This might be Middletown's best Chinese. It doesn't have that much to compete against. They are pretty much carryout only. It has like a single table inside. That's okay because in the summer it's like a furnace there. I had the Szechuan Bean Curd. It's about $7 for the lunch portion. Typically I'm not a fan of soft tofu. It wasn't so bad because the sauce makes this as good as it is. This wasn't overly salty like at many other Chinese places. It had a great peppery spice to it. The portions are also big for what you pay. It mostly is a carryout. It also delivers. They seem to have lots of delivery problems so just pick it up.

Love this place! They were willing to work with me and customize an order by adding curry powder, spices, and cashews to my Chicken Fried Rice. I loved it even though it wasn't the same as a Thai place that used to exist in Cincinnati. They deliver too sometimes it takes a while so picking up is usually faster but still a great place to order from

    The menu

It's a four and a half but great place I get the plain Low main noodles with general soles chicken with extra sauce to mix to the noodles but the noodles are great without it . Other then that you might want to leave seeing the inside but don't judge a book by it's cover and it's the only Chinese food I'll eat so super good bye

Kung Pao chicken was not edible . The fried rice had no flavor. North Village near ID is 100 times better

It was alright compared to other Chinese restaurants. They were nice but really nothing that stands out from other locations.

The food was very pricey for being so low quality. Chicken was very chewy and soggy. Disappointed.

Took over an hour, had to call twice, and the delivery guy (who was an older man) didn't care at all was rude. Then the food was terrible.

I have been coming here since a very young child…read more I am completely taken back by the poor customer service I received today. I ordered combo and didn't receive all items. I called to inform them of this and they told me I said à la cart which I didn't even know that they offered à la cart, I have been ordering that same way for the majority of my life. I told the owner that that's not what I said he said "yes it is. I wrote it down" He also said that I said I wanted white rice, which was not the case. I've never ordered white rice. The issue isn't the food being messed up. The issue is him telling me I ordered something that I didn't not and being absolutely hateful. When I tried to explain to him that I wouldn't have said those things and if it's a honest mistake that's fine but please don't tell me I said something I didn't, he responded by mocking me to someone in the background. Zero accountability for his error. A completely nasty person. All my fond memories of eating inside as a child now soiled by a man's weak ego and attempt to gas light me. Honestly I might have believed him and took it as my mistake if I even knew there was an à la carte option or if I ever ordered white rice previously. I miss the former owners. Not only were they exceptionally kind but also never made a mistake. And if they did I'm sure they would have apologized and I would have accepted the apology and went about my day not concerned about the slight misunderstanding. Disgusted. This once positively raved Middletown staple will swiftly decline by simply lacking the ability to be kind to their customers. Me being upset is about how I was treated and him cutting me off and stating that's what I ordered when it absolutely is not. It will be the last time I eat here. And I can already tell others are starting to feel the same after reviewing some recent reviews.

It would have been well over $60 since they charge $4 for a soda. The floor is slimy; like needs a deep steam clean on the tile. Fairly clean elsewhere but very dated all the way around. The food is ok. But they certainly don't throw away any food no matter how long it's sat. That is why there are so many reviews saying the food is cold. Again, if it were $45 for a family of 2 adults and 2 children it would be ok.

Also love the chinese spare ribs, chicken on stick, tsos, sweet/sour chicken, beef'n'broccoli, bourbon chicken, hot/sour soup, and more! There's a ton of options, including soups, main dishes, sides, desserts, and condiments. It's my go-to chinese, as I enjoy having a little of all my faves! P.S. : Not sure what some certain previous reviewer expects pricewise, but it is entirely unrealistic! It's all you can eat! And being a buffet, obviously the food is going to be more than 2 minutes old, but that doesn't make it bad quality! China King Buffet is pretty fresh as far as buffets go anyway! But, if someone expects made to order freshness, don't go to a buffet! Still, cheap skates expecting 4 people to eat for less than $60 with sodas all around shouldn't go out to eat at all! Better to stay home and stick to ramen noodles if you're that cheap! Sheesh! Apologies fot my rant, but that review just annoyed me!
