatoes were quite good, but the star was the asparagus. You don't often see asparagus offered as a side at restaurants and I often don't like how it is prepared but this was an exception. Very buttery, tender, and not a tough stalk in sight. Overall it was a great experience.

Honestly, our experience here was awful…read more I do want to say that our waiter was great. He gave us good suggestions and was sweet to our 4-year-old daughter. The rest of the night, though? Complete disaster, all thanks to the bartender. I ordered a Texas tea and had the first one with our mushroom appetizer. When we placed our main course order, I ordered a second one. When I took a sip, it was just overwhelmingly sour. I had my husband try it, and he agreed--his was too sour as well, but he doesn't really care about that kind of thing, so he just told me to send it back and ask for a new one. I was super polite and apologetic when I asked our waiter to get it remade, explaining that I knew it would give me heartburn if I finished it. He took it back to the bar. Now, to set the scene, we were sitting right on the right side of the bar, so I unfortunately had a front-row seat to the entire exchange. I watched and heard the waiter say, "Can you make another one? She says it's too sour." The bartender's response? "I don't care," plus a few other things I couldn't catch. Then she finished what she was doing, yelled, "Hey! Bring it here!", grabbed my glass, and instead of actually remaking the drink like a professional, she just dumped some club soda into it. She started cackling and making fun of me for supposedly not noticing. At one point, she even looked right at me while she laughed, expecting me to join in--totally clueless that I was the actual customer she was sitting there mocking. And to top it all off, the waiter brought the drink right back to me. So there I sat, wearing the fool's hat in front of everybody. All of that drama just because I asked for a cocktail to be remade. We are never, ever going back to this branch again.

I haven't been to this location for several months but I noticed service was a bit slower than usual. But this wasn't the real issue. While we waited for our to go order, one of the employees went to beverage area and pulled trash from the trash can in the area. She then took the trash bag with trash behind the counter, set it on the floor and proceeded to check food containers without washing her hands. The trash should have immediately been taken to an outside dumpster, hands washed afterwards and then proceed with handling orders. I hope this was an isolated incident I just happened to witness and management will give extra attention and training especially pertaining to being sanitary.

I ordered a pasta dish and the pasta was overcooked, and they also broke the pasta up into little pieces, which is a huge no-no for an Italian restaurant. They are not serving five year olds. the Bolognese sauce was way over salted. Overall, this whole experience was a huge disappointment. They need to fire the cook and re-hire someone who can do the job. I will not be going back. I have attached a photo of the spaghetti. Yes it is in a to go box because I brought it home. I was thinking maybe I could add a jar of grocery store spaghetti sauce to improve it.

We went to this location to celebrate 2 special events (a bday and baby on the way) even though the…read moreone in Kennesaw is closer. We went a week prior and had a good experience so went back. The reason for this review is because I tried the "contact us" option on their website 3 times and it kept submitting before the comment was completed. I then contacted their corporate customer service and was told that management from the location would contact me... and they did- attached. As you can see, they were really "concerned". We had a party of 7, did reserved seating and still waited 20 mins. They then stuck us in a regular size booth with a chair at the end although there were many other more suitable options open. Our server Belicia, started taking our order after waiting another 20 mins to have our drink order taken. As she was going around the table she would say "and the shredded cheese and bacon on that is good?" Or "the grilled shrimp and onions on the steak is OK?".... Yes, there should be a normal amount of upselling but when she did this to my 11 yr old, I had to ask to confirm, are you saying this is how it comes and you are making sure? Or this is all extra? She said it was all extra and that's the way she has to say it. This is not true bc as I shared we had just visited the week prior and the server did the appropriate amt of upselling but wasn't shady by insinuating it was included or how the item comes. After confirming this and advising that no, we didn't want the add ons, but thank you - she continued to do the same thing with every last person in our party. Rather than understanding that we did not want the add ons automatically she continued the slimy way of taking our orders. It was manipulative and awkward and only because we were celebrating events did I choose not to escalate the situation. Instead, the majority of our items were ruined with add ons that we didn't want and were billed for. Then, a manager is required to come by every table in which Lacy did however it was robotic and she ignored my hesitation when asked if everything was good, and with a fake smile on her face as if she was saying "you better not even complain" she spun around on her heel and walked away. Rather than making our experience even more awkward I chose to reach out after and voice my concerns and was basically told to kick rocks. Clearly TR doesn't need to retain any customers and do not care if we come back again so please keep this in mind when choosing to go here or one of the other local steak places. They had the chance to fix the mistake on a $300+ order, make it a good experience and gain returning customers who would spread the word on what a wonderful job they did fixing their mistakes and get great reviews. Instead, it will be the complete opposite. Don't waste your time or money here- go to Longhorn. Now all the negative videos on social media and bad reviews make sense.
