I was eating my food and quite enjoying it as usual when I went to go take a bite and saw my carrot piece was brown. upon further examination I noticed quite a few of my carrot pieces were rotten. I had been eating rotten carrots in my fried rice. Not only did an employee chop it up and put this in the food but served it to guests is appalling. read more

I visited 6/27/2019 It was around 12:30 The actual customer service was decent The food was TERRIBLE. I got a plate with brown rice. The brown rice was old,scorched, and just tasted awful. My two meats where cold and stale. My mothers lunch her veggies weren't cooked all the way. This was probably the worst panda express I've been too. My advice.....keep driving, don't stop. First time I stopped here I had a bad experience. Food was ok but the service was awful. That was a couple months ago so traveling through again and stopped, figuring that it had to improve. WRONG! It was actually worse. Took an entire high school basketball team of boys along with parents, friends and siblings there tonight after a game. You'd think they'd be happy to see that much business walking through the door... but not the case AT ALL!! We arrived at about 8:35 and was treated as if we walked in 2 mins before closing! My husband and I really wanted to try the food from here bc we had heard through a friend it was good. We ordered food and when we went home my husband found hair in his food and the taste of my food wasn't great. We ordered egg rolls and they had clear noodles in them that I was not a big fan of. Are you serious? This is absolutely one of the worst run restaurants we've ever been to. The two star review is not unwarranted, and we would give a negative star review if that were possible.. We have been shorted multiple times on food portions and they are never willing to make amends. Management wants to argue as opposed to make things right, it's a shame since we always have good experiences with this chain at other locations. That our town, with typically great personal service due to the community feel, is shackled with this type of business is disgraceful. If enough people complain about their horrible service, surely we can get this fixed. We do truly like panda express, and frequent it often, although now only at other locations. The home office, or owner if this is a franchise, should definitely wipe the slate clean and start over. Terrible place with no regards to customers! On Sunday, August 4, my son and I stopped here to eat. As we were walking to our table, we noticed how slimy the floor was and even commented to each other about it. We both had on non-slip shoes but still had to be careful when walking. As we were getting our drinks, an elderly man fell down due to the slickness! Myself and other customers came to help him up and started getting napkins to wipe the floor. I went to the cashier (Jessica) and asked to speak to the manager about the floor and the customer's fall. She got on her earpiece and said something then kept on taking people's money. After standing there for about 5-7 minutes, I asked her if she had told the manager (Jessica said her name was Steph) that someone had fallen and that I wanted to talk to someone about it. She said they were aware that someone had fallen and they were going to clean up the spills but the manager was busy cooking and couldn't come to talk to me. I told her to never mind about the clean up because the customers had taken care of it. She also told me that the manager said to "file a complaint!" Not only is the dining room floor slimy, so was the ladies' room. I went to wash my hands and my feet literally slid apart from each other and the floor wasn't even wet in front of the sink. I spoke with another customer who had helped clean the floor and he said he had called the customer service number on his receipt to complain and was expecting a call back from corporate. As I was eating in dinning area saw what assumed to be manager locking doors at 945 when you close at 10:30 and 6 families tried to enter business before the closing time and looked very disappointed and confused because doors where locked. Looks like hiring young guns only to work at night just might not work for this place. Maybe next time if there is one the food won't suck!!!!
