During covid they have all the salsa's outside in a cooler and provide gloves to grab extra condiments. Food was ready in about 3 minutes. Food is incredibly flavorful, the al pastor, lengua, asada, and pollo tacos were great. They are a little small, though I believe you get a good value for what you pay ($1 taco Wednesdays). The salsas were the best part, the green is very tangy and the red adds a good amount of heat. The tacos aren't very pretty but get the job done! Will definitely return.

All in all the food was good. Service was top notch and the place is pleasant and slightly noisy in a good way. People enjoying life. We'll be back. Thanks Carly!

I have been here several times now and I love everything about it!…read more The tacos are delicious from the simple to the more complex and the prices aren't the worst compared to other places like this. I also enjoy how you can order off the kids' menu as an adult as some places are stingy about that. The chips and salsa bar are great - the chips are always fresh, salty and crisp. The only downside is the salsa sitting out with no lid - maybe add foil or lids to make it more sanitary. I love the Verde salsa on just about everything. The steak taco is oh so delicious. They have Mexican cola options, juices, some canned Bevs and liquor - the drinks are rather pricy and the most expensive thing on the menu. The service is okay - you place your order at the register up front - then your food is brought to your table, and someone periodically comes around to check on you. The place is clean and a group of 2 can go here and spend less than 25 bucks easily and get tons of food.

We had the Oaxacan Buck, and the Peach Old Fashioned. The tequila drink tasted like straight up mezcal and was not balanced at all. The Old Fashioned was so sweet we couldn't drink it. So next time we'll stick to beer. The chips and mango guac were good. The Torta Cubana had a lot of pork, but was bland. The pork was moist and tasty though. I feel the tacos are where this place shines. We had one each of the fish, blackened redfish, pork carnitas, steak fajita, and traditional. I like that they put ample meat and toppings in a tortilla. Most places never fill them enough. The best were the pork, steak, and redfish. The traditional was bland, as was the fried fish. Now that we've tasted many, we will return for our favorites.

After eating here, I can't imagine eating at another Mexican restaurant. There were three of us ladies here for dinner and we all loved our food. All of us ordered combo meals which are a good price at $13.99. One friend had Tamales and she they were the best she had ever eaten. I got a combo meal with a ground beef taco, chicken burrito and cheese enchilada. I'm not usually a big fan of red sauce but this sauce had amazing flavor with a touch of heat. I got my taco "Mexican" style which is just cilantro and onion - yum! Everything, including the rice and beans were delicious! The owner waited on us and because it was our first time there she treated us to some guacamole with our chips. That was an extra special touch. I ordered a margarita that was much stronger than your average. The prices are much more reasonable too. If you are in the area, I highly suggest trying La Jaiba. It's been added to my favorites!
