I've been in here several times and she's always rude but this was easily the worst attitude I've received from her. Probably a good idea would be not having her at the front of the restaurant maybe I think this could be a really good idea but I'd probably hide her in the back where she can't give judgy faces and rude attitude. So I proceed to wait until the line is gone at the front and I go stand at the front to ask for crackers. I wish I was making this up, I STOOD AT THE FRONT FOR 6 MINUTES WHILE THE STAFF LOOKED AT ME, WALKED PAST ME, THE MANAGER ON DUTY LOOKED AT ME FROM HIS OFFICE AND JUST LOOKED AND WENT BACK TO HIS PHONE. And for the reader. YES it is like this all the time. ALL THE TIME. The worst customer service and general service in any restaurants history, not all csc locations are bad. This one is the bottom of the bowl. The staff is just here to collect a paycheck. They aren't here to work and provide the service they are hired to provide. I have another suggestion it may be good for you guys. Overhaul the entire staff, just get rid of them all. Hire all new people who actually care about their customers and have friendly faces and care about people's needs. That actually might be really good for this place.

They have a different style of bread/roll than the other places ... it's very similar to a french ficelle or baguette allowing the bread to protein ratio to be totally balanced. Quality of the cold cuts is high & Most of the time there's no discernible difference in quality amongst the chain locations with regard to the cold-cuts, cheeses & veggies. They offer an 18 inch sandwich as well for big eaters. This is a takeout shop with a few tables & clean restrooms if you choose to dine in. Cookies & chips available as well.
