Hello, I visited this location for lunch and the staff was nice and the food appeared to be great. I washed my hands and started eating my burrito. I got to the end and there was a piece of hair in my food. I was very upset and tossed the rest of the food. I then went to the restroom to use the facilities and then wash my hands again when I noticed several dots on the wall of the restroom wall. I got closer to see what it was and there was a wall FULL of dried nasal musus, also known as BOOGERS!!! I have attached several photos. It was not just one but tons!!! I understand some people can be nasty and do this however, from what I saw, this has been there a long time. This makes me wonder if the restrooms have been cleaned. Food was fine, but the store itself provided an odd pickup experience. I ordered online for takeout. I got there and the three employees were just sitting at a table eating. They realized I was a takeout order, pointed to the takeout counter where my order was, and continued on without saying a word to me. I ordered ahead online before arriving at this location. It was ready as promised. When I walked in I was greeted and directed to some shelves they had for pickup orders. Everything seemed clean and there was a large dining room available. I checked my bag to see that everything was in there and proceeded to take the food home to eat. I got home and bit into my burrito, that was supposed to have steak, and dammit they forgot the steak. It had everything else that I ordered, and those items were fresh and tasted great, but I wasn't looking to have a vegetarian meal! I love that they include free chips and salsa with your order. I've been missing out on Moe's. They only have a couple locations so I am never reminded to try them since I don't drive by the location in the Mason area. My co-workers drug me here one afternoon, and I must say I'm glad they did. I assumed they would be just another burrito/bowl place similar to Chipotle or Qdoba. While they are similar, they are also so much more. You can get a burrito, bowl, quesadilla or what they call a STACK(I think). It's like a quesadilla, but completely enclosed in a tortilla with a hard shell in the middle and then toasted. This item really hits well! It's the reason I've been back a few times. Other differentiators include a free salsa/chip bar with a few different options. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they don't seem to refill the specialty drinks/teas. They were completely empty during a lunch break. I recommend Moe's over Chipotle or Qdoba any day! read more

Ok. I'm going with a 3.5 because although I like the food here I'm really disappointed in the fact that they do not say, Welcome to Moe's to me. Yes, I said me because on two different occasions I have walked into this location and they looked directly at me and did not say, Welcome to Moe's. Then while I stood in line being served some one else walks in and they tell them welcome to Moe's. I will say once they serve me and I'm always very friendly they usually warm up and tell me good bye. This has become our regular Moe's now that the one closer to 75 has closed down. We always find service to be great. There is rarely a long line and always tons of people working. The food is just like every other Moe's as well. Pricing is good as well. We love the rewards app. I also like that there is a lot of indoor seating. Wish the outdoor area was a little bigger. I'm a fan of Moe's but this location is really lacking. The service is poor do to a limited number of employees. Today was Moes Monday and they had 2 employees on the line and 1 cashier. The line was to the door. Yes crazy me stayed because I had Moes on the brain. They did have 1 employee in the back. Next time I will use the app and order online. One of their 2 employees has been there for the 4 months I have been going to this location. Her English is very poor (Spanish is her first language) and that really slows down the line. They need to come-up with a better way for Customers to communicate with her. I find myself having to repeat myself to her on the fixings. I point but that doesn't help. I feel for her but as a Customer deserve better..... I am a fan of the steak and chicken and like that they have grilled mushrooms, peppers and onions. They struggle keeping the restaurant clean during lunch. Today the ice machine was overflowing due to over-pushing customers. They had no forks and no salsa. I reached under to get my own fork. I would love to give these guys a higher review but if their website says they have a Moe Monday deal, the sign on the side of their building says Moe Monday deal you would expect their employees would follow through and give the deal to their customers. First let me say I LOVE Moe's and have been a fan since the first one opened in Raleigh NC. Today was not the case. I have never been so demeaned and racially profiled in my life. My daughter and I placed an large order. I asked if I could purchase a large sauce because I love the tomatillo salsa. The lady told me no, that I had to get it from the bar. I understood that but have eaten Moe's in three states, I've never been told this. So I when to get the salsa, I cleaned the area because it was disgusting, and asked for cups because there were none. I fill up six of the tiny cups because again, I love salsa verde. She told us that we could each only have two, again I offered to pay for it. She then said to just take it and started talking bad about me in Spanish. The female manager working tonight has always been very rude to customers and other employees working. We love eating here, great ingredients, quick service, generous portions. The spicy chicken ask the pork are great, so it the steak.

Best Burritos in the area in my opinion. The main reasons for this is that there is no cilantro in their rice (like Qdoba and McPolte), and their hot sauce is actually HOT. Also the tortilla chips are free with your order, unlike the others. Darn good queso too. read more

Moe's is the best value of the burrito chains even though Qdoba has better queso and Chipotle has better overall quality. 10% rewards on the app, solid food quality, and a killer Monday deal ($6.49 for a burrito, chips, salsa, and a drink). Chips and salsa are always included with a burrito, though! Their chips are fresh, thin, crispy, and perfectly salted. The chicken isn't charred the way Qdoba and Chipotle do it. It's more of a baked style. I don't prefer it, but the upside is it doesn't dry out. I can deal with that. Their ground beef is fairly heavily seasoned if you love a lot of flavor. The steak is hit or miss depending how fresh. The salsa bar is a huge benefit. The extra hot salsa is my favorite, usually mixed with a little mild. They have a few extra burrito fillings available such as grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, raw chopped onions, and black olives. They have a fancy Crunchwrap-type thing called a Stack. I always feel like I'm being a healthy eater whenever I visit although I go through two (small) baskets of tortilla chips with their self-serve pico de gallo. Moe's is the type of place where you tell them what you want in your meal. Similarly to a Chipotle of Subway. Your choices, your tastes, and as healthy or no as you choose. Food was average to good. Unfortunately, the service and cleanliness weren't up to standard. I ordered a chicken salad. On the menu it shows the salad coming in a flour tortilla shell. The girl behind the counter immediately began making mine without it. When I asked if it came with the salad, I was told I had to ask for it. I asked if I could get one on the side. I wasn't going to make her remake my salad. Only 15 min. into opening and the shell was already stale. It seemed like if had been sitting out all night. The chicken wasn't cut all the way through. I had 4" strips that had cube size cuts on one side, and were solid on the other. I wasn't given or offered salad dressing. My shoes stuck to floor is spots. Particularly by the trash. Some of the tables looked dirty. It seemed as if the crew closing didn't clean properly. The salsa bar did have a good variety of salsas to choose from. Different heat levels for everyone.
