I went there late night couple days ago when a manager wasn't on staff I guess African-American guy but when he wasn't there, I noticed when I ordered my food that was it wasn't any fresh food cook but I was so hungry. I ate the ones that were sitting under the heating lamp anyway a couple of days have one passed since I had it in for those couple of days I have food poisoning and still trying to get over it. First visit to the new location. Interior and exterior clean and new. Had to wait quite a while (5-8 mins) from start to finish, I couldn't tell if it was the other customers or the staff who were moving slow. Everyone was very friendly and the food was so fresh! It's ok. It's Asian-style fast food. You get the choice of white, brown, or fried rice or noodles. Then you pick a protein for topping it. It's a lot of rice and a small portion of protein. I ordered the String Bean Chicken Breast. My daughter ordered the Sweet Fire Chicken Breast. We also got an order of Spring Rolls. Everything tasted fresh and the service was quick. It's not a place I'd frequent or crave but it was passable for a quick lunch on a busy errand day. read more

Had the best time celebrating the opening on this Panada express. The only problem is there is not more of these chains around Cincinnati. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. It was easy to talk to them and get recommendations for entrées as well as move through the line quickly and efficiently. The chicken was moist and delicious. The lo mein and fried rice were cooked to perfection. I can't wait to return for my next fast meal! The parking is ample and best of all, they have a drive through! New location!! Stopped by for an early supper the other day and got some quick service. The place was very well staffed and they were very friendly, greeting us and getting everybody through the line quickly. Indoors it was very clean. There's also a drive through which must be a newer thing Panda Express is doing? I haven't seen them have one before. As we were about to leave the gal at the register made sure we didn't pass up the free fortune cookies, and they have to get a bonus star because my cookie had two fortunes in it! Food was great, my friend and I both got a bowl. The nice thing with chain restaurants is they're pretty reliable from location to location. I went with my go-to fried rice and sesame chicken. No exaggeration, there was 3 small pieces of steak. For the same price I could have went to the buffet and got all I wanted. This place runs like a well oiled machine. Clean inside, fast drive through and ample parking, manager is actually constantly working, not sitting in an office somewhere. I recommend the orange chicken or the beijing beef entrees. They both have a ton of calories but they are by far the tastiest. I tried the black pepper angus steak and it tasted overly herb-y. The price for a bowl is a little steep but if you get the bigger plates it's more economical. read more

I stopped by here after running a few errands and went inside to get a carry out order. The front door was locked even though I saw people inside and I had to walk to a different entrance to get inside. While I was waiting in line, a family also tried to enter thru the front door and it was locked for them. Not sure what was up with the door. The line was a bit long for 230pm on a Sunday, but still felt quick. There were tons of online or mobile orders that were being prepared which is why the line felt long. Once I was up to order my food, I ordered a bowl with white rice and orange chicken. My food was prepared and quickly went thru to the checkout. For this experience, I went through the drive-through instead of going inside to eat. The man pretty much guessed everything that I wanted to eat! I was extremely shocked. They got my food ready in a couple seconds and then I sat in the parking lot to eat my food. The parking lot is relatively large and plenty of places to park at. I got the honey walnut shrimp with the noodles crab Rangoon's and a Coke. This is pretty much the order that I get every single time I go to a panda express and it was consistent tasting compared to the other ones that I have had . This time was the first that I have had the crab Rangoon, they were not bad but not as good as the Chinese buffet near my house. This is a brand new location and building. The parking is very convenient plus there is a drive through. The inside is clean and comfortable. The service was fast and friendly. It started with about a 10 minute wait to order at the drive-thru speaker. Then about a 10 minute wait at the window for someone to take payment. About 7 minutes or so later I was informed they didn't have the food I ordered. So I asked for my money back and all of a sudden they had my order. When I got to the hotel it wasn't the proper amount and they had packed it so poorly that the chicken was soggy and the juice from the power greens gave the chicken a weird taste (It seemed like they were trying to cover up for the lack of chicken). I then emailed Panda Guest Care and got zero response. I waisted about 30 minutes in the drive thru (and there was no one in line)- got to the hotel, saw the mess they gave me, and had to leave to get food from somewhere else. Then to not hear back from the customer care email let me know how much they care. The entire experience was horrible and a massive inconvenience. This was my 2nd and last trip to Panda Express. read more
