Wow!! They were way too busy for us tonight! No receipt! No food! Seriously??! This has been a really bad experience! What makes it bad is that they served a dozen or more folks and they even place out styrofoam containers in the trash!! 30 + minutes wait...

The worst fast food experience I have had thus far. Employee named Ashley claiming to be the store manager, refused to refund money for my order I kindly asked to be refunded due to unsatisfying results of food. Told me to order something else or "get out" then told me if I wanted a refund I should call corporate and have them do it that she "will not" give me one. I called corporate and they verified that she is not the store manager and should have refunded me the money. I am so sad that this location is going down hill like it has and the customer service is at an all time low. we have always enjoyed eating here with our family but after leaving in tears feeling personally attacked I will take my business elsewhere.

Hey now, I am very happy that they have a new crew with Miranda very enthusiastically greeting & keeping everything fresh, clean & attitudes all around really great. My lunch was very good and I am very happy that this location is very nicely improved and back on track. It's also great to get a big friendly smile from someone like Miranda who makes you feel welcomed and other managers like Alex it is indeed pleasant. I genuinely like the food and it's almost always nice and freshly prepared, hot and tasty. I know it's a chain and even for Chinese fast food good this is better than a lot of the ful bliwn Chinese restaurants on the metro area. This is now my favorite Panda Express location and trust me if you have issues because if some personel problems in the past, well it is worth taking another look. I really want to see these guys succeed and keep the choice of Chinese and not one of the dozen pizza places and burger joints.

The fried rice tasted pretty terrible until I added some Sweet and Sour sauce but in general I just avoid it and stick with the chow mein.

It added to the flavor without being the only thing to the food. I think everyone's favorite thing of the night was the Sichuan Mala Dry Pot. Yes the food is spicy at times but they have means to control the heat if you request but try it the way they make it before giving up on the spice. With most good Chinese food, all the seasoning serves a purpose to the completeness of the meal. If you are tame try the General Cho's chicken. Not too spicy and really delicious. Unlike most General Cho chicken you find around Memphis there is no sickenly sweet red sauce douse over fried nuggets. You don't even have to have fried chicken! They'll bake it if you want and it is sensational. Try a little more spice with

China Spring - My quick order for tonight

Firstly, I want to thank China Spring for expanding their Uber Eats delivery area to include where…read moreI live. Please don't change it or I will be very sad but will make the trek to Cordova for your tasty snacks. Since the pandemic began (yes it is still happening for all you non-believers), husband and I have ordered from every restaurant in our service area. A few weeks ago, China Spring popped up. We love Chinese food and supporting small local restaurants, so we ordered. Y'all... This is the best Chinese food I've ever had in Memphis. I've ordered and dined in at a lot of places, so I'm an expert in this, please trust me. You can tell that they put their heart and soul into their food. Every single bite is fresh and delicious. I don't normally like dumplings (my husband does), but China Spring dumplings are the best I've ever had. I liked them so much I'd probably order them myself instead of just trying my husband's order occasionally. Their General Tso's tastes like it were made by the General himself. I don't normally order seafood at restaurants unless they are, well, a good seafood restaurant, because I'm super picky. But my husband ordered the Dragon Phoenix, so I tried one of the shrimp. OMG YALL. These shrimp are the best - succulent if I say so myself. I don't know what kind of wizardry you guys are doing over there at China Spring, but how can a restaurant 30 MINUTES AWAY, still deliver HOT food?! Another thing about China Spring is its consistency. We've ordered twice so far and both times it was 5-star quality food! No hit and miss with this amazing place. I'm almost done, I promise. I have to highlight the amount of food they give you. The last time we ordered, it consisted of 3 combo platters, Wonton soup, and dumplings. This amount lasted us 8 MEALS. Yes, EIGHT. Quality and Quantity!! Now for China Springs highest compliment... My husband is a chronic complainer... He has only said amazing things about their food. I asked him to summarize his thoughts in 3 words, he said, "Amazing Chinese Food." Y'all.. He doesn't even think I'm that amazing and I'm his wife.

This used to be the best place around for Chinese food and after a couple of disappointing meals a…read morefew years ago we tried a new place that isn't as convenient. Well today I decided to give them a try again and while it wasn't bad is definitely wasn't great. My general tso chicken was reasonably tasty but the chicken was so tough and stringy I will be flossing chicken from between my teeth for hours. Not sure if was just way over cooked, freezer burned or both but either way it was not good. Definitely a take out place thought they do have a few tables in there. Summary: disappointed and won't be back anytime soon.

But, I wasn't paying and I'd been snowed in for a week so, yeah, the lady did not protest too much lol. Anyway - GFC is walk-in only. We got lucky and were seated right away. We got right to ordering. GFC Wings, The Rolls, Crawfish Dumplings, and a carafe of house Sake. Our server was soooo nice. Let me reframe that...just about everyone we encountered were very kind. Even the other customers. To be clear...we ended up ordering a 2nd order of wings. I finished the crawfish dumplings AND the rolls. I should have placed an order to go. I already know what I'm going to order on my next trip. I'm also trying to figure out how to get GFC to the house for the man's birthday since they don't do takeout.

We had the coconut curry broth which was a lite curry style but the winner here was the super crunchy wings in a ginger garlic sauce. Also a fav was their dumplings - simply to die for. Their specialty drinks are very creative and delicious- not to be missed. I would go as far to say this is more of a busy drinking place with excellent small plates. Service is a little sluggish for this always full spot so come early and be prepared to wait, walk-in's only. No reservations. Owners are a cute married couple; the husband is Mexican and the wife is Japanese and the creative mind behind the menu. Authentic fare, truly delicious

So she has to be sure to tell them no spice. I have tried it with and without spice and it's fantastic either way though I definitely prefer with spice (it wasn't spicy to me, just more flavorful). I'm addicted to the shrimp rolls and steamed dumplings so I gotta get those every time I come here. The egg drop soup is good here as well.
