I read the revIews , but this place is awesome. ! The food was hot and ready. The wonton filled cream was not ready, but Patty served it to me when it was ready. The place is clean, mopped with caution signs in the area. Two servers and two cooks were smiling and getting along. The people here are repeat customers because I heard Stephanie mention it. I have been a few times, but today was a good day. read more

I would probably give this place 4 stars but the layout is inconvenient. The food is the same as all other pandas. Fast Chinese for a good price that taste good. I like how they are starting to offer more healthier options. They also have brown rice as an option. The lay out of this one us inconvenient because they have the drinks where the line is to order. Maybe because they had a long line when we were there but it was hard to get our drinks with the line being right there read more

Absolutely the worst service. Everyone that worked there @515pm this evening was rude and made us feel like we were bothering them to order our food. From the moment we walked in the door being yelled to get in line when there was only 1 person in front of us and we were looking at the menu. To asking for mandarin chicken and being rudely corrected. And then asking for extra mandarin sauce and again being rudely corrected. And given the smallest amount she could possible put in the container. Your employees appear to hate their jobs and take it out on paying customers and with the prices you charge I expect a little common Courtesy. Won't be coming back here and that's sad because Ive been coming since it opened. read more

Terrible business to start closing at 9:05 when store closes at 9:30. Over 5 customers coming in to order and they are already ready to close, sweeping floor And putting all chairs up. Really bad service!!!! read more

I love coming to this location cause they have great service. And the walnut shrimp is pretty popular here cause they always run out.

Soda bar area needs wiped down. Leaking tea dispenser and looks as though it been that way for a while. Nice night to eat outside- lovely condom on the ground as you walk out the door. Best part - employee taking a break on the patio. How do you NOT see that. Friendly employees but slow. Need to step it up a bit here. They gave everything to me in a bag - I clearly had a tray. They didn't even ask if here or to go. read more

Prices are too high here! I love me some Orange Chicken though. Service is ok. Food is pretty good. Just prices are too high. read more

The night we came was the night the Dodgers won the final game and going to the World Series. They had TVs in the restaurant and it was packed inside. It was fun being able to go and eat and still watch the game. The food was great and they put a lot. The cashier was happy and funny. read more

I have came here plenty of times and I made it here by 945pm I understand the restaurant closes at 10 pm but if the chef did not want to make what I ordered then he could have said instead of having an attitude and complaining to the ladie that took my order was nice and I advised the chow main had more spinach then noodles and was burned and I had to wait for rice since there was no more if it was too Late to make any food and not make money for the company You work for that's fine just tell me and I would took my $15 somewhere where I can get food without an attitude and throwing and slamming Pots and pans it's okay I will Not be coming to this Panda Express anymore I know employees want to get off work but the chef should never make a person coming to eat feel this way when they are cooking there food and I tasted it and the chow main was extra greasy and the rice is disgusting like soy sauce or some strong was put in it never again smh read more

Rude staff, cooks really must hate working there. Came in a 8:30pm, no meats, when cashier tells cook what she needs he rudely reacts, Defintely need to start off with a fresh crew if they expect to be in business at this location for longer. Owners need to make note of this and do something. Manager heard and saw everything and did nothing about it, he just stood there and laughed. Pretty sad. read more

On Feb. 23,2017 mid afternoon ordered 3 dinners. Plate 1 that had white fried rice and Broccoli Beef was not very pleasant. I called the Manager Cecilia and she is giving me another dish as replacement. I understand that sometimes something can go wrong and she made it right by allowing me to have another dinner and not pay for it. If something is wrong with a meal, I will say something as I do not want this to happen to others. Thank you Cecilia and Panda Express! read more

Bought two large sprites that tastes horrible ordered three plates and only got one fork.

So if they close at 9.30 what time do i need to be there to have the choices that you advertised. I walked in at 9.15pm on a sat and before a hello or how are you today i get a " this is all we have". I asked i thought i saw a 10pm closing time but on Saturdays they close at 9.30. Ok i have no problem with the closing time. What i do have a problem is the shutting down the kitchen time. So what time do i need to be there to have more than 3 choices...4 if you include the fried rice. If you enter a normal restaurant 15min before they close the whole menu is available. But not at panda express. So my suggestion would be to put 2 different times on the door. One for this is the last of when you can get anything on the menu. Then the second time for when you just stop serving. Guess its pizza tonite! read more

I honestly do not understand a the crazy amount of bad reviews. This location in my humble opinion is the best Panda in the area. The service is always great, the employees are always friendly. The food also, in terms of taste is always pretty top notch. If you are in the mood for Panda Express, do yourself a solid and come here. read more

Came to eat here at 9:30 pm tonight. They were out of rice, so I waited till they cooked it. When I got home I saw that they missed out on the orange chicken. Stop asking for your stupid money laundering donations, every fucking time, do you want to donate a $1 for X charity. NO. Fucking stop asking me. Then they ask you after you said NO, do you want to donate your change? FUCKING NO! Leave me alone. I came here to eat not to give you guys extra bonus money. What type of commission is the store getting or end of the year bonus does the store get for getting the most donations? Don't be using charities like this. You know that Panda Express does not donate 100% of the money to charity? They keep a cut, called a processing cut for themselves. JUST STOP ASKING IF WE WANT TO DONATE MONEY. You guys donate money from the register then into a box that only the charity can open. How about you guys match every donation with another dollar? How about the money is collected in a box that you guys don't have the keys for. Notice the donation money goes into the register. Don't do it. They have a small box on the counter, it's empty, all the donations go into the register. You know they don't put the money aside for the charity every day, it gets deposited into their account, earn interest on it, and then donation if at all the net donations, not gross. In the end, you're also just donating to help them pay for their marketing when they make the donation, it's not from you, they will take credit for the donation. I'm not against charities, donate directly to the charity, not to a freaking restaurant who is there as a INC or LLC and in business to make money. You the customer is the charity, not them. Let them make donations off their sales, they won't. If you want to donate money, donate directly to local people in need. Restaurants that ask for donations, shut up. It's a scam. Major scam. Also this place is freezing cold. The asian manager puts the temperature really cold so that no one sits inside the place. One time everyone was sitting outside and people inside had to get a jacket to eat inside. Follow the code from the manual on the room temperature. Just whatever, the whole donation thing is such a fucking bullshit tactic at this place. Just stop that crap. We come there to eat not to help you fund your marketing schemes. read more

Honestly I am in love with this Panda Express. I've been coming here since I was a little girl (and I've been coming here for 16 years) and I have not had a problem as far as I could remember. This is one of the slowest take out in the history of take out. Five people staffed 6 waiting over 30 minutes. How difficult is it to put 4 items in a container. My husband insisted on Panda but after waiting for what seemed like eternity for the precooked concoction to be plated, I demanded a refund. We will not go here again. The food is usually cold, because they have it sitting on the counter while you wait outside in the cold. This store needs new management that focus on quality and efficiency. read more

I can't BELIEVE I got ripped off TWICE here. The portion sizes are HALF what other Panda Express locations are. Our Sweet Fire Chicken yesterday consisted of five heavily breaded pieces of chicken with 4-5 chunks of pineapple. That was IT for that entree. Then the lady at the counter refused to honor standard Panda policy when I tried to add on an extra item after our meal for $1.49 as I do in ALL Panda establishments, showing the receipt, because I was still STARVING after a tiny "3-item combo". First, she asked for $3.50 PER EXTRA ENTREE... THEN SHE REFUSED and said it is simply not policy at all to allow this. Much as we hate McDonalds food we actually LOVE IT COMPARED TO PANDA now. Panda used to be a great place to get food for two for under $8. I give up. Oh and SHAME ON ME for letting this happen TWICE. I guess I have my "I AM STUPID" shirt on again. I hope this Panda goes out of business. It's obviously a franchise. read more

It's pretty annoying when you go to a place to get food and basically nothing is made only orange chicken and chow mein they made wait 15 minutes for teriyaki chicken and when my order was ready by this time it was 10:25 and they open at 10 am . So they asked me to wait another 10 minutes for teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki chicken I spent 30 minutes waits by for by the way that was my whole lunch time by then I didn't get anything I left angry and with a loss of appetite. I love panda! I have loved this panda! Today, this panda let me down. We came for a quick lunch during our crazy last ditch holiday prep and when we got here the lunch rush had just finished. My boyfriend loves the STEAMED veggies, emphasis on the word steamed, which is not the same thing as wet from flash wok-ing to rush the item out. It wasn't busy when we were in line so we asked about the veggies, which were again just wet and a step above blanched. I get it, it's fast food, but when the manager is the one helping you, he really has an opportunity to lead customer service by example. We asked if he had a batch of more well done veggies coming out? and Ralph, the mod, says in a condescending manner "these are new, we just made them two guests ago"...ok, not my question. The boyfriend, now still irritated but hungry is still bothered by the treatment a couple of minutes later. I notice that there aren't any customers waiting and an employee about to go on break so I go up for some sauce that they forgot for the Asian chicken and ask for Ralph. I told him I just wanted to clarify that we weren't asking for new veggies to be a pain that we were just asking for some to be actually steamed/cooked, and that the attitude was really unnecessary. His response was the auto-programmed "I'm sorry you felt like that." Again, missed opportunity to lead by great example. He could have easily cooked some up very quickly since we were dining in. Am I really writing a crazy long review about veggies?! I totally am!! Because the real problem is the managers inability to recognize an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and if he isn't going to take the time, his staff won't learn to either. The terrible attitude just added to the disappointment. Sorry panda, today, we are not pals. read more

I see a lot of gluttony in the reviews here, especially from people who should probably not be complaining about portions because the people who have reviewed about portions clearly have an issue with way too much food on their plate and could benefit from lowering their food consumption. I work in the mall and eat at Panda Express all the time, come to this one when I get out of school. 1. The portions are HUGE. I can't understand all the fat piggies complaining about portions when I am STUFFED after eating a bowl. There are at least two serving sizes of rice for every order, so much so that I ask them to split between veggies and rice so I don't go into a carb coma. 2. They are always fast, when there is a line of course it's going to take longer!!!! I worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years, and I know how difficult it can be in the kitchen during rush hour. 3. It's clean. 4. It's cheap as hell for a broke college student who wants a lot of food to fuel for the next 6 hours of work till I get my break. 5. It's healthy. I have veggies, brown rice and non deep fried, weight watchers approved chicken for options and don't feel guilty eating here. I think this location is a lot nicer than a lot of the other Panda Expresses I've been too, so I can't speak for the older locations. If you want to pork out on chinese food that isn't fast food quality, then go to a buffet. This is the McDonalds of chinese food without the nasty chemicals and fake meat. read more

I am not a super huge fan of fast food, but we come here on those hurried weeknights when the kids want something fast. The food is consistent and the servers were friendly enough. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the dining area. We don't usually eat in the restaurant, but today we decided to sit in the dining area. Gross! The tables were all dirty, and as usual, when the employee decided to clean the tables, she just used a dirty looking rag on all the tables without any cleanser. I see this a lot in these kind of restaurants, so that wasn't a super big surprise. Nonetheless, if they would just take better care of the dining cleanliness, I would give them another half of a star. Just don't confuse this place with anything resembling actual Chinese food and it will be o.k. read more

I like the food here but I can't say enough about their TERRIBLE customer service. Wendy, the bimbo at the register, straight lies to you. She is a liar and makes you wait. Poor management, poor customer service. Screw this location. read more

Typical Panda Express. Nothing more or nothing less. Lines are a little long for this place but not bad if you want fast food.

This is one of the worst-run restaurants in the country. More often than not, they are out of something and you have to wait. Tonight, at 7:30 PM they rang up my order and I paid for it at that time. Three other customers were also waiting for a food item. After 11 minutes, I asked the female cashier when she was going to complete the order. Turns out it had been completed and was sitting on a shelf behind her (I thought it was next to her w/ stack of other orders). It was frustrating watching her handle 7-8 other customers in the cafeteria line. She offered to redo my order but I was steamed enough to keep it hot on the way home. Why the front end employees do such a poor job of telling the cooks what is needed is beyond me. This has happened several times before (it appears to be a business staple here) and this is the last time I will go there. Efficiency will trump convenience for me. read more
