While I was eating my brisket taco and dipping it in the salsa, my daughter noticed a hair in it. I pulled it out myself and it was a white and brown beard hair. Completely disgusting. I told the manager and he acted concerned at first, but then set my food right back down in front of me before realizing the hair was still sitting there. He said he would take it off the ticket, but when we got the bill, the tacos with the hair in the salsa were STILL on the check. After finding a beard hair in my food, why would I want replacement food? At that point I was grossed out wondering how many hairs I may have already eaten. Very disappointing experience, poor food quality, and poor handling of the situation by management.
