Delicious as always even though the burgers are well done! This time around the drive through line was not as long. We got our food in around 15 minutes. The interior was small and simple, with some wooden tables, metal chairs, and booths. I ordered a 6 finger box. With fries and French toast! I didn't realize it came with Comeslaw, which I don't like. But thankfully they were very kind and replaced it with another piece of toast, which was very gracious of them! The fries were very tasty, well cooked and seasoned! The toast was also pretty good! The fingers were pretty tasty as well! Delicious seasoning and very well cooked! Overall, it was pretty good! Good food, good little sit down spot! Nothing too special, but nothing bad either! Definitely a good recommendation!

However, I frequent this location and the basis for my review is simply to shout out the customer service. I have come for both breakfast and peak lunch hours and the customer service has always been top notch. This place is pretty much run by a bunch of high schoolers and college students and I must say that their attitudes are extremely polite and upbeat. I'm sure this has plenty to do with proper training and hiring. Just wanted to shout ya'll out and give props where due. Keep up the great customer service. It's rare to find it these days. Society has become extremely angry with serious first world problems. It's refreshing to see happy people doing their job.

The biggest concern was that there were no prices on the menu. We had to ask about entrée costs,…read moreand our waitress said entrées generally ran $14-$20. The fish tacos and chimichangas were good, but the carne asada was overcooked, dry, and tough. We asked if chips and salsa were included & she said she'd bring them right over. They arrived in a very small bowl (approx 10 chips) and later appeared as a $4 charge. A small side of sour cream cost another $4. Neither charge was disclosed, and without menu prices, we had no way to know. The $10 margarita special was also very small and seemed to contain little tequila & hardly any flavor. Service was mediocre. The staff was not rude, but they were inattentive, and we had to eventually ask for the check. When we asked about the bill, our waitress reached for the card instead of showing it to us, which was awkward. Our total was $80 (3 entrées, 1 margarita, 1 soda, chips & sour cream). I don't mind paying for extras, but customers should know the prices beforehand. The food had some highlights, but the lack of posted prices and disclosure of additional charges left us disappointed. Makes me think different customers may be charge different prices. No need to return

They put a decent amount of ingredients in their sandwichs, way more so than Port of Subs. The last time I went, I ordered online, and it was ready when I arrived (surprising, given the last time I went I waited at least 30 minutes past the time given in the app). I picked up the bag and I thought, is there even anything in here?! The sandwich was so small and had so few ingredients it literally tasted like eating two pieces of dry bread. A few small spoonfuls of chicken salad, a couple scraps of lettuce, and a tiny bit of tomato. Seriously, is lettuce affecting their bottom line so much they have to be so chintzy? This was hands down the most pathetic sub sandwich I've ever gotten at any sandwich shop. The "regular" size is now more like a "snack" size. This is what happens when a greedy private equity firm buys a decent, well-run company. I'm deleting my app, I'll never step foot in a JM's again. You don't go to Panera to get phenomenal fresh baked pastries or top-tier food. But you can rely on a fairly tasty menu and consistently good coffee, tea, and other beverages. My biggest issue: the price. It's expensive here. Small portions and high prices. At least if you dine in, you can refill your beverage at their wonderfully stocked beverage bar. My latest visit included a coffee, a cinnamon crunch bagel, and a muffin top. The muffin top was over baked and kind of bland tasting, even with chocolate chips. The cinnamon crunch bagel was great and my kiddo devoured it, but I ordered it non-toasted and they toasted it anyway. Coffee- great as always. A few varieties to choose from. I did half blonde roast and half decaf. Very tasty. Hot and fresh. I do like that this location has lots of seating, is open and spacious with lots of windows, and offers a patio.
