Gonna give some love back to the local Zaxby's in Calhoun. While pandemic is winding down somewhat fast food establishments are still churning out food. They stayed open to feed the masses and endured Kay offs, cut backs, and hiring freezes. Get this. . . They stayed open during the pandemic to feed us all. So the difference being most of these places are short staffed and over worked wemployeeSo if you happen to stop by this location keep in mind, you are their priority and they will serve you as quickly as they can. So bring YOUR PATIENTS & BE NICE. The food is still great, but the employees need more that angry, nasty comments tossed at them. Honestly if you could do better then by all means come on in and try. Working fast food is not as easy as you think and more praise goes further than hate. Into the review of the food: I happen to enjoy the Zaxby's Signature sandwich with Zaxby's sauce with crinkle fries. This combination is savory and salty two of my favorites. Top that off with an ice cold beverage and you have a winning combination of deliciousness. Order something good and enjoy. read more

Done...... this is my second bad review and it's gotten worse since the first one. Chicken as old and dry as the Griswold's Christmas turkey. Plus if you choose the Nashville Hot seasoning they drown your fries in it before you even know if you like it. When I ordered the lemon pepper seasoning, it was put in cups so I thought this would be also so we could see if we liked it. Ruined em. My wife couldn't eat the dried chicken rocks or the nasty fries and to top it off the toast was burnt on 1 side so you couldn't chew it. Wasted money...... About two weeks ago I ordered about $80 worth of food at this location. The chicken was cold,undercooked and gross,fries where WAY undercooked! My wings were put in the bag sideways and spilled over the the whole order! I emailed the company that same night because I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Please please please check your order before you leave. This store doesn't care about us and in 5 visits (yeah I love the sauces but I I have enough now to make my own wings at home) they have screwed up every single order. Been getting food from this zaxbys since they opened. Food has declined in the 'love' they put into it. I'm not sure why, but it's fairly consistent that the plates I get are barely subpar. About an hour ago my wife and I went through the drive thru for lunch. $28. ... but the kicker is, they charged $2.49 for a cup of ice! My fries were not even done (maybe they're crowding the fryer?) and nearly no season salt on them. The bread is only toasted in one side, and they left out napkins and plastic ware. So yea, I'll go back as I always do, but dang they need to step up their game! read more

Whoever the hell said this was a clean Zaxby's clearly got paid to say that shit. From the moment I walked in I noticed the trash on the ground, the dirty tables, and the lack of good customer service. I went up to the counter asking for napkins to clean my table and they said THEY RAN OUT OF NAPKINS!! WTF?? At that point I was scared to even go to the bathroom, didn't want to be stuck on the toilet with that answer. We are extremely spoiled at the Zaxby's we have at home. So spoiled that I walk in expecting the same cleanliness and great customer service when I go into another one that isn't our own. read more

I love Zaxbys no complaints here. One of the best chicken restaurants in town. We have Chick-fil-A KFC Popeyes Bojangls LJS Capt D basically any chicken place ever. Chick-fil-A and Zaxbys are my two favorite! read more

The chicken fingers and fries were mediocre. The sauces are nothing to write home about either. Very clean though.

I have been to many different Zaxbys across GA and TN. This was the first one I ever ate at and is still my favorite. I usually got the Kickin Chicken and it is always made to perfection. I usually would ask for extra sauce and they would apply the perfect amount (not too much, but enough to make a difference). Unlike other Zaxbys, I was never charged for the extra sauce, which as a customer is a great feeling. The service has always been quick and effective, no complaints at all. If I could only come to this Zaxbys I definitely would. read more
