Stopped in traveling through. Not quite up to par with the newer systems that let you order online then scan QR code and drive thru and pick up. That's ok. They were still efficient. Food was top notch like every Chick-Fil-A. Friendly service. read more

Stopped here on a road trip when my 5yo needed to go. We chose Chick-fil-A for the all in one nature of getting food we'd enjoy plus a clean restroom experience. The best part of this stop was that the food was prepared well and everyone enjoyed their meals. The worst part was that the women's restroom is, in the words of my 5yo, "so tiny." There are only two stalls and the line was 5people deep when we arrived. Luckily, the nice patrons were willing to let us skip the line to avoid a potty emergency. While we used the restroom, my husband went through the drive thru to get our lunch. We were already on our way by the time we realized they'd left out the 5yo's fries on her children's meal; disappointing! read more

This Chick-fil-a is right off the interstate, which is super convenient. I stopped here quick for dinner and grabbed the Spicy Chicken Deluxe combo. Their fries were so hot and fresh! First time I've ever visited a Chick-fil-A that resulted in a negative experience. Staff was friendly and unit appeared clean and orderly. Order my meal for take-out from INSIDE. Upon getting back to hotel, found the chicken (Spicy Chicken Sandwich) was dry and unusually small. Both Mac n Cheese (sm) and Waffle Fries (sm) were not up to temperature and appeared to be past prime. Hope for this location that this was an anomaly. read more

Let me start off by saying that your spicy chicken sandwiches have been cut in half as far as size goes. Why!? Why are you selling little tiny janky half chicken breasts. This is not a problem at all chick fil a's but this one in Calhoun it is a major problem. When someone orders a large and you only give them half the fries they ordered and stuff the tip half of the fry box with bbq sauce then your gonna get a complaint from me. Seriously these bbq packets are not sanitized and there is no way to know if they have fallen on the ground. Why would you fill up my fries with bbq sauce packets... this is not an isolated event. My mother ordered food for curbside pickup and it took them 20 min to bring my food out to me, they forgot a meal from my order so I call inside to tell them they forgot it and 15 later they never came outside with the meal. So I call again and the lady said "they still haven't brought that out to you? I'll take care of it" so I waited another 10 min no one ever came. So I go inside and nobody knows what I'm talking about, at this point it's been a hour. Food is cold, drinks are watered down and had 4 ice creams with kids meals that are melted. They re make my order forget the same meal they forgot to begin with and missing 3 other things additional. I was there for almost 2 hours trying to get food that was still wrong!!! The service is pretty good, though, meaning even when the line is long, they take orders pretty quickly and churn through the line. It seems like it takes a long time to get the food out, though. Chick fil A is usually very quick and very efficient. This particular Chick-fil-A was off their game. One reason is that we had to drive so far off the exit to actually get there. Then we were in line for a long time with babies that did not need to wait that long. The chicken Strips were sub-par, I am not sure what Chick-Fil-A corporate has done recently, but the Strips in all Chick-fil-As have taken a nose dive in quality, they are tendony and a lot more greasy. For this location, the thing that got us the most was the slowness of the drive thru. We actually ended up parking and walking in to order our food. read more

We were treated very rudely because we picked drive thru on the mobile app to pick up our order but when the line was so long we decided to go inside THEN they left out part of our order and we had to turn around and go back making our quick stop on our road trip take much longer.
