They should really watch who they hire let alone put on the drive thru, this girl that helped me today kept speaking over me telling me she couldn't hear me and to speak up( I kept ordering my food with the same tone, which was good enough to hear me.) and she was able to take my whole order(yet she couldn't hear me)... I get to the window and she's laughing it up with the cashier seemingly telling her about the interaction saying she was acting like she couldn't hear and what not. I wasn't gonna say anything about the interaction or review this until I saw that, that was very unnecessary. I get maybe there's some issues with their earphones/mics but what was the need to laugh basically in my face about acting like she couldn't hear me trying to make me look dumb? I expressed how I felt with what I saw to that same cashier and she immediately said "oh I don't know maybe she really couldn't hear you"when they was clearly laughing about it once I got to the window... WEIRD. I even said thank you after I received my food(cuz I have manners) and the cashier said nothing and slammed the window. Why are you people working in customer service if you lack the customer service...? read more

So good everytime. Panda always hits the spot all the bs 1 star reviews really puss me off

If there was an option to give zero stars, I will click on that one!! Absolutely horrible service. The Women serving the food had the worst attitude, If she's doesn't like her job she should seek into finding a different job! I did not receive the correct order as well. read more

If this place wasn't already one of the worst locations w the smallest portions of all panda express'. This Panda Express used to be my go to spot before work. Now, everyday I get held up at the drive through. The staff here is unprofessional, rude and don't know how to communicate. If there's an option of no star at all , with my experience tonight , I won't recommend this location. My order was cancelled after waiting for awhile. And added to that no apology from the store and won't get my payment back after they canceled it and had to wait for the refund for 10 days. Did not even offer to at least process my order again since they're the one who messed it up. read more

I'm sorry but it's really bad at this place! I tried over and over again and it's the same thing. It's been three times I went through drive through and sadly it's been bad every time. With wrong items, very small portions, cut up pieces of noodles, over all a bad experience. Hopefully this gets fixed. Because just like myself, I'm sure you will be loosing a lot of customers after sharing with friends saying they had the same experience. read more

Our mistake has been ordering drive thru... for some reason every single time the plate is half full to best.. I bet you they tell their workers at drive thru to serve skinny plates to SAVE money! Food looks like leftovers (mini orange chicken bites). They take advantage on the fact that by the time you open the meal, people can't do anything about it. Plates keep on getting smaller and smaller. We rather pay more per box and get a complete meal than paying for 2 mini entre and mini NOODLES. PLEASE STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS!! read more

My family and I enjoy panda at least once a week. This location has been one of the most rude and unprofessional we have experienced. The food is not well prepared, like we've had in other locations. When asked to speak to a manager, they act like the don't understand. They have posters everywhere for customers to wear masks. But their employees don't follow their own rules. Not sure if they are following their COVID guidelines. Will not be going back. read more

Yes we all know Panda Express is a good take out place... Just didn't know they were lazy!! My son suffers from milk allergy but I always know what restaurants he can eat certain foods. So went yesterday and got take out and as always I got him a beef an brocolli panda bowl with steam rice. Got home and like in literally 5 minutes of him eating it... Had to Rush him to the ER. He is 4 years old.. So looked through his food and I noticed the brocolli wasn't covered in the brown sauce like it always does. So they just put regular brocolli that is a side... That contains dairy into the beef.... Wtf...... Omg just for being lazy you made My 4 year old go though a lot!!!!! Instead they could of said they were out of it. Than just Making up something for them to sell. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service drive up. We waited in a long line to be told they don't have any rice or noodles available. As shocking as this was had to make sure we heard this correctly. When asked about no noodles .. a high pitch voice from back ground says " ohhh myyy gosshhh"!!!! Then a girl comes on the mic to say we have No noodles, No Rice!! Very inappropriate for customer service. Not a great way to represent Panda Expess. We left with no food. What a waste of time! Horrible food! Horrible service! My sister and I just went in the drive-thru, ordered some food and two drinks both vitamin water, cashier says it's pomegranate. So we pull off and I take a sip while we're headed home to eat and it tastes like "sink water" in my sisters words but I agree the taste is definitely off. We call panda and they say it's diet/zero calorie. Mmmmm Well it would've been nice if the person taking the order would've mentioned that! The food: the noodles are extremely hard (see picture) they don't even lay down they're sticking straight up in the air! Geez. The rice is hard I had to spit it into a napkin because I thought my tooth was going to break in it. What a waste of money. I sure wish I would've looked at this yelp before I spent 30 something dollars on dog food actually no I wouldn't feed this to my dog. It was cold. It was all mixed up. I called the lady told me to bring it back by the time I got back long drive manager on the phone she seemed confused (wrong food lady ) said they would just give me a refund for the food that was messed up because I had a feeling my little boy would fall asleep by the time I got back-and-forth once we got here they said there was nothing they can do. Gas ain't free!!!!! Call I'll be calling corporate tomorrow. I will be canceling my credit card payment that's for sure but I advise you guys stay away. This is the worst establishment I've ever dealt with. I spent more on gas and time!!!! Looking at the reviews I'm not the only one.. anyways this too shall pass, but do yourself a favor don't bother eating here like my son said, what are you expect from all food read more

I'm disappointed with the meal they have. Only little main dish and a lot of fried rice and/or chowmein. Why do they have to lessen the main dish when the price is up? It's not fair. And the pepper steak is $1.25 more. And the give less steaks. I don't know if they forgot to add the fortune cookies in the bag or not. They usually do put fortune cookies with the meal. but when I ordered at drive thru, I checked my bag at home and there's no fortune cookies. I bought 3 meals and no fortune cookies. They're supposed to add that with the meal. Whoever is behind or doing the food is not doing the job properly. I don't want to go back just ask for 3 fortune cookies. It's a waste of gas. Next time, I'll check the orders from drive thru before I go home or I'll just go down and order straight from the restaurant. read more

Slow drive thru line and they now no longer carry (in my opinion the only healthy entree option they carried) that is string bean chicken breast Daniella was the girl that took my drive thru order Since I had never ordered the Kung pao chicken I asked her if the chicken in that entree is all white meat or if it's dark She responded with "uhhh...it's chicken" I again asked her if she could clarify for me if this was made with chicken breast or not She couldn't answer me I asked my cashier (his name was Omar) and he quickly confirmed it's made with dark meat so I was glad I didn't end up getting that as my entree I was still hopeful the options I did get would be good but to be honest they weren't :( I've tried out many different locations of Panda Express and by far this one was one of the worst ones... read more
