This place use to be pretty good but I do feel covid and shortage of staff has done this place in. The food is very below standard you can find better chicken and sides at a Walmart deli and this is really sad for those like me that remember the good ole days Drink machine down and tasted like seltzer most flavors and the tea was warm like it had sat out all day. read more

I don't understand why every time I go to KFC they tell me that they cannot give me two legs in a #1 box, sometimes they do but 95% of the time they don't. So yesterday I asked "why" after being told multiple times I have been no and they told me they don't make enough chicken to give me two legs, they have to save the legs in case another customer wants them. This place is so not sufficient! No one will help you when inside! They stay in the back when they see you, and never stop to help! We door dash and each time we go to pick up an order we spend 30 minutes to an hour just waiting for them to acknowledge we're at the counter! They are EXTREMELY understaffed. The staff that is there you can here talking about just trying to get everyone out of the dining room so they can lock the door so no one can come in( mind you it's hours before close time)! Think I am done with KFC...I order the 7 P.C. dark meat...suppose to come with 4 legs 3 thighs this is what I got...skint chicken...looks like the bottom of the deepest barrel...Called and spoke with "Jasmine" who is trying to make it right...we shall see Returned 2 days later and Jasmine as well as her GM made it right....got our 7 piece "done right" they even threw in a cake with the order...Kudos KFC 3/16/18-decided to try the new Smokey Mtn BBQ chicken tenders...I expected a BBQ flavor...I was amazed when I got nothing but salt...so salty I could not even eat them...I called and was told flavor should be similar to Smokey BBQ potato chips...I explained what I got and mgr asked me to bring back...will do just that but want nothing further from this KFC....also ordered the Double Crunch sandwich and it had no lettuce & sandwich was broken in half and it just looked pathetic...so unappetizing couldn't eat it...don't understand why so many problems with this KFC read more

i went today because you can't beat kfc sometimes. the service was great, very friendly. it was not busy at all & i was the only one in the drive thru. the food was very fresh and given to me at a very timely manner. i ordered macaroni, but they gave me fries. oh well, both are good. i didn't get the ice water i ordered. that's okay i can make a drink at home. all love, but they lack on the accuracy of orders. to not be busy & still completely butcher my order is not a good look. that's my only negative though, everything else was top tier service! read more

I do not recommend ordering ahead online. The site worked great, I placed my order and paid with my debit card. I arrived exactly on time for my pick up and pulled around the drive through lane. There was no one ahead of me, no one behind me, but they told me I would have to come inside. I thought maybe they wanted to confirm ID or order number, maybe see my card. My food was bagged up and waiting for me at the counter; they just wouldn't hand it to me through the window. Ordering online should make everything quicker and easier once you arrive for pickup but KFC makes it difficult once you get there. If you order in the drive through they will serve you in the drive through. Lesson learned. read more

Just wanna say thank you to the shift manager working on 12/23/2019 around 7:30pm for shoving our food to us like he hated us and having the bag rip and spill gravy all over the inside of my car and ruining my seats. It's not our fault you hate your job. read more

Before you leave the drive thru or store if you order online, make them take everything out of the bag and recount the pieces of chicken and sides in front of you because apparently they were not taught that a 16 piece meal actually means 16 pieces of chicken, not 12! Then when you try to call them once you get home and realize you don't have enough to feed your family, they don't answer. Which, by reading other reviews, is a common thing at this store. I called for 15 mins! It would ring so long it went to like a fax sound. Finally when a girl answered she apologized for the incorrect order and said she would add my name to "the list" for the 4 missing pieces. List???? How often does this happen? And here's the kicker, she never asked for my name, phone number, order #, and there was another woman next to me also picking up a 16 piece. Hopefully her order was correct! I have been through the drive thru twice to order popcorn chicken and had to wait both times. I don't mind a short wait but 10 min. is to much. I didn't even get my meal the second time! I had to go in and discover that the person bringing my food started talking to someone and set my food on a table walking off forgetting me. No more for me I won't eat there anymore. read more

Twice I have been to the KFC to pick up food after 5pm and the chicken has been dry. I didn't have this problem any other time I have been to this location. I to call yesterday when I got home to try to eat & no one answered. I don't live close to town. I threw the food out for the animals I was so mad. I called 2 times today before I got an answer. The manager told me that because I didn't keep bad food to bring back. There was nothing he could or would do to make things right for me. Even tho I had my receipt. My order was less than $10 for this trip. The last order was a family meal. Part of that chicken was fresh & part was dried out. I am furious with the way I was treated and the service I recieved! Before today I would have given KFC 5 stars. As of today I don't feel they deserve even the 1 star. read more

I just ordered the 2 piece boneless meal and as I was driving down the highway found out that they gave me 1 piece that was smaller than the biscuit and the other piece was a chicken finger. I guess that's what I get for not checking the bag before I drive off. read more
