So from our table it was Tuesday night. So most of us got the Philly which was on special, some regular steak fillies and some chicken fillies and they were all excellent. One person had oysters Rockefeller and she enjoyed those. For an appetizer we have the fried mozzarella cheese sticks and they were very good. And dessert was funnel fries with a chocolate sauce dip and a sweet sauce made with maple syrup dip. That was fabulous. Also people took peanut butter pie home to eat later. This use to be my favorite restaurant. I love the traditional wings. Today I learned to get regular fry's with the wings you pay $9.99 for 5 wings and then if you get regular fries you pay an additional 1.99. Today was my first time eating food from this restaurant. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries to go. The quality of the food was shockingly bad. The lettuce was literally rotten with significant portions of the leaf being black and slimy. I tossed it out. The patty was overcooked and dry. The fries were undercooked. After a few bites I threw the rest of the food in the garbage. My stomach was a little upset the rest of the day. I would have returned it to the restaurant to complain in person but I was at work when I discovered the terrible quality. This place was ok, it's still new so some things they have got to improve on. The wait was ok about 30 minutes but we had to wait 30 minutes for our food which it really wasn't that busy but that was ok I get it. The burgers were great! I loved the chili on the burger and the fries. Not a fan of this garlic parm sauce they poured in the wings. Not enough servers, food was not good. Burger was clearly old meat. Food was not being served at the right temperature. Hot Food was served cold. BLT was a terrible sorry excuse for a BLT with just some shards of burnt bacon on cheap white bread. The servers were doing the best they could. read more

Came in for the 2nd time on 3/17 if todays experience had been our 1st experience we would never come back. There were several very young children running around & screaming that appeared to belong to the staff. Needless to say if we probably won't be coming back. read more

After loving Jefferson's in the town that we previously lived we were so excited to hear that we were getting a Jefferson's in Calhoun. We tried it opening week and there were a ton of issues from slow service to poor food quality but we attributed it to being new. We have it a few months and went back and it was just as bad. We decided to try it again tonight and it took over an hour to get our food and the wife and I were both sick shortly after getting home. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. It's obvious that the leadership doesn't care. read more

This establishment is lacking in food quality and atmosphere. I'm not sure if it's the cooks or what but I've been three times and the food was awful. The atmosphere is not friendly in anyway. I'll never go back and will not recommend. I've also visited the one in Rome and Summerville. read more

I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were not at all what was on the menu. They came out with 3 VERY SMALL shrimp and a sprinkle of chopped (not shredded) coleslaw. No one really seems to care when I mentioned that I was disappointed. Service was fair at best. read more

We've been eating at the Cartersville location for the last few years and always enjoy it. In the area and saw this one. Boy, this place doesn't even compare. As we approached the front, I could see inside and there were 2 employees sitting in the waiting area playing on their phones. Walked in and it took them a few moments to put their phones away(which they shouldn't have at work)and recognize us. Not a good first impression. While the service was fast(she needed to be friendlier), the food was a huge letdown. I ordered the 3 "jumbo" chicken tenders basket with fries. The fries were soggy and the tenders were far from jumbo...unless you're 2 years old. My friend got the grilled shrimp salad which consisted of what appeared to be some bagged iceberg lettuce from the store and some croutons. While I will go back to the Cartersville location, this place has put me off and I doubt I'll try any of there other locales. read more

Came in they told us it would take 15 minutes of wait. We decided to wait and we saw a group got seated before we even did. Food took 50 minutes. Burger i got was over cooked. We saw people waiting when they had open tables ready. Different servers were all talking and looking lost. My mother in law wings were good but the services was horrible. First time to eat here. Got there about 1:30 to miss the crowd. Sat at the outside tables in the shade & warm breeze. Ordered the Hamburger Steak Platter with Slaw & Sweet Potato Fries. Hubby ordered HB Steak with Onion Rings & Mac&Cheese. Food came out in 15 minutes. HB Steaks cooked medium. They were tender & juicy, loaded with fried onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and some gravy. Sides were very tasty ! Service was excellent also. We will be back to try more of their menu ! read more
