The filling was plentiful as you can tell by the photo. I ate half for lunch and other half for dinner because it was that filling. I also snagged one of their homemade oatmeal raisin cookies that's bigger than your whole hand. The cookie took up the entire to-go box. It was huge and delicious. They had chocolate chip, peanut butter, and a couple of other cookie flavors. Do note they are closed on Sundays. Looking forward to another visit and hope to dine-in next time!

Chris and his wife have built something special. The shop is clean, welcoming, and incredibly well thought out. Whether you're looking for a comfortable couch to relax, a family table, an individual workspace with power outlets, or just a quiet place to read a book, they've created a space that works for everyone. One of my favorite touches was their community book exchange. Grab a book, enjoy a coffee or pastry, read for a while there or at home, and bring it back when you're finished. It's a simple idea, but it adds a lot of character to the shop. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I went with the COMBAT CLUB sandwich (ham, turkey, bacon, swiss, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, garlic aoli on sourdough), chips, a Diet Coke, and a Reese's peanut butter cookie. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The sandwich was loaded with meat and made for a great lunch. The service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. You order and they'll call out your name for pick up when it's ready. I also got to meet Cassie, the service dog who quietly hangs out in her own little corner. She was adorable and perfectly behaved. What stood out most wasn't any single menu item... it was the atmosphere. The entire place feels like it was designed to bring people together. The 2 iced caramel machiattos with whipped cream, purchased for a co-worker, looked & tasted different as night & day. IGY6 in old town Dawsonville is convenient for a drive thru and it's nice to have options. The coffee is actually pretty good, but my last 2 visits, a week apart, have been disappointing for the quality, freshness and price. I will give it a whirl for a 3rd time at the new location ... the 3rd time is a charm, right?... and everyone has off days or maybe growing pains? I very much would like for them to succeed.
