Gosh, I really hate that it has come to this, but being a local and a fan of Panda for like 10 years country-wide... and more particularly a frequent customer at this location, meaning at least once a month minimum for the last year and a half, it saddens me to make this review, but I went there for lunch just now with my hubby, and WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU GUYS DOING TO YOUR FOOD?!!?! This place USED to be pretty good (not the BEST Panda Express ever or I would have left a positive review in the past, but still, it was good enough to keep going back to). Unfortunately, the last couple times I have gone there, the food has completely disappointed me, but today it was just HORRIBLE!!! I got the samurai surf & turf a la cart and not only did it taste like it had been sitting there for 7 hours, but the beef actually tasted like the meat was expired! It had this weird, sour taste and I couldn't even eat it. It's quite unfortunate considering I live and work right down the street, but due to this experience today (and the less than great experience last time), I have officially given up on this particular Panda Express, throwing in the towel. Hopefully new management or a new owner or something will take over soon and SAVE this place. On Feb. 23,2017 mid afternoon ordered 3 dinners. Plate 1 that had white fried rice and Broccoli Beef was not very pleasant. I called the Manager Cecilia and she is giving me another dish as replacement. I understand that sometimes something can go wrong and she made it right by allowing me to have another dinner and not pay for it. Bought two large sprites that tastes horrible ordered three plates and only got one fork.

So if they close at 9.30 what time do i need to be there to have the choices that you advertised. I walked in at 9.15pm on a sat and before a hello or how are you today i get a " this is all we have". I asked i thought i saw a 10pm closing time but on Saturdays they close at 9.30. Ok i have no problem with the closing time. What i do have a problem is the shutting down the kitchen time. So what time do i need to be there to have more than 3 choices...4 if you include the fried rice. If you enter a normal restaurant 15min before they close the whole menu is available. But not at panda express. So my suggestion would be to put 2 different times on the door. One for this is the last of when you can get anything on the menu. Then the second time for when you just stop serving. Guess its pizza tonite! read more

Stop asking for your stupid money laundering donations, every fucking time, do you want to donate a $1 for X charity. NO. Fucking stop asking me. What type of commission is the store getting or end of the year bonus does the store get for getting the most donations? Don't be using charities like this. You know that Panda Express does not donate 100% of the money to charity? They keep a cut, called a processing cut for themselves. JUST STOP ASKING IF WE WANT TO DONATE MONEY. You guys donate money from the register then into a box that only the charity can open. How about you guys match every donation with another dollar? How about the money is collected in a box that you guys don't have the keys for. Notice the donation money goes into the register. Don't do it. They have a small box on the counter, it's empty, all the donations go into the register. You know they don't put the money aside for the charity every day, it gets deposited into their account, earn interest on it, and then donation if at all the net donations, not gross. In the end, you're also just donating to help them pay for their marketing when they make the donation, it's not from you, they will take credit for the donation. I'm not against charities, donate directly to the charity, not to a freaking restaurant who is there as a INC or LLC and in business to make money. You the customer is the charity, not them. Let them make donations off their sales, they won't. If you want to donate money, donate directly to local people in need. Restaurants that ask for donations, shut up. It's a scam. Major scam. Also this place is freezing cold. The asian manager puts the temperature really cold so that no one sits inside the place. One time everyone was sitting outside and people inside had to get a jacket to eat inside. Follow the code from the manual on the room temperature. Honestly I am in love with this Panda Express. I've been coming here since I was a little girl (and I've been coming here for 16 years) and I have not had a problem as far as I could remember. Their orange chicken is absolutely fabulous it's a best orange chicken I have ever had. And everyone is so nice no matter what the problem is. And the great welcome I get when I'm inside. This is one of the slowest take out in the history of take out. Five people staffed 6 waiting over 30 minutes. How difficult is it to put 4 items in a container. My husband insisted on Panda but after waiting for what seemed like eternity for the precooked concoction to be plated, I demanded a refund. We will not go here again. I love panda! I have loved this panda! Today, this panda let me down. We came for a quick lunch during our crazy last ditch holiday prep and when we got here the lunch rush had just finished. My boyfriend loves the STEAMED veggies, emphasis on the word steamed, which is not the same thing as wet from flash wok-ing to rush the item out. It wasn't busy when we were in line so we asked about the veggies, which were again just wet and a step above blanched. I get it, it's fast food, but when the manager is the one helping you, he really has an opportunity to lead customer service by example. We asked if he had a batch of more well done veggies coming out? and Ralph, the mod, says in a condescending manner "these are new, we just made them two guests ago"...ok, not my question. The boyfriend, now still irritated but hungry is still bothered by the treatment a couple of minutes later. I notice that there aren't any customers waiting and an employee about to go on break so I go up for some sauce that they forgot for the Asian chicken and ask for Ralph. I told him I just wanted to clarify that we weren't asking for new veggies to be a pain that we were just asking for some to be actually steamed/cooked, and that the attitude was really unnecessary. His response was the auto-programmed "I'm sorry you felt like that." Again, missed opportunity to lead by great example. He could have easily cooked some up very quickly since we were dining in. Am I really writing a crazy long review about veggies?! I totally am!! Because the real problem is the managers inability to recognize an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and if he isn't going to take the time, his staff won't learn to either. I can't BELIEVE I got ripped off TWICE here. The portion sizes are HALF what other Panda Express locations are. Our Sweet Fire Chicken yesterday consisted of five heavily breaded pieces of chicken with 4-5 chunks of pineapple. That was IT for that entree. Then the lady at the counter refused to honor standard Panda policy when I tried to add on an extra item after our meal for $1.49 as I do in ALL Panda establishments, showing the receipt, because I was still STARVING after a tiny "3-item combo". First, she asked for $3.50 PER EXTRA ENTREE... THEN SHE REFUSED and said it is simply not policy at all to allow this. Much as we hate McDonalds food we actually LOVE IT COMPARED TO PANDA now. Panda used to be a great place to get food for two for under $8. I give up. Oh and SHAME ON ME for letting this happen TWICE. I guess I have my "I AM STUPID" shirt on again. I see a lot of gluttony in the reviews here, especially from people who should probably not be complaining about portions because the people who have reviewed about portions clearly have an issue with way too much food on their plate and could benefit from lowering their food consumption. I work in the mall and eat at Panda Express all the time, come to this one when I get out of school. 1. The portions are HUGE. I can't understand all the fat piggies complaining about portions when I am STUFFED after eating a bowl. There are at least two serving sizes of rice for every order, so much so that I ask them to split between veggies and rice so I don't go into a carb coma. 2. They are always fast, when there is a line of course it's going to take longer!!!! I worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years, and I know how difficult it can be in the kitchen during rush hour. 3. It's clean. 4. It's cheap as hell for a broke college student who wants a lot of food to fuel for the next 6 hours of work till I get my break. 5. It's healthy. I have veggies, brown rice and non deep fried, weight watchers approved chicken for options and don't feel guilty eating here. I think this location is a lot nicer than a lot of the other Panda Expresses I've been too, so I can't speak for the older locations. If you want to pork out on chinese food that isn't fast food quality, then go to a buffet. This is the McDonalds of chinese food without the nasty chemicals and fake meat. read more

I am not a super huge fan of fast food, but we come here on those hurried weeknights when the kids want something fast. The food is consistent and the servers were friendly enough. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the dining area. We don't usually eat in the restaurant, but today we decided to sit in the dining area. Gross! The tables were all dirty, and as usual, when the employee decided to clean the tables, she just used a dirty looking rag on all the tables without any cleanser. I see this a lot in these kind of restaurants, so that wasn't a super big surprise. Nonetheless, if they would just take better care of the dining cleanliness, I would give them another half of a star. Just don't confuse this place with anything resembling actual Chinese food and it will be o.k. read more

There are a few people who are quite helpful and will serve appropriate portions, but I don't understand why other workers can't do the same.
