Bubbakoos is very similar to Chipotle, but with addition of tacos and nachos. Pretty good taste, but not as spicy as Chipotle

Went today for lunch, it was the worst food and service I've ever had. Communication was terrible, food didn't have the ingredients that was shown on the menu then when I tried to point it out they acted like they didn't understand me. Will never go back and definitely will not recommend. Would rate a minus 1 star if I could. read more

I am visiting Blue Ash for the evening and had never seen Bubbakoo's Burritos. I decided to give it a try. It was good. I agree it is a strange mix of menu items. Everything from cheese curds to quesadillas to chicken sandwiches. I did appreciate the staff. They went out of their way to help me navigate the menu and find a vegan option. There are not always vegan option and staff is not always knowledgeable. This is a big plus for me. The dining room was no frills and typical of a fast casual restaurant. It seemed clean and well maintained. It was overall a solid choice for a quick casual meal. read more

Awful. 32 dollars for 2 meals. Lady just dumped sauce on them with very little cheese. Everything looked like it was sitting there all day. I got some kind of rice thing that was fried and she just lumped ground beef over it that had a layer of darker hard ground beef over top of it because it had been sitting all day. The rice thing was sitting under a heat lamp and was terrible. My sine got a "quesadilla" that had old bacon and weird breaded chicken in it. The cheese I guess is supposed to be Monterey Jack but it's been exposed to the elements so long it had the look and texture of shreedded parmesan. Total Score: 19/50 Bubbakoo's Burritos is not a burrito restaurant, it is a Miscellaneous Comestible Inside of a Tortilla restaurant. Which is fine, of course, all of us can enjoy a nice wrap with warm ingredients! However, Buckaboo's missteps as a restaurant extend much further than semantics. Let me explain why. Food: 12/25 I had a steak burrito with a variety of ingredients. The steak was actually delicious! It was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The rest of the ingredients, however, were left in the dust. Maybe literally, based on how good they tasted. The brown rice was flavorless and strangely mushy, the cheese was... there, I guess, and I could use their "hottest salsa" as eyedrops. Both my burrito and my companion's were ripped, too, but that's a little bit nitpicky. My entire burrito was weirdly sweet, too. How they managed that, I don't know. Service: 10/10 The people working at Buckaroo's Burritos were extremely friendly! They were receptive, and, most impressively, completely lacked the dead-eyed stare that comes from working food service! How they managed that, I don't know. Presentation: 4/10 Bubbagump's is, frankly, trying too hard to be hip with the youth. The walls are covered in various extreme sporting memorabilia, such as skateboards. There are screens displaying clips of people diving into pristine lakes and snowboarding. Not simultaneously. I think one of the best ways to be actually cool is to serve good food, but to each their own. The large overhead menu was overly stylized, making it a bit difficult to quickly get important information. How they managed that, I don't know. Value: 3/5 One burrito will cost between 10-14 dollars. That's a reasonable price for a meal, but not a reasonable price for a burrito from Bungalow's Burritos. I couldn't work in a way to use the running joke of "How they managed that, I don't know" in this section. All in all, Bugaboo's Burritos is trying to infiltrate a niche that is already brimming with good and great restaurants, local and national. Unfortunately, in its current state, Buckabee's Burritos cannot compare. Just go to the nearby Chipotle. read more

Tried out Bubbakoo's Burritos with my wife. We both liked the ambience of the space. Quick serve restaurant. Clean and modern with some outdoor seating. Pepsi place, so negative for my wife. The food was good, but not great - and not worth the extra amount you pay over other quick serve burrito bowl shops. I tried the steak and shrimp with sweet chili sauce and also tried the chips and salsas. My wife went with the chicken with ranch sauce. The shrimp were good and might be a reason to come back as it is a different protein offered from other competitors. The chicken lacked flavor and required the sauce. There Are a variety of sauces in case that might attract you. Many of them were flavors I link to wings or Asian food, so did not match my burrito vibe. Bowls are served on a tray with paper covering. Although environmentally better, the paper ripped when I was eating, so felt awkward. Staff were really friendly and another reason I might give it another chance. Overall 3/5 for me. read more

Chipotle knock off.... Wouldn't be bad but I ordered a taco salad , operative word being "salad" when the lady putting toppings on my salad gave me a stunned looked when I asked for more lettuce. She put a minimal amount for a salad, I said I would like more she said there's other things in the salad pretty much said your getting as much lettuce as I'm giving you. Great food great customer service when I walked in Shamaya help me out, show me everything the food was amazing. I was very pleased.
